That's SO INTRESTING! Thanks SO MUCH for the info! 😁❤👍I also put water leftover from steaming my veggies AND milk on my plants. The milk improves the overall health of the plants because just like people, plants also use calcium for growth. Hope that helps someone. 😊
I’ve tried it for less than two weeks and my skins feel great! More moisturized, my rosacea improved and it definitely gave a more even look to my skin. My dark spots definitely look lighter. It’s worth giving it a try.
Hi! Nice video maam. May i ask when should i spray rice water. Best time to do this? Do you use other skincare products before or after spraying rice water? Thank you for your answer im advance 😊
In the past year, I used three different popular hair growth serums. The one that worked the best for me and gave me actual result is littlleexttrra reactivate hair growth serum. In just four months, it had a big difference. I began noticing baby hairs after 12 weeks, and by the 16th week, they were clearly visible and started to cover the bald spots on my scalp.
Cleansing my hair two times per week with the cocoonion shampoo and applying reactivate hair growth serum before bed every day of the week really worked to grow hair
reactivate serum for hair growth when applied every night for 2 months showed results for me, though for my bro, it took 3 months. Not sure of the reason!
Results look great, but like you mentioned, there are 2 big confounding variables: 1.) your description says you got IPL while trying this out. So your drastically improved results are likely due to IPL 2.) your husband’s before shot was his skin healing from a burns. So obviously, 3 months later, the burn would improve even without rice water. Apologies, I’m a researcher & these 2 things are a disclaimer worth mentioning with greater clarity as there are lots of young impressionable girls here who may be disappointed by not having results are great as you guys did. Best regards.
Rice water is my holy grail and I also like to use it as a toner. Ever since I added it to my skincare routine my skin has felt more hydrated, glowier, and brighter. I also deal with normal and cystic acne and have combination skin but this never broke me out. I really recommend to try it. If you happen to not be able to make it at home I also recommend the I'm From Rice Toner. It's fragrance and alcohol free and very gentle. :)
My Brazilian mother-in-law taught me many things about natural remedies. One of them was when my baby had an upset stomach and diarrhea she would prepare rice water and give it to the baby in a bottle. It brought relief every time and it would stop the diarrhea.
There's something called BRAT diet (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast) suggested to give small children if their stomachs are sick. Those are supposed to be soothing. Also my old lady dog (RIP) used to have a sensitive stomach and we'd prepare rice (not rice water. Just rice) for her sometimes if she couldn't stomach her regular dog food.
First time commenting on a video. When I watched this video I was skeptical. I tried method one and can honestly say I love it. I use it as a toner and my face is glowing. My husband even noticed and he never notices anything. I have been using it for over two weeks and will continue using it!
I can see a lot of improvement in my hair. I 've been using reactivate serum of liittllextraa now 4 months. It has become routine. Specially, very little hair fall that you can't even notice. Furthermore, my hair has grown longer with new hair growth and volume has specially increased. I am very happy with the result.
I’m applying reactivate growth serum and cocoonion oil. I’m using the oil two times a week and the serum each day. I’m getting good hair growth results.
thought I’d let you know - I’ve further experimented with reacttivate hair growth serum and also coconniion shampoo, oil of littellextra and using a silk pillowcase. now that it’s been 70 days, and I’m seeing about some good hair growth in mid section of head
I’ve been using it for around two weeks and it’s helped my skin a lot I have really dry/ dull acne prone skin and since I’ve started using it I’ve noticed my skin barrier seems to be improving and my skin also looks brighter but I’m definitely going to keep using it and I’ll try to come back and update in a couple months
Yeah it really works well I highly recommend it... I used to wash my face with the first rice wash water almost every day when I was a teenager and helped me a lot..i didn't have acne or blackhead..I stop it to do it because my family moved in Europe and the rice here is treated. I noticed the first rice water is not milky because it's rice that I buy from the market sadly here I can't find rice at street markets(bio/organic rice).. I will try to let the rice soak until it becomes milky.. I miss the benefits I had back in the days😊👍
i have been using it for 8 days...i have seen quite a lot of acne marks disappear or become smaller...i am not glowing but atleast the marks are going...i think by the end of this month or in the next 2 weeks it will improve quite a lot more...it is working really well so far...although i only add one cup of water...
@@bdcmxsyjds8935I tried rice on face but it got red n bumpy all over. I thought I was allergic to rice ( though when I eat, it shows no allergies). I didn't know there can be a damage due to regular rice brands. Please can you suggest what to look for in rice.
The hair fall of the past two years finally stopped with littlllextra reactivatee hair growth serum. I used it without fail for a full two months, and I can confirm it works. I have new hairs coming in now. Thanks to the person who recommended it here.
I feel the same way, I m a big fan of littleextra cocoonionn shampoo, oil and reactiavatte hair serum. I use them on a regular basis and it’s been helping good for my hair fall issues.
WOW!!! Those results speak for themselves!!! I’m getting the ingredients today to try this! Thank you so much for slowly showing the step by step process. I’ve seen some other channels but they skipped over the steps so fast. You & your hubby are so adorable!
Ricw water is my holy grail for skin, when I discovered rice water I used it and not only mh skin became flawless, it also shines and it's softer and doesn't make me break out often. I recommend it a lot
This is the rice water video that made me commit to it, their skin afterwards was amazing! Everyone else only does it for a week and you never see real results, this is a real trial of 3 whole months and its so obvious idk what anyone would ever stop.
Nice suggestions i saw here so used it.. My sister has been using liittleextra reactiavate serum for hair growth for a month, and the change is so nice. The spots that were thinning are now filling in beautifully and are full of new hair, and it has made her feel much more confident now.
I’ve been using rice water as a rinse or a pre-soak for my hair for several months now. My hair is really thick naturally. However, with the rice water, it’s also made the strands really strong & healthy. Found a video last year about how this has been sort of a ritual for Asian women for centuries, & there a lot of positive reviews on RUclips about it, so I decided to give it a try. My hair used to be really young long when I was younger & ever since doing the rice water, it’s like it’s gone back to not only being healthier, but growing like it hasn’t grown in a couple years! So simple, who knew! I haven’t thought about using it on my skin though. However, I’ve been going through a detox for awhile, & my skin’s been purging lately, so I have breakouts in places that I’m not used to & I think I want to give this a try!
I tried it and it DOESN’T work for dark spots. Her results were due to the IPL treatment that she had as mentioned in the description box. Other than that it’s a nice inexpensive toner that leaves the skin soft and hydrated but don’t be fooled into thinking it will correct your hyperpigmentation.
I was having hyperpigmentation , scars , acne with acne marks , dark patches and tanning on my face .. i used : rice, flour with milk as cleanser, milk and tomato as a scrub, milk , chia seeds and rice flour with a pinch of coffee powder as a face pack . In 1 week i would see the drastic difference.. some things work for certain skin types . Make sure your skin type matches and make sure you don't add certain things you are allergic to! ... Tbh i can't use turmeric or honey on my face ... Sigh !
I came here again after two months. Thank you for this my skin has improved a lot. I have cystic acne that is very painful. After using it, the acnes started to clear out and my skin looks hydrated and glowing. I use it as spray toner and mask (bought Daiso dehydrated sheet mask)
Its so true that , everyone's skin reacts differwntly! My skin cant tolerate potato juice when i tried it as glowing toner, instead it increases the rashes and bumps
my dad (chinese) used to wash his face with rice water every day when he was in middle school and ppl made fun of him since it was something that only girls did at that time, but now he has the most amazing skin! his skin has very little texture and a really bright, even skin tone with a slightly pinkish glow. he told me he used rice water for around 3 years and then stopped, but his skin never stopped looking that healthy, even until now that he is almost 50 years old! edit: yall ive started using rice water to wash my face as well and its genuienly amazing!! ive been doing this for about 3 weeks now and my skin feels so healthy! my family has also noticed that my skin tone is a lot evener and brighter than before. i dont think rice water actually helps with pimples but it rather gives you an oversll glow! all i can say is TRY IT GUYSS OMG
@@lizr990 hey :) i just used regular white rice, we usually put the rice into a bowl of water and stir for a while before cooking it and i use the leftover water to wash my face
@@AnnieIsaLau im not really sure, i think it doesnt matter whether you wash your face with rice water or pat a little amount of it into your skin as a toner. ive been doing both methods and they work the same, just do what you like better :)
I usually use the rice water and let it sits for 30mins, then I drain the clear water on top, and use the rice starch that sits at the bottom as a face mask. A nature lifting and brightening face mask.
@@essentialkneads6272 No, I use uncooked rice. The way I collect the rice starch is to rub the rice really hard with water. I’m not sure if you can get the same result with cooked rice 🤔.
Started using it and I’m in love with it. It sure does helps with the discolouration. It’s been 14 days. And I’m loving the results. Let’s see after a month. Will Come Back with Updatess!!
Thanks so much for making this video. Prior to following your method, I was using expensive skin care products, infared light, etc., to get rid of my bumpy skin and dark spots. The results I got from just a week of this method was way better than what I had been doing for the previous 6+ months! My skin is actually pretty nice now. No more bumpy uneven skin and the dark spots have lightened up so much! ♥️☺️🌸
@@fahimaalfarabi1646 hello. The same one she used in the video where you cook it for a bit on the stove then dilute with water. I think it’s the second method?
I use the water as a mist b4 my night moisturizer .............b4 I throw out the warm rice I MUSH IT INTO A PASTE & make a mask ....leave it on for abt 30 mins......sometimes leave on overnight( I rub it in really well....rinse in morning.......skin will feel realllllllly soft❤️

Rice water actually works really good for skincare and hair care! I have been using it for the past 5 weeks and the results are amazing! You can give it a try but make sure you are not allergic to it.
I love using the rice water , working great also for myself . I’ve also made several mask, over night cream with rice flour that I’ve made from ground rice , at first had bits and pieces of rice but that turned out to be a great scrub for my face neck wrinkles. They aren’t all gone yet but my skin is alive and the wrinkles are finding they aren’t welcome on my face lol. Thank you for sharing
They way I made my rice flour was with my blender , I poured in a small bag of rice and just let it grind me some flour lol , tried the pestal set but haha might have been ok at 30 but sure not at 72 , so the blender did it for me . And yes just regular cooking rice .
When you do a whole bag make sure you have a quart jar to pour the rest in with a tight lid , with it be a well known gets bugs I keep it In The ref with a label on the jar , same with my flour , I hate those little Miller type bugs, took me four year to get rid of them that came in a bag of flour from wal mart it had all kind on nest in it , these millers them goes and lays eggs in your ceiling, your curtains every where then the thatch as a maggot type worm . Then it starts all over . Soon now I keep fly ribbons hung in my house, which has stayed clean for a year now but not going to go through the invasion again . Gl

I have been using it for 3 days and i have noticed visible differences.. It has brightened my complexion Reduced the appearance of pores Helped heal pimples faster Reduced marks Made my skintone even It is also helping me with texture P.s I made mine with the first method.
I was outraged when I heard this person claiming that rice water contains vitamin A (not found in plants, they contain beta carotene, which is a vit A precursor), vitamin E (water insoluble, like vit A), vitamin C (seeds don't contain it, at least not in considerable amounts). Plus water soluble/charged compounds can't enter your skin. Processed rice is also not a very good source of antioxidants (which include vit A, E and C). These facts can be easily checked, people with no basic knowledge of chemistry/cosmetology/dietetics should really start checking their claims using reliable sources. I guess rice water works as a good humectans, since it contains mostly starch.
@@manishkumarpandey9702 yes it did! I have acne prone and oily skin. Of course i still use other products like Paula's choice 2% BHA and The Ordinary Niacinamide. I also use suncreen during daytime.
I have been using (rice flour+water) as a face mask since April 2022..which means fours months.. I must say that this face mask helped me a lot in dealing with my acnes and acnes scars.. Adding rice in any way in your skincare is really good for skin and hair.. Everyone should give it a try.
Yaaa it makes skin dry cause it extract all the oil from the skin. So great for oily skin.. U can apply a good amount of moisturizer after the application.. All you need is to do take rice flour add some water (like you did for any mask) apply it on the face and let it dry for 10-15 mins and wash your face with cold water.. After this u can apply moisturiser.. And last wait for the results
before : close skin videos after : far from skin + cream and maybe natural make up Rice and oatmeal is good for itchy skin but these results is maybe too perfect
Plus different lighting and possibly a filter for "after" shots. Light is diffused and softer. That's what I always check for with "before" and "after" shots.
Rice doesn't have any active ingredients to treat dark spots... of course some dummies will believe this lie... anyways at least they are not promoting any actual brand with their false results 🤭
Listen, she used obviously more than just rice water in that 3 month time, she must have a day and night routine including the rice water toner, but yes the result is great :) i dont have a toner in my routine i will try to include the rice toner :) my routine is: Nyacinamide + Retinol (tretinoin) + Moisturizer
God bless you alls marriage! You both look really great! I have typically used diluted lemon juice for hyperpigmentation but it’s become too acidic for my skin shifting from acne prone to random eczema. Thank you for bringing this into my awareness! Hi! I actually tried the rice water as you suggest on this video a couple of months ago. I loved the results so much I still do use it as a toner. Thank you so much for this video. 😊
It really works even without boiling I soak the rice and left overnight I started using that water as a toner. It helps me a lot. I have the most oily skin ever, but the rice water prevents oil on my face when I use it. My face looks so bright and naturally hydrated. It is the best remedy for oily skin.
Yes ma'am I am making ur recipe right now to try but I have been using Viori for about 2 & a half yrs now and I love it. After 6 months of using the products I no longer have to use conditioner. My hair is smooth and soft and I have no problems with it growing anymore. I also use an apple cider vinegar and clove rinse after as well
I love to use unprocessed rice. The effects are quicker. Its packed with a lot more nutrients. I've used it as fertiliser for my potted plants too. Somehow in comparison the processed/ packaged white rice just doesn't seem up to the mark so I've stopped using ricewater unless i can get my hands on the unprocessed rice

Hi guys! I use the 1st, 2nd and 3rd wash of rice water as a last rinse on my hair. But I've watched some YT videos about this and most of them advise not to use the first/second wash because it's dirty, so I'm not really sure if what I'm doing is right. I only do this 1x a wk bec I've read that too much protein is bad for your hair. I haven't tried the method of what Yao women used to do though. But I will definitely try it this week.
Your skin is so beautiful after 3 months! What an economical way to DIY our own SKII toner. I've just started to use method 3 to create a hair rinse. Have you tried doing the same before?

Hi your 58 year old subbie here I stumbled onto rice water all over RUclips but started using it daily after research on hair my hairline was bald and when it trickled down felt a pleasurable sensation on my face so did not wipe it off. Fast forward since 12.09.2020 and my hairline had grown back thicker and stronger than ever and I have a thick head of hair that grows like wildfire which I haven’t had since primary school when mum used to do my hair. Rice often contains relatively high levels of INORGANIC ARSENIC which is toxic. It's advised to rinse the rice and let it soak in water over the night and change it out before you cook it to reduce the arsenic levels in the rice, this is especially important if children will be eating it. Arsenic has a brightening effect and was once used in makeup so the effects you see when using this might actually be because of the arsenic and not the vitamins... Long-term exposure to inorganic arsenic can cause cancer and has been linked with developmental effects, cardiovascular disease, neurotoxicity and diabetes, so be careful people!
the way you present it, you make it sound like people will get cancer and die by using rice water, organic and basmati has lower amounts. Water has arsenic, what would people do? not drink water? Did you know that you can die drinking 10 liters of water? lets not drink water at all because it kills you. When I was into herbology, I read that many herbs can send you to the hospital, lets not drink herbs either. Fish has also high levels of arsenic, I don't see you going to fish recipes videos commenting about how fish kills people. When you want to make a comment to terrorize people, state the facts in the better way, using organic basmati rice will not lead to cancer. It has way too low concertation to be cancerous. EDIT: this rice water method will not do much, the rice water technique involves rinsing the rice till the water becomes clean, (it reduces significantly arsenic), then you put again the rice in water and with your hands you massage them a lot, then you boil the water and then you ferment it using some type of citrus and then you leave it minimum a week and then you use it. The arsenic by this method is insignificant. There is no risk at all.

@@Suksia So far I've tried the rice water toner with my husband and its been great! We really like it and we store ours in the fridge for 2 weeks at a time. I've noticed after 2 weeks refrigerated the toner isn't as fresh anymore so we dump whatever is left and make a new batch. My husbands skin is less bumpy and very smooth, and for me my face is so hydrated and soft. I've also done the rice water in the hair a few times but its inconvenient for me so I don't do it that often. But when I did do it, my hair was very very shiny! The only thing I don't like about the rice water thing is letting it soak in your hair for an hour. Ive got two kids and running around with wet hair isn't that great. If there was a less messy way to do it, I'll for sure would have continued it!
I was researching this and apparently even if you leave this in the fridge it can grow microbes in it, there is a particular bacteria that can grow in rice that is over a day old. So yeah the moral is diy skincare is not the way to go if you aren't using it right away, without preservatives in skincare microbes can grow and cause more harm than good

Do you rinse the rice water or do you use as a toner amd let it stay
Results look great, but like you mentioned, there are 2 big confounding variables:
1.) your description says you got IPL while trying this out. So your drastically improved results are likely due to IPL
2.) your husband’s before shot was his skin healing from a burns. So obviously, 3 months later, the burn would improve even without rice water.
Apologies, I’m a researcher & these 2 things are a disclaimer worth mentioning with greater clarity as there are lots of young impressionable girls here who may be disappointed by not having results are great as you guys did. Best regards.
Very politely and gracefully put.
sorry what is IPL?

Rice water is my holy grail and I also like to use it as a toner. Ever since I added it to my skincare routine my skin has felt more hydrated, glowier, and brighter. I also deal with normal and cystic acne and have combination skin but this never broke me out. I really recommend to try it. If you happen to not be able to make it at home I also recommend the I'm From Rice Toner. It's fragrance and alcohol free and very gentle. :)
@@z7z766 I prefer the first method and I didn't rinse it out but I think any method mentioned in the video should also work just as good :)
That’s what I use and I LOVE IT!!
I double cleanse, pat dry, and apply the toner by patting it on with my hands. IMO that’s the best way.
I just wanted to ask since you use rice water as a toner, do you apply moisturizer afterwards?
@@umidk8938 yes, i'm curious about this too

Thank you so much ,can't wait for the update
i have been using it for 8 days...i have seen quite a lot of acne marks disappear or become smaller...i am not glowing but atleast the marks are going...i think by the end of this month or in the next 2 weeks it will improve quite a lot more...it is working really well so far...although i only add one cup of water...

The hair fall of the past two years finally stopped with littlllextra reactivatee hair growth serum. I used it without fail for a full two months, and I can confirm it works. I have new hairs coming in now. Thanks to the person who recommended it here.

2 years for hair growth? That's a long time 🤷🤷🤷

How long did it take before you saw new hair growth?

My dad who is 53 has softer hands than mine 21, just by washing rice everyday for cooking. He doesn’t use hand creams or moisturisers and neither do I
I wash rice for cooking everyday, and my skin is dry, lol. I wish it worked for me just as well.
Same my mom is 40 and I'm 15..her hands are soft and mine feel so rough lol
i have been using rice water on my face for the past 4-5 days and my acne has reduced and my dark spots r slowly clearing. BUT pls do a test before spraying rice water cauz ur skin might be allergic to it. I did a patch test on my forehead, I sprayed rice water on my forehead for about 2-3 days and my skin was fine then only I started applying it on my entire face...
IT WORKS 👍🏽
Note : Be sure to use organic and non pesticides Rice
I use rice water yes but only on my hair, it makes it feel stronger and thicker! I'll definitely try applying this to my skin, thanks for sharing!
Could u please tell me how to use rice water on the hair? Thank you 🥺
Me too!!
I want to know too!
Same here 🖐🏻👀
Have you tried doing the same before?
i've been using it for a week! AND LET ME TELL YOU! This is the first method EVER that helped me with my cyctic acne. I've tried so many things since puberty, nothing helps! They were there for YEARS sometimes and the skin was severely damaged. Rice water helped me WITHIN A WEEK. Even the biggest once are almost recovered. The magic is in simple things indeed. Thank you so much!!!!!!!
What method did you use and did you use it as a toner too ??
Thank you so much for the advice....I'l try it for sure...muy skin these days is suffering so much....stress, mask-mask, stress....you know....Bye!
I love rice water! Anytime we cook rice I keep the rice water and in the fridge and I use it as a toner when I wash my face and also for my hair!!! Definitely works wonders
Is it effective for face as toner?.
I no longer suffer flare up from wearing makeup and my face, jawline etc is tight and flawless. I haven’t shared this until now because I had to really see if it works for me it does.
And what method do you use to make your tice water
@@cristinitaandco add water to the rice and leave it to ferment. I don’t mind the sour smell It’s lockdown and I am applying it in the privacy of my home and 30 seconds after spraying it on the smell dissipates anyway.
I really want to do the Yao technique on my colored hair! I'm so happy you shared your positive experience here, it's so helpful! Thanks babe and have an amazing holidays! Xo
@@Vincentianbeauty did u also ferment for 2 days like tee or did u do it for longer?
@@Stubby1031 My fermentation period was happenstance as I simply forgot about mine in an air tight jar for 8 days and haven’t changed the fermentation period since then because for me it works.
Omg 😭
What about just regular arsenic? 🤔
Yes..very good fact...oh..so the brightening effect is from the arsenic..😮😬
the way you present it, you make it sound like people will get cancer and die by using rice water, organic and basmati has lower amounts.
LOL
This has been a beauty secret in my culture for a long time, but I never did it because I didn't know how to get the rice water without wasting the rice. I'm trying to heal my acne scarring - now that I know how to, I will definitely give it a try!! Thanks
You can get rice water and give the boiled rice to cows...... That will help you in many ways 🙃
what is your culture?
ap rice ko grand kr k milk mn mix kr k bhi use kr sakti hn
I once used rice water on my face and it gave me terrible acne ,
I’ve heard so much good testimonies about rice water , I like to use natural home remedies for my skin troubles but sometimes it just doesn’t work out .
Maybe try organic rice? Someone in the comments said regular rice has inorganic arsenic in it 😟

Could you share the recipe for this fermented rice water? Please?😁
Great video! Amazing results!
I’m definitely gonna use it!
It’s the best of two words, you make good rice to eat and you use the water to enhance your skin!! Wow can’t get better than this
Wow. That's incredible results. Do you use anything else on your face besides the rice water? Like a moisturizer or serum? Or just plain rice water?

How u prepare ur rice water
Thank u for ur information...mamm
How do you prepare them?
I’m using it 3 times a day I carry the bottle with me and trust me I’m 22 and I look like 15 (my skin) i used to look older than my age before now it’s the opposite ❤ key is to be consistent you’ll get results only after 1 month of daily use age and if you use it daily forever girllll you won’t age 😍
How to use??
ok but why didnt you showed us the result more closely like you did in the “before”? Yes rice is wonderful for skin I don’t doubt that but it really looked like you put some make up or ps. Anyways, I’m gonna try the fermented one cuz I want to light my skin tone.
Never know which remedy will work im also gonna try this😁

Here in the Philippines, we use it as an alternative for milk.
Very true haha
Please share how you use it, thanks
I started using this rice water the soaking method, in April this year and I use it as a toner and my skin is so soft and smooth since I started. I was very sceptical at first after watching this RUclips video.
Hey sis,i also made rice water and stored on fridge.but after 2 days, It's smelling bad.should i continue using it on face? Will it be bad for skin?or it’s normal cuz i didn’t use any essential oil in it.
Hey thanks a ton , due to swimming my skin has damaged so badly, i used the rice water and boom it’s a magic for my dull damaged skin. I am so happy that it’s healed my skin
I've started trying rice water for 3 months ,from March 2022 to May 2022.. I can see some changes , as my pores started to shrink. I apply them to my hair roots , n it has worked , my hair fall has reduced a lot . I have dry n frizzy hair so I use rice water n it has worked wonders . My mum always used rice water on her hair from a young age . But I felt lazy doing all these beauty diy, but now I'm more health conscious now . Rice water does work for hair n skin .
How to store rice water toner??

do lemme know as well
@@Suksia So far I've tried the rice water toner with my husband and its been great!
@@MiszVizzo Thanks for the update 👍
@@MiszVizzo thanks for the update. And you can wear shower cap for your hair.
Did you wash your face after you applied the rice water?
did you just use rice water? or use side by side with skincare?
2:55 She said she used it as a toner before the rest of her skin care
What are the things we need to do to get skin like yours besides this toner
I’m going to use and lemon this on my skin for scars from mosquitoes bites starting today and will come back to this in a month!
I was researching this and apparently even if you leave this in the fridge it can grow microbes in it, there is a particular bacteria that can grow in rice that is over a day old. So yeah the moral is diy skincare is not the way to go if you aren't using it right away, without preservatives in skincare microbes can grow and cause more harm than good
So if we want to do this , better use it quickly and dont leave it in the fridge. is that right?
@@sarahayularasati4693 Yeah exactly:) also it's worth noting that the girl in the video also got ipl laser done around the same time she was using the rice water so it's more likely that the results are from the laser treatment. Just saying in case you have high hopes
