    Big exercises should not be given up completely. Once the progress stalls, move to one of their variations. It shall provide new stimulus and progress starts again.
    For example, conventional deadlift to block pull to deficit deadlift to sumo, etc. but only when progress stalls or slows down significantly.

      @@jayvee4165 using exercise variations that agree with our anatomy keeps joints safe in most cases. Including some mobility and flexibility work before/after workout or on off days also go a long way.

    I do the same exersizes every week but i do change my reps range like this week 10 reps next week 8 reps and thirth week 6 reps with heavier weight this works for me to have a heavier Day and a lichter Day with the same exersizes

      ​@@LUKA_911 listen im 't bar rowing 7 plates for 5 reps benching 405 for 5 reps in my heavy week i really dont need to get stronger than i am now but i still have my heavy and lichter weeks these guys Just wanna sell there program

    Most of the old pros used their same routines for years. Once they found the exercises that worked for them, they rarely changed.
