To those new to carnivore- Carnivore diet cured so much for me! I update this list as time passes so it is always up to date. I have been zero carb carnivore for 11 months.
    * No more perimenopause- completely reversed!
*Period cycles all timed perfect with 4 week intervals. And no PMS symptoms, but only the actual menstrual cycle itself!
    *No more night sweats
*No more waking every 2 hours at night!
*It used to take me 20 minutes or longer to fall asleep at night when I would first go to bed at night- before carnivore. Now it takes like a minute or less. Haven’t noticed since I am out fast!
    *No more life long eczema
    *No more cold hands
*No more cold body temp in general! Used to feel like a reptile - only warm in texas sun.
*No more IBS symptoms (gas, bloating, stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea)
*No more feeling low energy by 12pm and zombie by 4pm
*No more purple looking hands in winter
    *No more brain fog
*No more arthritis that I felt in hands, knees, and hips- or elbows
*used to have sore hips when sleeping on my side. No more!
*Lost 45+ pounds from former baby weight and peri menopause weight.
*Always had 20/20 vision with slight stigmatism- but in March doctor said my stigmatism is reversing!
*Don’t sunburn as easily anymore and tan well.
*Wrinkles around eyes seem to be much less. I am 46 and look like I am in early 30’s.
*Gums look super healthy. Dentist seems irritated as my teeth are not dirty when cleaning every six months. Think they know they won’t make money off me.
*No more sore chest from monthly periods- no swelling feeling of fullness or discomfort that prevented me from sleeping on my stomach. Now I sleep every night on my stomach!
*Fibrocystic Breast issues reversing! Almost all gone after 6 years of buildup!
*no cravings unless they are for meat
*no more angina symptoms before a period- which started about 3 years ago.
*No more feeling weak like almost passing out and dizzy around ovulation and periods
    * no more fingers swelling- that started a few years ago- rings kept being tight- is pattern I noticed. One ring I had resized larger and it’s super loose now. Will have to resize smaller.
*feel stronger- now lifting barbells not just hands weights. Dr. Baker said since I am 46, and 5’7” at 122lbs- need more resistance training to add more muscle weight. . So bought a 47lb barbell off Amazon and have 40 extra pounds added to it. Will continue to progress with that.
*Before carnivore- i had started growing grey hairs in one of my eyebrows, few hairs at a time, but no grey in my blonde hair yet - but assumed it was coming. Now on carnivore I have had no new grey hairs growing in eye brows and still no grey hair in my natural blonde hair. And in the sun it gets super light highlights.
    * no more body odor!
    * I used to get a little anxiety with large crowds- like if attending special events- but since on carnivore I don’t get it that much.
*I was a bit OCD before carnivore, but so much more relaxed so barely like that.
    * I was a relaxed person before, but somehow am even more relaxed and never stress about things.
*Since I was a young child my sense of smell has been terrible. But not even a month in on carnivore my sense of smell has gone crazy! I smell things even far away! Amazing!
*no more allergies! I was allergic to cedar and oak pollens- and mold- but since carnivore I am no longer reacting to those outdoor pollens which is amazing!
    * I have had no more issues from ear wax build up. Had it twice after having kids and docs would say it was a hormonal problem. Carnivore cured that too!
*Veins in my arms look healthier. They were almost invisible before.
*Legs no longer hurt on longer road trips or plane rides!
*I used to get a popping sounds in my right shoulder when lifting weights. Was probably a pulled ligament. That is now gone!
*I have been lactose intolerant since I was a kid, and I feel my nails are a bit stronger than before. They do break if I catch them on things but I feel they are getting stronger on carnivore.
*My teeth look more white on carnivore.
*My blood pressure has improved on carnivore. 6 years before carnivore up to starting carnivore my blood pressure was increasing. Now on carnivore it is back to normal like when I was younger. Last reading it was 100/75 which is awesome!
If I think of anything else will add. ☺️👍🏻
I know when people go on carnivore they are trying to heal something, but if they aren’t like me and notice small things- they may not notice they are healing way more than they realized- things plant foods were causing! And they need to remember, processed foods are made from plants- but so are whole foods (raw or cooked!) they are all toxic!
The carnivore diet cures! ☺️👌🏻 The body is a network made of multiple gears- and if one gets messed up it causes a whole domino affect of problems like I had! The carnivore lifestyle is not a fad, it’s the ancestral human way of eating! Go Carnivore for a few months and see how you feel! ☺️👍🏻

One thing is true is it’s very good for strengthening muscles! I did try it and saw the immediate benefits. Although I can’t stay on the carnivore diet, I did get to strengthen my muscles and they retained that strength that muscle memory which helped improve other parts of the system.
I never would have tried it, except because Lisa discussed her benefits.

Wow! I'm so glad you've managed to find something to help with the problems you were having. Happy birthday!!
My wife was quite fat, with a rather fierce sweet tooth.
Although we were ostensibly eating 'low-carb' most of the time, she died ten years ago from a rare complication of kidney dialysis which was itself a complication of diabetes.
I have always been quite thin but I sympathetically put on weight along with her.
My blood pressure was high so a couple of years ago I tried losing weight with the potato diet that Penn Gillette lost so much weight with (if you're eating anything other than potatoes you're doing it wrong). After two months I lost ten pounds but I was bored and it felt like a fast, except I was never hungry.
Last year, mid August, at age 64, I heard about the Carnivore diet. After the potato diet this was easy!
After four months I dropped more than thirty pounds, to a weight I haven't seen since my college days, but my blood pressure didn't go down.
It took my PCP several weeks trying several different medications to finally solve that problem.
I don't have any of those other problems people talk about on the TV commercials, but it did do a real number on my toenail fungus that was running rampant before I started eating Carnivore and now, a year later, is nearly eliminated. I've never felt better.
Without the sugar or carb cravings (and simply eating from habit) I don't even know what 'hungry' feels like anymore.
The health effects are said to be truly Spectacular!
Dr. Ken Berry here on RUclips says he can cure almost Anything if you will commit to eating only beef, butter, bacon and eggs and drink only water for at least three to six months.
I believe it. They say no more inflammation, allergies, autoimmune issues, digestive issues, skin issues, mental issues like fogginess, depression and anxiety.
Just eliminating sugar alone will greatly boost your immune system and even tooth decay can heal over time! Your immune system is your very best defense against cancer.
This is really good for whatever ails you!
Again, I've never had any of those problems that have driven others to this diet, but I don't want to ever get them either. I'm scared to death about diabetes that killed my wife and my maternal grandfather. Everyone seems to assume that at my age I surely have it or am at least pre-diabetic. No thank you!
I don't see how anything sweet can be called "keto."
I'm an adult now and no longer need sugar or sweets (this includes fruit). Save those for the little trick-or-treaters on Halloween.
    Make mine meat!

This was such a vital video. I had planned on going on one meal a day after my daughter went back home after a visit. So 28 days ago I started OMAD and Carnivore to correct auto-immune symptoms, which I have been subject to for over 20 years. I am now 75 years of age, but beauty and style remain part of who I am. That is why I especially enjoy your videos over others, because you are Carnivore and you celebrate womanhood and femininity. I have not been overweight, but in spite of being 5'5" and 122 lb I still have had a buddha belly. Well, that is going down and yesterday after putting on my makeup, I swear, my skin looked like glass. And it's not the Shischedo moisturizer (although it's pretty awesome). Then when I took my makeup off before bed, my complexion was gorgeous. It has to be Carnivore. I have other irritations that I'm anxious to see disappear. Honestly, I believe that God led me to this way of eating. For 20 years I have felt like I was forsaken. I always felt like something was wrong with me. I asked God for restoration, a new beginning. He answered my prayer. Yay! Thank you Lisa for your wonderful transparency. I feel like I finally get to turn the clock back and maybe walk on the beach in a bikini with my 32 year old daughter. Isn't that a hoot!

Oh my goodness. I only started watching 2 of ur videos n its like watching myself going thru the same journey with this carnivore diet. When i started,i broke alot of rules because it just wasn’t realistic for me. But i still had good results. The key is like u said u just have to make sacrifices that will work for u. N that would be cutting out all carbs n process food which i believe is poison n u have to eat real food. I lost most of the weight i wanted to get rid off n i feel really good. IF is key too. I am so glad i found u because I was wonDering if i was doing the right thing braking alot of rules n then i find u n ur doing the same thing, i love it. U r such a breath of fresh air. Lol. U r so inspiring n I know alot of woman feel the same. Thank u for taking the time. God bless u.

Hi Lisa! I am 36 years old. I was vegan 3 years and it sent me into early menopause and anemia. I added animals back 9 months ago, and although it helped.. I was still eating 'vegan' meals and wasn't healing all of my issues ' major bloating and hormone issues. Now I've gone heavy on just eating meat and home made bone broths and I'm feeling amazing. I eat a few pieces of fruit here and there when I feel an urge. I've noticed though I don't feel the desire to binge on anything now because I'm finally DEEPLY satisfied.

Check out steak and butter gal or any of Dr. Ken Berry’s videos here on RUclips to guide you. I have found that increasing my dietary fat such as butter and the rendered fat from bacon along with my protein leaves me feeling so full and satiated that I don’t feel the need to have something sweet. Also, if you stay ahead of your hunger and eat 3 square meals about 4 hours apart, that should help. Over time as Lisa said in her video her appetite self-corrected and found she only needed 2 meals a day. I think in the beginning it is important to get in the nutrition as much as you can tolerate so your body can be nourished and it will retrain you how to listen to it for the it’s hunger cues. All the best to you on your journey. And know, fruit can potentially be added back in later once you get in the range of your goal weight and find it has no ill effect (ie. Incite cravings for more sweet stuff).

Excellent video! This is something I can send to my in laws. What you've described is exactly what I experienced (minus the menopause!!). 48 years of gut issues (nothing major but always present) resolved in one day. Didn't think I could eliminate junk food, beer, etc etc but it was no problem. The cravings disappear because the new found mental strength and satiety keeps me away from all bad food. My fitness and energy are through the roof compared to 6 weeks ago ( I was about to retire from playing hockey because of my arthritic ankle and horrible conditioning). Now, my ankle is 90% better so I can skate hard like I used to 10 years ago and my legs don't feel like spaghetti after 20 minutes of playing!
I hope your video inspires my in laws like it has so many others.

Yes, yes, yes Lisa. I do the carnivore diet and it has helped me so greatly with migraine and autoimmune disease. I do think low carb and no sugar is beneficial for everyone but carnivore itself is not easy. I think you have to be feeling really sick to make that giant leap. But yes it works

Lisa, It is because of you that I tried the carnivore diet and I am so grateful that I did. I was at my wits end, trying different diets and nothing working, then I ran across your video and at first thought "carnivore diet" sounded weird, but I eventually came back and watch more of your videos on carnivore. I thought what the heck, I have tried everything else, why not try it! People that I did tell about it said you can't just eat meat, you are going to hurt yourself and risk your health, your cholesterol is going to be dangerously high. I didn't listen to them, I did my research. Now 6 months later...... down 50 lbs. My cholesterol went from 209 to 166 !!! I feel great and you are right, I am never hungry anymore!!! I am 62 years old. I was overweight, diabetic and felt lousy. Got my sugar levels down and no meds with low carb but would go off the wagon and sugar levels would creep up. Found Dr Jason Fung and started intermittent fasting and had great results with weightloss etc but after being inspired by your journey, I did a massive amount of research on carnivore ie Dr Berry, Kelly Hogan and Nutrition with Judy and many others including cardiologists and went carnivore 3 months ago. Wow, wow wow…wish I’d done this years ago. Blood pressure had been creeping up and now it’s perfect. Sugar levels that of a non diabetic, dropped 15kg’s ( you’ll need to do the conversion to pounds- I’m an. Aussie). No cravings at all. Weaned off antidepressant (had started to do that prior to carnivore too 6 months to do it and still had withdrawals- nasty stuff). Feeling the best ever. I am on no meds at all, just a couple of supplements ie Vit D and K2, and a thyroid health supplement so I get iodine. But will get bloods done next week and may not need them. So thankyou so much Lisa, I am SO grateful to you for talking about your journey healing on carnivore… or as Dr Berry says a PHP - Proper Human Diet. Cheers to good health. ❤️

ok Lisa this was FABULOUS. I am going to save this and re-watch and share with my sister who like me has lots of gut and weight issues. My story is long but here is short version. I have IBS, some type of Gluten intolerance, I have been GF for about 7 years. I was 65 (at least) pounds overweight. Sensitive stomach off and on my whole young/adult life. I use Heathers IBS fiber and probiotics and going GF HELPED my gut like 60% but still not where I wanted. I lost the weight on WW now I am around 145 and comfortable with that weight. I am in a lot of pain from hands having arthritis and hips hurt no matter how many adjustments I get (I go every 6 weeks) I have daily pain. I am really thinking of doing the Carnivore if just 60 days to see does it help with mood and manage my weight better but mainly to see will it help all the hip pain. I am 57 and I am retiring in less than two years and I have been so excited to finally be cat mom and wife (which I never got to do and always felt that was supposed to be my life) Do you think it upsets the gut when you first start carnivore? If so I will wait until I retire. I just this last year got my gut where I can leave the house on time to get to work...The STRUGGLE is REAL..THANK YOU!!❤

A handful of weeks in, and I already feel better. Bloating and gas gone, lower G.I. issues on the mend, but the changes in my skin and lack of hunger are the biggest indicators that this is my diet. I've just stumbled upon this video and am so glad I did! This could be my story! IBS has controlled most of my life even though I've been keto for over seven years and lost 50 lbs. Keto has helped with menopause symptoms but I've gained 15lbs in the last year...eating keto! My body has changed and I'm not happy at all. Getting dressed for an event is depressing and I try to find something to hide under. Veggies cause bloating and joint pain and I feel terrible if I eat nuts or almond flour. My husband thinks I'm crazy for wanting to try carnivore but today I'm starting. He has planned a beach trip for us in May and I just want to feel good and not be bloated! Also, I've had the colonoscopy and other tests and was told I'm in great health and...it couldn't be my diet! I'm going to binge watch your videos today. Thank you

After much research, it is becoming very clear to me how much heavy metals, toxins, and glyphosate is absorbed into our fruits and veg. Even "organic". I try to buy the best meat, fish, and dairy possible, and I have lost 16 pounds thus far, with another 10 to go to reach my goal. You are such an inspiration.🌺

Unfortunately I’m not as driven as you are and I didn’t have the health issues. So unfortunately I am partaking in summer fruits like watermelon and iced coffee‘s and ice cream. And I know, I know oh so well how we need to not have any sugar in the diet. But I promise you after I get back from Italy, I think I’m gonna start cracking on this and getting real serious and eliminating all these other things even though I don’t have issues with them. I would be doing this just to lose the weight. And I also do HRT but I use estradiol cream, and testosterone, cream, and progesterone pill from the 15th through the 30th as I have my uterus.
