Hi Eric, great video as always! Thank you very much for everything you do and the passion you put in your work. I am proud I've already joined the Clubhouse and I cannot recommend it enough: it's absolutely amazing!

The thing I’m most proud of today is that I am getting through a very hectic week with grace. I am working a new job that is much more time consuming and I have 2 kids home sick with the flu that I’m taking care of. I’m not letting the stress get to me and throw me off of my goals. Have I worked out as much as I wanted to this week? No. Am I beating myself up about it? Also no. I know a couple of days is not going to thwart my progress (thank you for always reminding us of that).

Most proud thing I am today is, I'm down 95 pounds. But more that that is knowing that fitness trainers like Eric , Jordan. Let people know that it's ok not to be perfect, and not to compare yourself to anyone else. Thank you man. I wish everyone success in your fitness journey.

Just finished the video had one comment at the begging of the video. I am so proud of myself for the time and effort I am putting into learning about muscle importance and muscle contribution to my health so I can prevent diabetes that now part of my family health issues. Thanks for you contents

I hope it is not too late to comment. I am just getting around to being able to watch this video and I absolutely love it just like all your other videos and podcasts. I really would love a month in the clubhouse and it would mean the world to me. I am most proud of the fact that I am not using alcohol as a Band-Aid anymore. I started my fitness journey about a year ago and I have lost 40 lb which I am so happy about. But what I'm really most proud of myself is that I'm able to not drink any alcohol at all anymore, not be tempted anymore, and I feel so amazing. I get down on myself a lot of the time for not being perfect in my fitness but then I remember of all the wonderful things I have done, and all the accomplishments I have done in this journey. And completely cutting out alcohol in my life is one of the best things I could have done. Thank you so much for all your content and I'm learning so much. ❤️

1 thing I’m proud of is my consistency with going to the gym. I started in late June and iv been going to the gym at least 3-5 days out of the week… normally I would have given up by now because I LOVE instant results but I’m learning that small changes everyday make a bigger difference in the end.

Very informative video! I’m definitely going to start training my abs now. One of the things I’m proud of now is that I became an attorney while raising a young family, working part time and ensuring fitness remained in my life.

The thing I’m most proud of today is that I got up at 4:30 in the morning without an alarm! I’m on medication that makes me really drowsy but I’ve been super pumped about working out and creating more discipline so somehow I was able to get up! Completed my workout before my classes started this morning !

I’m mostly proud of myself for finishing my degree in a decade while getting out of an abusive marriage, going through an ugly and scary divorce, working and raising my son as a single mom at the same time. It’s been a long decade of sweat and tears but I made it and hopefully I’ve suffered enough to earn my happiness lol

I started lifting weights back in May, 4 times a week. I gained so much weight the previous year being on prednisone (I’m also on Humira injections as well) for my Crohn’s Disease. Other Crohn’s patients told me it was impossible to lose the weight. I didn’t want to believe that. The moment I felt better I started to work hard. I’ve also completely changed my nutrition which helped my active disease go into remission. Overall, I’m proud of sticking with the promise to myself - my promise was to change my life for the better. I started at 154 lbs and I’m now down to 132 lbs. I’ve lost 22 lbs in 6 months!
I also came across an article the other day stating that Crohn’s patients who exercise regularly stay in remission longer than other patients who don’t. I will not let my chronic disease define me and I will continue to push forward!💪🏻

Oh shocker I'm under 5 ft and a woman you can do it like I said there are no excuses. May it be harder for certain people? Yes doesn't mean you give up. I love your videos and have been wondering if joining the clubhouse is right for me. Thank you for being an inspiration everyday. Also my 8 year old made two swoosh baskets in a row at basketball practice tonight. She was pumped! 😊💜
