STEAK FLORENTINE W/ MASHED CAULIFLOWER AND WILTED SPINACH
MASHED CAULIFLOWER
INGREDIENTS:
Couple heads of cauliflower
Unsalted butter
Minced Garlic
Softened Cream Cheese
Grated Parmesan
Salt
White Pepper
STEPS:
Chop cauliflower into manageable pieces
Steam cauliflower florets in boiling water until tender
Transfer to food processor
Melt butter and garlic; add to food processor
Add cream cheese, salt and pepper; puree until smooth
Transfer to a bowl; add parmesan and season to taste
WILTED SPINACH
INGREDIENTS:
Baby Spinach
Goat Cheese
STEPS:
Wash spinach and place in pan still damp
Cook until spinach has cooked down
Fold in goat cheese
STEAK FLORENTINE
INGREDIENTS:
Thick T-Bone Steaks
Salt and Pepper
EVOO
STEPS:
Pat steak dry; brush with olive oil

Workaholics has been my comfort show since it came out. Every year I rewatch it at least twice all the way through every season.
Blake's solo treadmill skit he put out on Instagram like 10 + years ago makes me laugh SO hard to this day. Definitely recommend.

Broken lizard is funny but their movies haven’t hit the same like they used to. Beer Fest was their last banger. Slammin Salmon was ok, Super Troopers 2 was terrible minus Will Sassos Danny Devito argument.

For Beart, this was less talking than normal. Bart normally doesn't let people finish answering his questions, let alone tell whole stories. I'm glad that Bort seems to be growing as an interviewer. Burnt must be reading the comments still.

Workaholics is my Friends. I’ve seen every episode 100 times. I watch it when I’m depressed. I watch it when I’m happy. I watch it when I need background noise. It’s my favorite show of all time. It’s fucking amazing. It’s one of those shows that are so stupid and pointless but still somehow creates ironic life lessons. The blend of Adam, Blake and Derrs is just so perfect. They’re great together. I wish them nothing but the best. I’m so sad they had the plug pulled on the movie.

Even at the end hes almost said I love and respect both of you guys but he caught it. They dont like each other. But Burt is also notorious for sucking up to whoever he thinks is most famous because hes not funny and he knows his time is limited in the spot light.

Completely understand how it could’ve came across that way but I don’t think Ders gives a fuck his probably the most chill out of all of them, just doesn’t know Burt as well as the two. He made an effort the entire pod and maybe that’s why his jokes seemed more edgy. Boy was just trying to get involved.
