@yogi.ish is demonstrating a full spinal cord sciatic nerve tension exercise (and it must have felt SO GOOD that she didn't even notice that her pink toe was about to break off?!) There is a strap running from her neck, ⬇️ down her back, all the way up the leg🦵 , over the bottom of her foot 🦶 creating tension take a breath , and then a band around the ball of her foot, pulling the leg back while she extends the spine. WHEW!😅
𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳, without the strap, just using the band!! You will likely feel a stretch all the way down the back of the leg and through the spine 💥 but it hurts. so. good.
Be smart with this: don’t push your limits and take it slow. Explore the sensations that come up. You may find new areas that need improvement, or better yet, feel some 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳 from sciatic pain!

Hell Mike, great video. I have a question about activating my serratus in push up position. When I push all the way to activate my serratus muscle, it feels like my arm is going to dislocate from the shoulder color bone socket. I've been doing bad push up form for years, is the pain normal now that I'm doing the correct form? Because that area is weak from bad form?
