It brings more gladness when I finds my conceptions getting familiarised with others like :I was thinking to use soya chunks to nourish my body as a supplement in lieu of costly protein powders ...Since all the times we even being a non- vegetarians too are not able to purchase animal based food products like fish or eggs due to our limited finacial conditions and also dont have storage facilities like refrigerators in everyones home even to store some food products if brought together in huge quantities at once...

That is a huge soy myth. The iso flavones experiment was done of mice and rats and those rodents metabolism soy in a different way from humans.
I understand if you are a mouse but otherwise there no problem because you can’t humanly eat enough soya to cause problems.

I eat 25gm of soya by boiling it..adding some maggie masala.. and putting it in my boiled dal... And mixing all of that with rice and have it with sabji...

@@Nha1201maybe you're right but will i be wrong if i say veganisam means no animal product, because only egg doesn't have anything special to bycot.
The idea of veganisam is that we should not eat what we don't have moral right to eat.
For example a hen lays eggs not for us but to have chicks but we eat it which is morally not good.
And cow don't give milk for us but for its cub but we give its cub very little and take it for us which is also immoral according to most vegans, infact humans are only specie of animals which drinks milk of another animal that is why vegans think it is against nature.
People can arguably prove that eating other animal is moral but i can't say anything about it, it depends person to person.

Difference between Biological value of protein and bioavailability
Bioavailability is how much % of total food ur body is getting like ur eating 50gms of protein but ur body can only absorb 30-35gms of it.
Biological value is the quality of protein and amino acid profile.
Like obviously whey and eggs are better protein than soy.
But what style of cooking do we need for soya in a post workout?
simple take any mushroom recipe and replace with boiled chunk
