are you sure we arent supposed to prime the lines with pil first or fill up the cooler? or do you just run it to temp then shut off engoine to check oil dipstick and then add oil accordingly? thanks
I know this is for your V8 but I am wondering if my 3.0 litre Ranger is good to drive stock on hot days for a couple hours with some weight in the back. Do you think I'm good without having an aftermarket oil/transmission cooler?
My Ranger has 200k miles, I think an outside air intake, engine oil cooler, exhaust/ header wrap would be amazing.

Nice clean install
Thanks!
What's better hoses upward or downward I see people doing both directions any advice
It probably doesn't matter

youre probably fine, but adding a cooler certainly wont hurt
@@PoorManMods Thanks
part of why its running so hot is cause that intake is sucking in hot air from the radiator. ya gotta get cooler air to that thing man.
Oh absolutely!
Does your system need more oil now?
Yeah a little less than a qt extra
I think I Know why the engine is over heating its old and worn out
Oh im sure! We have a 306 block ready to be be built but the owner is dragging his feet 😡
@@PoorManMods well thats an issue then
