    The anatomically correct body paint is BRILLIANT (MoveU should sell anatomically correct tank tops... I'm fairly certain that they would sell out FAST)! It is SO effective when explaining movements-- Great job guys!

    I certainly appreciate the candid conversations. As a massage therapist of 34 years & one who helped open a massage program in my town 25 years ago I would paint on the students to help them understand the muscle structure & mechanics. So glad to come across your channel. Only wish all of this had been available 2 & 1/2 decades ago! Keep having fun.

      Yes, I had a accident decades ago and I am living all these health issues.

    These videos have been great. I’ve been trying to pin point for years what causes my belly to bloat and I now know for sure it’s a combination of weak glutes, weak tva, and bad posture

    Lady with MS, hip replacement 3 years ago (10 years ago 2nd-degree black belt) MS giving me hip flexor weakness, new hip is really dumb at rotating , butt weak etc etc. Thank You for this! Exactly the info I needed to get some strength in my glutes which may well help everything.

    This really helped me understand how Theresa Tapp had this nailed down decades ago. I can now be better focused on they "whys" of each tiny nuance of her movements. Good job!

    What an amazing idea to use paint on the body to show the various muscles, bones etc as the various body movements during the exercises! They make the explanations very easy to understand.

    I’m so glad I found this channel. Entertaining, for sure but informative and beneficial more than anything. I lived a sedentary life for 20+ years. I was active outside of work but not nearly as much as I was sedentary so I had a lot of injuries in my shoulder, back, knees, etc., and have herniated discs. I recently started working out again after 5 years of sitting again. I also have mild scoliosis and super tight psoas muscles. The pain from being so stiff has progressively gotten worse, however, the slight changes I’ve made after watching this video made a world of difference. After making these changes I noticed glute activation and less back and hip pain as I started working out. I love the muscle animation. Gives me a better understanding of why I feel stiff. Always feels like a rubber band and about to snap 😖😣😫 now I know why.

    I just tried these movements. They absolutely helped me activate my weaker glute. A small movement with better results than other exercises I have tried. Thanks for videos they help. 💪👏🏋‍♀️

    Question on reps: with heel planed how many rotations? Also the side lifts, how many. Finally: I saw her on all fours lifting her bent leg up. How many of those per set? Thanks. Really learned a lot here from this very fun and informative vid!

    I think you hit the nail on the head. I had knee replacement 11 months ago then other knee went bad so I overcompensated a lot and also developed so many weaknesses to protect my other knee. I noticed my knee curves in and it band issues on both sides. I believe I still have weak glutes despite some exercise I’m doing and probably not doing enough or being more dominant in my quads

      @@MoveU I’ve been using your stuff for a week or so actually for my shoulder and glutes . At the moment I was stuffing my face with pork rinds on my lunch break though. The Cheetos line got me!! You really have the best PT/exercise channel out there. Really clear instructions and entertaining.
