Hi Eric, great video as always! Thank you very much for everything you do and the passion you put in your work. I am proud I've already joined the Clubhouse and I cannot recommend it enough: it's absolutely amazing!
DALIAAA LETSGOOOOO MAAANNN
@@ericrobertsfitness yeah , let's gooooo! 💪🙂
I am most proud of the life I have built for myself, with a wonderful family, a rewarding job, and a great home.
The thing I’m most proud of today is that I am getting through a very hectic week with grace. I am working a new job that is much more time consuming and I have 2 kids home sick with the flu that I’m taking care of. I’m not letting the stress get to me and throw me off of my goals. Have I worked out as much as I wanted to this week? No. Am I beating myself up about it? Also no. I know a couple of days is not going to thwart my progress (thank you for always reminding us of that).
I'm proud of using my spare time between clients to fold the laundry and do dishes!! :) haha
hahahah love this :)
Most proud thing I am today is, I'm down 95 pounds. But more that that is knowing that fitness trainers like Eric , Jordan. Let people know that it's ok not to be perfect, and not to compare yourself to anyone else. Thank you man. I wish everyone success in your fitness journey.
I have gone down the rabbit hole with your videos.
I am most proud that I have found my motivation to get back on my fitness journey and to have found you.
I am trying my best to not fall off the wagon…again
Just finished the video had one comment at the begging of the video. I am so proud of myself for the time and effort I am putting into learning about muscle importance and muscle contribution to my health so I can prevent diabetes that now part of my family health issues. Thanks for you contents
I hope it is not too late to comment. I am just getting around to being able to watch this video and I absolutely love it just like all your other videos and podcasts. I really would love a month in the clubhouse and it would mean the world to me. I am most proud of the fact that I am not using alcohol as a Band-Aid anymore. I started my fitness journey about a year ago and I have lost 40 lb which I am so happy about. But what I'm really most proud of myself is that I'm able to not drink any alcohol at all anymore, not be tempted anymore, and I feel so amazing. I get down on myself a lot of the time for not being perfect in my fitness but then I remember of all the wonderful things I have done, and all the accomplishments I have done in this journey. And completely cutting out alcohol in my life is one of the best things I could have done. Thank you so much for all your content and I'm learning so much. ❤️
1 thing I’m proud of- been consistent in the gym for 6mo after being out for 4 years.
1 thing I’m proud of is my consistency with going to the gym. I started in late June and iv been going to the gym at least 3-5 days out of the week… normally I would have given up by now because I LOVE instant results but I’m learning that small changes everyday make a bigger difference in the end.
Very informative video! I’m definitely going to start training my abs now. One of the things I’m proud of now is that I became an attorney while raising a young family, working part time and ensuring fitness remained in my life.
Great videos, I love them. My Proud thing is immigrating to a new country(US), completing my masters debt free and supporting my family back home !
I’m proud to have set boundaries with people I love
The thing I’m most proud of today is that I got up at 4:30 in the morning without an alarm! I’m on medication that makes me really drowsy but I’ve been super pumped about working out and creating more discipline so somehow I was able to get up! Completed my workout before my classes started this morning !
Way to get after it my friend
I’m mostly proud of myself for finishing my degree in a decade while getting out of an abusive marriage, going through an ugly and scary divorce, working and raising my son as a single mom at the same time. It’s been a long decade of sweat and tears but I made it and hopefully I’ve suffered enough to earn my happiness lol
I started lifting weights back in May, 4 times a week. I gained so much weight the previous year being on prednisone (I’m also on Humira injections as well) for my Crohn’s Disease. Other Crohn’s patients told me it was impossible to lose the weight. I didn’t want to believe that. The moment I felt better I started to work hard. I’ve also completely changed my nutrition which helped my active disease go into remission. Overall, I’m proud of sticking with the promise to myself - my promise was to change my life for the better. I started at 154 lbs and I’m now down to 132 lbs. I’ve lost 22 lbs in 6 months!
I also came across an article the other day stating that Crohn’s patients who exercise regularly stay in remission longer than other patients who don’t. I will not let my chronic disease define me and I will continue to push forward!💪🏻
I am most proud of my consistency. If I have a bad workout or eat poorly, I’m still gonna get up and hit the gym the next morning so all hope is not lost.
Absolutely love this
I’m proud of myself for staying consistent this year, the beginning of my fitness journey! Thanks for all your help and support, Eric!
What up man! Been following you for awhile and def more than considering joining the clubhouse. Love the content. Appreciate it
I learned I should be doing my ab workouts before my main lifting routine! (Because I DO save it for the end and skip it 95% of the time!!)
Today, I got back into my strength training and I am very proud of this! I love strength training but I lack motivation so getting back into it is a good thing!
"Everyone have core muscles" , this a nice great reminder that 👍. Now I know why my lower back hurts second day of RDL even with light weight. Am 150lb female with most of the fat around my mid section always thought core work out can come later. Thank you so much will start traing them so I can do other important workouts
damn straight man
Today, I am most proud of my shift in mindfulness to fully enjoy the journey and not just rush to live for the end result. This is very much a work in progess but everyday I truly enjoy my daily journey a little bit more!
Nupur great work my friend
@@ericrobertsfitness Thank you so much!! Absolutely THANK YOU for your videos - I cannot stop watching them.
Love your videos and IG shorts! I’m proud of how far I’ve come with strength training and having a physical disability, it’s been brutal but gratifying

I'm proud that I lost 20 pounds in 6 months by being CONSISTENT and going to the gym 4-5 days a week with NO EXCUSES!!!! Oh shocker I'm under 5 ft and a woman you can do it like I said there are no excuses. May it be harder for certain people? Yes doesn't mean you give up. Your videos have taught me so much so thank you!
Just started my health/fitness journey. For the first time ever I’ve completed 14 days of tracking my food/counting macros. Excited to see my body Change and Really enjoying your content.
I am down 15 lbs in three months from being in a calorie deficit and alternating cardio and weights every other day. I am super proud of my progress. I love your videos and have been wondering if joining the clubhouse is right for me. Thank you for being an inspiration everyday. Also my 8 year old made two swoosh baskets in a row at basketball practice tonight. She was pumped! 😊💜
One thing im most proud of today is that i went to the gym (didnt really want to go) and saw my quad progress! like holy shit my quads poked through and i did the hard work to build them! literally at the end of my workout i looked down and couldnt believe it. i feel like a badass! thanks for all your helpful tips Eric!💕
Most proud of the day that even though I didn’t feel liked working out (I felt tried and unmotivated) I went to the gym. It wasn’t one of my best workouts but it’s better than nothing 😊
I’m proud of being able to stay consistent with going to the gym. It’s taken me a long time but now I actually enjoy it 😊
