- In this video I share how to stop sweating permanently and my natural deodorant diy recipe!!! I'll be sharing how to ARMPIT DETOX because when you do stop using typical deodrants- you will experience an excessive amount of sweat for the first few weeks. Armpit detoxification can help the body rid itself of toxins that have built up on the skin. It may also help to reduce the capacity of sweat glands and the amount of odor they produce so thing will definitely help you stop sweating like you once did and also have sweat with no odor!!!
NATURAL DEODORANT is the next key step in reducing your overall sweating and that's because:
Not only does the use of only natural ingredients in deodorants limit the skin issues and diseases possible from their non-natural counterparts, but they also provide many benefits themselves. Natural deodorants don’t block pores, so that good bacteria keeps working, meaning less odor even when you’re not wearing any deodorant. An irritation-free armpit results in a closer (and longer-lasting) shave, and you can forget about worrying over your white t-shirt getting yellow pit stains.

Exactly I tried this and when I tell you I didn't sweat all day. Even the next day there was no sweat or smell and I usually sweat buckets in my sleep so I was very happy.

@@Ashley-je2lc honestly it didn’t work. No matter what I tried or how I tried it I couldn’t come up with a thick paste, it was runny even after putting it in the fridge. I’m sticking with my Primal Paste deodorant.
I use coconut oil and clove essential oil which are both strong deodorizers. Clove is an antiseptic and it even kills yeast. So it actually kills the bacteria that cause the odor. I haven't personally found an essential oil that is as effective as clove for odor.
Two other things for armpit detox is epilating the armpits instead of shaving. When you epilate is pulls the hair out by the bulb which removes a lot of the smell for me.
Also g'washing... it's like a new and improved gua sha (the ancient Chinese skin scraping). G'washing using vodka to strip the skin of its natural oils, waxes and film to open the pores. Then you take coconut oil and scarp the armpit with a plastic rice spoon for a few minutes until you see dark grey, green, black, brown or orange liquid be expressed out. The lymphatic system purges itself already through the skin when you sweat... might as well help it along. It is one of the best detours for the armpit and really removes and prevents body odor.

I’ve been using a similar homemade deodorant for years (I add a bit of magnesium hydroxide powder and the tiniest bit of baking soda). I love it!

Yes I make my own deodorant using the same ingredients except that instead of cornstarch I use arrowroot powder. And yes you must detoxify your armpits first because it unblocks your armpits from the chemical laden deodorant. Thanks for the video.

Coconut oil makes my armpits smell greasy throughout the day.
I'd recommend applying it after you shaved anywhere on your body except the face.
The only two things that have worked for me as a deodorant, is unscented wipes (without chemicals( soaked it apple cider vinegar overnight in a plastic bag in the fridge.
Wipe all over your body the next day. It's smells just like fresh apples and not vinegar. I got this hack from the Dr oz show for stinky smelly feet. If it works for your feet, it'll work for anything.
Another tip I got from immy's video for "Pakistani beauty hacks", was Alum. Whether it's the cube or powder it works, and it's totally safe. It's the the only natural deodorant that you can safely apply to your downstairs area without any health hazards. In Aryveda, women put in their bath water to tighten up after they've given birth, or just in general. Great for the armpits, and all over your body.
Plus it's cheaper than all the intimate sprays out there that will harm your body anyway.
I'm Pakistani and I learnt the Alum hack from immy for the first time. 😹

Bentonite clay has aluminum and silica in it and a certain kind of bentonite has lead in it. People should always research ingredients before using. Take care.

We’ve made our own for years and it works great. Sometimes we need to put stain remover on the armpits of our shirt but I’d rather do that then put chemicals on and in my body

Just a reminder that women smell like onions, and men smell like cheese. In case anyone thinks they are smelling different than everyone, or wondering, It's normal! You don't smell worse or different than other people, and it's okay, take what steps you feel you need, but be affirmed that it's a normal smell to have ❤

I’ve been making this for almost 4 years now but I’m trying to look for a way to keep it solid in warm weather.
How about refrigerating it or putting it in the freezer? Coconut oil is in there and when it gets cold, it hardens. I hope that helps.

I don't use both chemical and natural deodorant because I don't sweat or stink even I don't have hair armpits. Honestly my friends often make this as a joke. They say 'God forgot to add sweat when I was created' Maybe it happens because I have less weight, I am 163cm with 48 kgs

Please check with a doctor once. Sweating, especially in the underarm area, is the body's natural way of excess.
Sounds like a serious health problem. Sweat is insanely important for tempering your body... I would check that with a doctor. I am 1,80 m and 55 kg but I am still sweating. But I actually know some people who sweat normally but simply do not stink. That's a blessing, I think 😂

You only need a few drops. If you have dermatitis you can even try rose oil or tea tree oil

hi so i tried it for about a month, it smelt nice and you really notice a difference with the detox but i sweat a lot and i live in the tropics where it is hot and humid which doesn't help, it didn't help me with the sweating unfortunately, idk if i stopped too early but i couldn't go out with all the sweat marks. @@spellmaster8099

1. Rub lemon on armpits
2. Use Alum stone as a deodrant

Well, watching how the puddles of sweat just dried up within 48 hours was so satisfying, I used what I read about the other day. Although it actually took about 72 hours for my sweating to normalize, I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and I don’t have to change clothes 2 times a day.
