Sam, the "losing" 5 pounds isn't that big of deal. Most people fluctuate weights within 5 pounds. It could be anything from the clothes you wore while on the scale, previous meals, or just water weight. Given that you ate a lot of Chick fil A, fast food with a lot of salt, i'd guess there might have been some fluid retention.
