    In this video you are going to get the best movement for instant sciatica pain relief.
    If you’re experiencing Sciatica pain and leave it untreated you could be setting yourself up for permanent nerve damage. This pain can stem from changes in your spine as you age, prolonged periods of sitting at a job, being overweight, and even diabetes.
    The methods I use are intended to correct your pain and allow your body to heal completely, but it’s important to understand that this is not your typical exercise. With this exercise you are allowing your brain to reorganize your body. Using excessive force with this exercise is going to be counterproductive and actually limit the results you are able to achieve.

    I tried this for 2 days without immediate relief, but today i feel like 80% pain free after 26 straight days of suffering from sciatica. I will continue doing the stretching. Thank you Doc. You are an angel.. To God be the glory.

      Holy lord!! 26 days🤯. I'm experiencing my first-ever bout of this excruciating pain and it's only been six days. I couldn't walk for the first two. Your post is encouraging I really hope this is effective cuz I'll do it every hour on the hour if required

      ​@bjolly8924 I had it for almost a month and a half. I feel ya. I did a regimen of stretching and megadosing vitamin c, which helps with swelling and inflammation, as well as healing the disc's. Worked great. Got up to 32000mg before backing it down to about 10000mg a day. I do it now when it starts flaring up. Good luck with yours!

    I watched this video with high skepticism. I thought there was no way I would be able to lay on my painful side to do this, and didn't think that simple move could possibly help me. I have tried all other stretches for sciatica that promised "immediate relief" and NONE of them helped. I was waking up every hour at night with pain bad enough to make me scream! With nothing to lose, I tried this movement. I did it multiple times yesterday and the first sleep last night there was no difference. But I did the movement again and went back to sleep. I woke up without the sciatica spasms I was getting every hour. I actually slept on the sore side, and got off the bed this morning with 85% less pain! I am so thankful to have found this!!! I encourage anyone who watches this to try it themselves. Amazing such a simple movement works so well to relieve the pain! I have been suffering for 2 months with things only getting worse and worse. Now I know there is a way to resolve it and I can get back to my life again. Thank you!!!

    I am in excruciating pain all day. I certainly can't afford doctor visits or chiropractors. I tried your exercise and it helped relieve some pain. It wasn't si painful gettibg off the floor. I'm just bawling. It's the first time in 5 years that I any felt relief. I wish I could give you gold. Thank you.

      So amazing!!! Been feeling this pain for years and now it's just like magic, it's gone.. just 30 counts of it, i felt about 90% relief... now i can move freely, i can pick up something on the ground, numbness is gone on my sciatica nerve..

    This past week was the second time in the last few years that I was blessed to have the benefit of your recommended movement for relieving sciatic pain. In both instances, it took less than 24 hours and several sessions of the movement to get virtually complete relief. Now in my 80s and dealing with chronic back pain for more than 50 years, numerous practitioners have recommended a wide variety of exercises to relieve pain, but none of them came within a country mile of the relief you have made possible. It must be truly gratifying to know that you have relieved so much pain in the lives of other. Like them, my appreciation is boundless.

      I know this happened to you 3 years ago but your statement bought back memories of last summer while away on vacation. I was literally bed bound for over 2 weeks in agony, and am now again having another flare but not as bad as last year. People without this condition will never know just how bad the pain is.     OMG. This actually works. I did it a few times and immediately felt relief. I was very skeptical. I am glad to say just this simple stretch works. I was able to get out of bed and not feel excruciating pain. I will continue to do this throughout the day.

    It sure does work. Thanks James for putting it out there. I'm not quite fixed yet, and don't expect to be immediately so. I have had this full on pain and restriction of movement for 10 days. Origin unknown. I can now sit and stand without chronic pain. No doubt repetition of the exercise you have described will eventually rid me of this. Thanks again.

    I have had this awful pain for 4 weeks now got told it was sciatica 2 days ago when my left leg went numb out of nowhere...thought I was dying! I've been in so much pain nothing has worked and then I found your video, did the exercise and are you KIDDING ME it actually worked!!! After 2mins the pain just disappeared. Absolutely gob smacked.       12 years in me and I've been off since March with a flair up again with bottom left discs and left leg. Be careful it NEVER entirely goes be very mindful when you've had a few and NEVER sleep on your front otherwise you will feel a pain like never before. Hope you get joy with it 😃

      @@harryfield2932 yes I have an inversion table and I used it every morning. I also use a Rumble Roller and a smooth roller to lie on to roll out any issues on my back. I also hang from a bar at my gym and this helps. Not any one thing is perfect so it takes me about a week to adjust my lower-back to get back in shape. My chiropractor has an Att-300 Roller Massage Table which helps immensely which I see him. One day I hope to have the money to buy one for myself. I have about ten different things that I do to stretch to prevent sciatic pain from returning, but it eventually does about 2x a year.

    I’ve been having severe pain for almost a week now. The worst my pain has ever been. My lack of health insurance makes it extremely stressful which is adding to my pain. So I searched for help on RUclips or some tips to help. When I came across this video. I figured I would try it.. OMG when I was done. I was so happy. My pain is gone.     I am an electrician and have been in severe pain. To make it worse, I have 4 hours and 15 commute each day. I was totally stressed because most doctors just want to pump you full of drugs.
    I dont understand how this little exercise can make such a difference.

      I’m on the same pain medication along with diazepam. It’s either pain or feeling woozy from the pain meds - not too sure which is worse to be honest, especially having two 8 year olds to entertain these summer holidays 🤦🏻‍♀️

    I am so glad this popped up on my suggested videos! I've been home from work for a WEEK because my sciatic nerve locked up my entire body; therapeudic massage, chiropractor, doctor's appointments, xrays, muscle relaxers, everything contributed, but my main healing factor so far was just the fact that I was trapped in bed or on the couch and horizontal.
    I just got on the floor and tried this stretch, and it felt so good, and loosened up my hip more than anything else. Everything I'd done had addressed my muscles, got my back and my body more mobile, but I couldn't get a good, comfortable stretch on that sciatic area and this was perfection. Thank you so much, and I like how your approach is to listen to our body and giving modifications. You have a new follower, and I'm definitely checking out some more videos.

    OMG....2022, MAY.....I just woke up and felt the worst sciatica pain on left side and youtube'd it....I tried a couple of methods but this video absolutely removed pain and I am AMAZED !!!!!!! I will save this video along with my other 'Corona self help' check lists....THANK YOU SO MUCH.....this helped within 5 minutes .....MIRACULOUSLY WONDERFUL

      @@Shubham-qk8fw I have been a professional Gardener for 23 yrs.
      Suddenly, I developed double Statica as you described yet in both buttock. It was 24 hr pain.
      I researched many Sciatic video and put together my own routine. Short seasons AM and PM. Mainly twist and buttock stretches. Including through my workday yet simplified.
      With devotion I continue to gain relief. Not a cure yet allows me to tolerate my work....along w/ one or two Tylenol when needed.

    I can't get over how much this one move really helped me. I've been dealing with pain for over a year. Chiropractic helped a bit, so did physical therapy, but I still have issues and sleeping at night makes it worse. Even had X-rays and MRI. Well last night I actually slept comfortably for the first time since my problem began. I'm going to keep doing this move. Thanks so much!!

    I've been having excruciating pain for months, just getting into this position was painful and difficult but after three stretches my pain was so much more manageable. I can't believe how fast this stretched worked vs many other yoga types I've done. So happy to get some relief.

    I just want to take a moment and say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH to all the videos online that help with sciatic conditions. Im a contractor with 6 herniated discs, torn rotator cuff, dysfunctional S.I. joints,and terrible arthritis. I sometimes have to stretch in the middle of a job. Homeowners/customers dont mind, since its either stretch, or delay the job. This videos are really helpful, and the fact that many individuals arent promoting anything, just taking time to help others. I dont take pain meds (cant anyway in my trade), and therapy/elective procedures are difficult to schedule right now, which makes your videos that much more vital.

    I've barely been able to walk. Or even function. For 2 days. This helped immediately. I am so grateful. It didn't help my lower back pain. But I can live with some lower back pain. Sciatica is no joke. Most pain I've been in ever. Thank you so much!!

    For all those that are in pain! This exercise helped me the most. I have tried all kind of other exercises and this one was the most effective one. This morning I have tried minutes (hours :D) to get out of my bed and now I can move not looking on the floor and petting the walls (hahahaha - don't make me laugh).Thank you, Dr. Vegher!

      I feel your words and pain exactly what I have to do to get out of bed and use the bathroom. I don't really understand why I have to pretend I'm Spiderman on the wall shuffling to the bathroom door.😅 This exercise/stretch helps me to be a regular human walking to the bathroom.

    New Zealand, February 2024, it's the weekend and impossible to see a doctor at the hospital,
    and the 24-hour medical clinic is so expensive.
    I did exactly what you did and got instant relief after having very little sleep if any at all of two days of pain.

    Suffered very very painful sciatica from 2010 to 2016 spending lots of money on doctors, physiotherapists,medication,etc until,after much prayer, I searched the internet and found a video on acupressure for sciatica pain. Tried it and lo and behold,instantly from then, no more sciatica pain at all ever since.

      Can not remember now but you can search.
      The acupressure point is at the “end of the valley “ of the foot between your big toe and the adjoining toe .
      Initially the point is very susceptible to pain when you press deep into it. Persevere till there’s no more pain and your sciatica pain should be gone then as well.

      It's late and I'm a country boy and I've been down now going on 3 weeks and I'm no stranger to back PAIN, I'm eating eggs from your sponsor about protein But I'm eating and excited , I do masonry work and I'm a small frame but the big guys have learned I'm stupid and they stay on the porch and out of my way because I get it done .34 years ago I hurt my back doing this very thing maysonary and had my first back problem and I'm so scared of DRs I just did anything to not go to a Dr so I did better than this and made me a chiropractor appointment and walked in there looking at my feet Dr verbal was his name and this was about rite now 34 years ago and I've had a back problem every day not a little pain here and a little bit up my led either leg didn't matter it had all of my time in the world but verbal , it took a while but he kicked pain not completely but mostly for a while at least enough for him to get back to work he needed my money and me to, but Man I'd give him a big hug and all the money in my pocket to see him right now in my tiny motor home, he done it and I didn't have to get one shot from any Dr nurse nobody, and I had very little and and was back laying 12" block and any Rock that I wanted to lay but the whole 34 years I've had lots of pain down my legs, both, arms can't hold my little woman in my arms at night my arms hurt and burn , go numb and keeps me up at night and driving I'm switching hands constantly and feet tingling all in just a daily accurance if I didn't have I'd get real scared around here the southeast us we got goodie powder and they help the pain , until George Bush tells the Drs that they have the power to help these people and he said GIVE IT TO THEM, and boy I'd never seen anything like that in my life and so much more TOOOO, actually my life but now that I back to my retired & 2nd childhood in my 81 model Ford RV I'm back down as like so many times but this is a little different it my left hip pretty high to My ankle and this time in front like PPL just walk up and I do flinch and with their steel toe boots kick my shin and sometimes as much as 60 - 90 no seconds just before screaming my head off and praying to the Great Creator to take me away or what did ppl do to have such pain put in them but as Always he thinking I guess, they sure are a lot for him to keep up with, but I'm done eating my protein and I'm sooooooo ready to give this new to me at least a try and hope and pray and will be so Thankful to this man that made this video and shared it so far seemly for free and to him for that I want to THANK HIM FOR THIS and that's even if it don't work but I also have faith and if anyone of you'all don't expect it to work somewhat don't waste your time but I think it will and I'll let you know and if it does I really can't Thank you enough for sitting here on a bench in this not new but almost RV AT one o clock in the morning wishing I could sleep 💤 after 3weeks I SOMEHOW hope you know if it works how much you have HELPED ME AND I'M SURE MANY MANY MORE , Thanks and many Blessings with the thanks

    Wow! Thanks! It worked! I tried moving a heavy dresser and I hurt my back. Since then I've had sciatica on my right side with tingling in the back of my leg and numbness in my right foot. I did your exercise and my right foot feels a lot better. Not so numb anymore. I was skeptical too. I will implement this move regularly now. Thank you!!

    I had already done a few floor exercises that were very beneficial & helped me to become more limber before doing this one movement by Dr. Vegher. As sore & painful as my sciatica has been for quite sometime, it's much better already. We'll see how it feels tomorrow(smile) but hope to continue with a few beneficial exercises including this one.       Oh my god I can’t imagine. I have been having serious sciatica pain myself for over a week and coughing, sneezing or even a good laugh hurts. I hope you get better soon.

    I found this very helpful and easy to do. My sciatica pain has gone after I did this exercise . I do this once a day now when I get out of bed.

    I'm just 19 and I've been having sciatica pain since 5 months because of gaining weight and lack of proper physical activities, I was in so much pain that I couldn't do the simplest task of climbing the stairs without squeaking in pain. I began with my physiotherapy sessions and it was all well until they lasted, I began having pain again. I just saw it rn and tried it and I'm already so much better. Thank you so much.

    I can't tell how thankful I am for this video. It helped me to get rid of my constant pain immediately. I got off my bed and could walk like a normal human being again.     I've been dealing with leg pain for about 6 years. It helps to lay down or sit down. I've tried everything from heating pad, biofreeze and exercise. Tai chi helps some and now this. Thanks for the help it eased by pain from a 8 to a 5 for a pain chart. God Bless :)

    Thank you so much, this definitely helped me, after 24 days of constant sciatica and lower back pain it’s finally gone.
    Also to anyone reading this really check your mattress and or bed, I switched my mattress and got immediate relief in my legs, lower back and thigh.

    I know you posted this exercise 6 years ago and probably won't see this post, but by the end of my day the pain would require me to lay down and rest my back, hip and leg. The first time I tried this exercise it relieved half my pain immediately and by the second second time all my pain was gone. Thank you, from a soon to be 80 year old active senior,
