I used cream cheese butter cream. You can check my recipe at the end of the video. For cream flowers, Swiss meringue butter cream and Italian meringue butter cream are the most suitable. Honestly I've never made Russian butter cream so it's hard to answer for sure.I think it's possible if it's more stable than American Butter Cream.

1. Depending on the design of the flower, the amount of cream you need varies, but if you make eight things like the video, you can do it with the given recipe. However, if you are not used to making flowers, the cream is consumed in practice. Finally, we recommend that you make a little more cream than you need because there may be a shortage of cream. 2. You don't have to put the cream in the refrigerator. The texture of the cream varies depending on the ambient temperature. Cream can dissolve even at hand temperature. In my case, I put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to make the desired consistency in the middle of work. 3. Add ingredients, mix with a rubber spatula and whisk with a blender to get the desired texture. Then add the desired food coloring and mix with a rubber spatula. Happy baking~♡

Can we use whipping cream for such type of decorations instead of butter cream?
Butter cream really holds it's shape well, whipping cream won't for very long.
