    When training a muscle 1 x week on a PPL split is it better to have an A/B exercise selection for each muscle and rotate those every week hitting the same exercise every 2 weeks like in DC training or better to stick to the same exercises weekly for a while then switch them a few mesocycles later?

    I alternate between two different exersizes every week and I also train in different rep ranges doing this for years my bodyweight is 225 and i bench 405 for 4 reps and im natural so I must be doing something richt

    Ive been stuck in the 126-128 for about 2 months now im in a caloric deficit bc i had 40% body fat and so little miscle mass. Ive been excercising well and doing cardio to loose excess fat , ive lost 16lbs from it and 5% body fat but im just stuck now , I’ve tried adding excercise but i cant seem to go lower . Idk what im doing wrong , im still eating clean but im not dropping , I’ve been considering weight training to lose fat bc i still have a high percentage 35.6% . Can anyone advice me? Please . I want to stay consistent and not give up

      Maybe try reverse dieting for a bit and reduce that cardio... and with the extra calories, start weight training.

      @@discoveringhealthandfinanc8328 thank you so much for the advice and responding to me! I appreciate your time , i will try doing that slowly add calories back in , will it be fine to add it back to my maintainance calorie intake or should i add in a bit more ?
