It affects all of us, but especially those of us who are trying to run a baking business on our own. As always beautiful work. I enjoy watching your videos, they are so calming to watch and contain such good advice. You are so creative and talented. I can never properly give a quote for a cake. I always end up cutting myself on profit. Doing a cake order and only making $20 -$30 profit more than sucks on hours of work. I'm just a home baker trying to help my SS income. I've been trying to find a free ingredients or cost calculator, but no luck so far.
