No one should judge what or how much you eat -you look great so it's working for you. I am not carnivore-never have been. Big meat eater and do more of a Mediterranean diet and it works for me. I am 62, 5'2", weigh from 107-110 and wear size 0 for over 10 yrs now and I never limit eating what I want. We each have to find what works for our body and lifestyle-you do you and don't worry about what anyone else says. Eat cheese or ketchup if u want-even the Diet Coke (which I hate). Your choice. I do think walking is the best thing you can do for your self-body and spirit. Get that walking buddy if you need something to inspire you. The positive energy it will generate for your mental state is so worth getting a little chilly or sweaty-that's why they make dry shampoo😉😘

Every now and then when I stray and eat some of the veggies or other things I shouldn’t my digestive system let’s me know 😢. I’m getting myself back to just eating carnivore. For all those saying they aren’t losing weight quickly on carnivore stay the course. Our bodies are healing. It will eventually come off. Happy healing!

Totally understand what you mean; I had a daily routine now my hubby is retired and its kind of hard to adjust; he gets up at 6 and I usually get up at 8 if I don't have any place to be in the morning; He like to eat breakfast when he gets up but I rather wait until11 or 12; I usually have a two cups of coffee in the morning and it satisfies me until lunch; I have just started carnivore and I feel great already; I make the same meats for my husband; I usually ask do you want a veggie; sometimes he says yes; so this working for us; I also am trying to empty the freezer and ice box of all the fruits and veggies; so my hubby is helping with that; don't want to throw away stuff if I don't have to.

Lisa, you have the sweetest voice to listen to, I don’t often get a lot of time to watch all your videos and I don’t comment often, but I’ve just started my hubby on the Carnivore diet, he’s a diabetic with health issues all around being a diabetic, he has been diagnosed with having CharCot foot, which a few months ago sprained his ankle but didn’t know that he’d actually fractured it, now he has his leg in a cast to the knee 😢and not coping very well, suffering from anxiety attacks mostly at night because work keeps him busy throughout the day as he’s been able to work from home in our office, his diet has never been great since he found out he had diabetes years ago and is now paying the price or I should say, we’re Both paying the price, he’s a stubborn man and would never listen to me when I was TRYING To help him, he’d snack on all the wrong foods after I’d cook a healthy meal for him and Now we’re here, he’s 67 years old and I’m 63 years young and I never thought This would be how we’d be growing old together after 45 years of marriage, I’ve been following Dr Berry from your recommendations about the Carnivore diet and researched all that I could, So Praying that putting him on this diet will not only help his diabetes get under control But also get his CharCot foot healed for us to live the life we’ve always dreamed of when he retires, because at the moment, the future doesn’t look great from where I’m sitting when I’m also my Mums only caregiver. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for many years But I don’t eat meat, I’m challenging myself here to cook my hubby Meat 🥩 every day because I can’t even stand the smell of it cooking 🤢…I really do need Prayers to get my hubby and myself through this hurdle. You look absolutely beautiful in this video, your hair is lovely, looks like you might of had it lightened at the front, it looks a little blonder. Have a Great Week ahead. Cheers from Queensland Australia 🇦🇺♥️♥️

So it may not be that your eating breakfast in general, it could just be the eggs. 😊 I have experienced this myself.

Lisa…you could have a moderate to high food sensitivity to eggs. A simple food sensitivity test will let you know. The egg white food sensitivity I have will give me that same feeling you described and caused intestinal inflammation. Just a thought. Cheese also has casein which can also cause a moderate to high food sensitivity….which is not the same as a food allergy.

Ohmygosh, I totally get the intermittent fasting. The longer I don't eat carbs, I naturally morf into OMAD. Or i do a mid-day big filling meal and then a small snack size meal around 7 😊. I've been trying to find thin ribeye steak, but I can't find them. But 1 traveling video you made you mentioned "Steakums" omg, I used to LOVE steakums when I was a kid! I just bought some and wanted to thank you! I'm probably the only meat based person that doesn't like steak except for filet mignon, but who can afford filet mignon every day. Thanks Lisa! 👱‍♀️

I have done the same thing with my walking. So many excuses. Like getting my hair sweaty. And not wanting to go out looking what I consider not presentable. But I have decided to start the 1st of February. I always Am successful when I give myself a starting date. I am so impressed with the Carnivore' diet. I lost the 10 pounds I have been trying to lose for years. I have an almost flat stomach. Before my body looked good except for the pregnant looking stomach. I am never hungry. I have more energy. And just feel better. And I don't really miss anything. Except Haagen Doz Ice cream vanilla chocolate chip. Thanks for all you share.

If it was a cheese slice you had with your scrambled eggs every morning it was probably that. Processed cheese slices wreak havoc on the body. But if you’re not hungry enough for three meals a day that’s OK too. Many people only eat two meals a day, Lunch and supper. I used to work with a young lady when we were both in our 20s. She came to work one day and said she was hungry for breakfast and that she hadn’t eaten yesterday. I said you didn’t eat yesterday? Kind of like that’s weird how do you survive kind of question. But she told me “it’s OK not to eat every day“. That’s the first time I heard that in my life, but it turned out to be very true. It all just depends on the person, their body, and what they’re doing in life. I certainly wouldn’t expect a long distance runner not to eat for a day. Go ahead and walk but once you’re ready to walk up some hills it will pop your butt up. I don’t know if that’s motivation but it was a side effect of my 8 mile walks twice a week/4 mile walks the other three days, that included a very steep hill. My calves became very shapely along with my thighs and a bubble butt. But I also felt extremely powerful because of it. That feeling of power is intoxicating.

I have noticed that sometimes cheese makes a difference in the morning weigh in yet, as you said, I enjoy it sometimes. As long as i use it as a pleasure boost its fine! Just like intermittent fasting… there are days that i wake up hungry so i eat something. Other days i can fast until 2;00. Its all about going with the flow. Listen to your body. Oh and sweat in hair adds moisture and its good for your hair. I do Pilates and sweat at least 4 days per week yet wash my hair every 4 days and I’ve never loved my hair more. Thanks for all the work you do!

You seem to always have a routine and I need that structure. Half the time I have no idea what I am doing for day- and find myself eating bc I truly do not have anything to do.

*We buy the whole Ribeye roasts & NY Strip roasts when they are on sale, & cut into desired thickness. Also, most butchers/grocery store meat counters will cut them for you as well, at no extra charge. Last year we were getting them for under $6.00 lb, this year it's closer to $8-$10 a pound. Still so much better than the regular prices around here, my goodness beef has gone up!

I’ve found as we are over 40 we don’t NEED as much food and protein and fat keep us satisfied for so long
I exercise 3-4 times a week and many times eat only one meal a day
And I also do not eat breakfast haven’t since i competed. May need to skip on eggs for a bit think they may be causing some bloating.
Cheese always in moderation however I do eat avocado love them!!

Lisa, I love the way you cut the sleeves on your t-shirt. Can you please show us how you do it? Like the angle which would give us the same look. I mean I reeeeeeely like how your shirt looks. Also, about your ribeyes...pick up a prime full boneless rack of prime ribeye and have your husband cut them himself. You will get the precise thickness you want, the best quality, and the price is so much better! You can season them all, wrap and stack in the fridge or freezer. One suggestion though -- have him buy a "breaker" knife on Amazon which makes the slicing easier. If he can slice a Walmart steak in two, he can do this. It is simple, you get prime, you get a very nice discount, and you will love it. Love you, Isabel

I took a saliva test at my Drs. office that indicated I have a food sensitivity to eggs. They were the mainstay of my breakfast routines. But sure enough, after stopping them, I definitely felt better. After going off of them for about a year, occasionally now I can have eggs, but for sure not on the daily as before. I do miss how they would stay with me for so long , keeping me full, and were such a good source of protein.

Protein can be hard on kidneys, do you drink lots of water each day? also another way tp get great deal on rib eye steaks is during the holidays you can often find ribeye roasts on sale for 5.99 lb etc..we buy at least 2, one to have for Christmas dinner and the others we cut up into ribeye steaks!
