Lady with MS, hip replacement 3 years ago (10 years ago 2nd-degree black belt) MS giving me hip flexor weakness, new hip is really dumb at rotating , butt weak etc etc. Thank You for this! Exactly the info I needed to get some strength in my glutes which may well help everything.

I’m so glad I found this channel. Entertaining, for sure but informative and beneficial more than anything. I lived a sedentary life for 20+ years. I was active outside of work but not nearly as much as I was sedentary so I had a lot of injuries in my shoulder, back, knees, etc., and have herniated discs. I recently started working out again after 5 years of sitting again. I also have mild scoliosis and super tight psoas muscles. The pain from being so stiff has progressively gotten worse, however, the slight changes I’ve made after watching this video made a world of difference. After making these changes I noticed glute activation and less back and hip pain as I started working out. I love the muscle animation. Gives me a better understanding of why I feel stiff. Always feels like a rubber band and about to snap 😖😣😫 now I know why.

Question on reps: with heel planed how many rotations? Also the side lifts, how many. Finally: I saw her on all fours lifting her bent leg up. How many of those per set? Thanks. Really learned a lot here from this very fun and informative vid!
barre workout can prevent slouching , and put the pelvis back into natural position from exterior pelvic tilt ! i gotta do it again ! This is great ! thanks
I think you hit the nail on the head. I had knee replacement 11 months ago then other knee went bad so I overcompensated a lot and also developed so many weaknesses to protect my other knee. I noticed my knee curves in and it band issues on both sides. I believe I still have weak glutes despite some exercise I’m doing and probably not doing enough or being more dominant in my quads
