    WOW!! Thank you for this exercise that combines breathing and transverse abdominal muscles. Have just discovered MOVEU. This guy is a Master Teacher! Everyone will benefit from watching this video. He hits every possible angle of proper healthy breathing and how the TA muscle is intricately completely involved in breathing and necessary in the whole process. I have never heard of the connection before even when learning Yoga breathing which constantly stresses proper breathing! I have been a shallow breather all of my life, have listened to or watched how to breathe but never really got it. I learned early in life to contract or hold in my stomach every minute of my life. I became athletic and never learned this. Although I managed to do well in many respects, I had limited endurance and never knew why. Conversely I have spent many hours exercising my stomach muscles and never connected breathing with tightening the TA muscles. Combining with the transverse abdominal muscles, it makes so much more sense to me. This is an outstanding educational video.

    Actually, this is very good video about very important topic in powerlifting. Visualization and explanation was very easy to understand. These cues are very important and will be very beneficial especially for people, who lift heavy weights. Yours channel, for sure, is not first one talking about topic of role of correct breathing technique, but describes it in a best visual way.
    Thank you very much.

    Medical colleges need to update their training curriculums.

    You have been so awesome to learn from I gain great strides with every exercise you give for low back disk problems with sciatica I’ve been in insane debilitating pain constant acute episodes most of the week been going on for months when I started physical therapy the exercises like clam shell really sent me into more pain with the glutes and sides. Ok today is a little better so I’m able to practice these..it’s a bad flare up I had shingles and ever since then it’s been irritated and pain beyond what I can explain. But what I wanted to say is how useful these are but also how much I love your energy i love the demonstrations with the body paint and I think you’re hilarious and it means a lot to make me laugh when I’m in this kind of pain so just, thank you, thank you, thank you. I am working with entire structural change. It’s intense.

      Thank you so much! I ended up finding out today the pain isn’t from the lower spine but rather a tumor growing next to the spinal cord more near L2 and 3 I believe. I have to decide tomorrow on operating. I’d been in so many ERs with agonizing pain and every time the staff would be worse..eventually telling me don’t bother showing up at the ER. Even when I came there with bowl and urine problems. When I couldn’t walk..AT ALL. Most intense pressure shooting down my leg got an ambulance they sent me home again..never doing an MRI at that hospital. And I was beating myself up believing I could exercise it away..with gradually building movement and strength. By doing a water fast for 10 days hoping that would get the swelling down. Lost 30 pounds in 3 months but the ER never looked at my weight they did not get my weight ever. But I guess the growth may have been there a long time, maybe since birth. I’ll look forward to doing my rebuilding with your videos because they are great exercises very helpful but I guess the mass they’ll be putting me on the table. Aye. Freaking out some

      Just to add my own two cents. Took me a long time to find the right person to say, no, your LLD is functional, not structural, and imma correct it for ya. She moved my bones. Moved the pelvis. And my hip hike is virtually gone. I may have 1 o 2 mm right hip here and there but that is because of my tight QL on my right side.
      You can address it with using the muscles to move the bones or find someone to move the bones for you. If it holds, then using the muscles to move the bones a bit here and there will be easier.

    • @austinwatts3237
      @austinwatts3237 Год назад

      this may be caused by a history of power lifting, and deadlifting with a mixed grip; opposed to double over hand. Could likely be corrected by switching grips or training the muscles directly; ie not progressing on trap movements until both sides can handle the same weight.
