1.Get Rice. You can choose white,brown or else, but organic.
(Half Cup Rice or Less)
2.Put it in a Bowl.
3.Pour Water.
4.Mix or wiggle the Bowl lol.
5. Drain water.(Remove the dirty Water)
6.Add New Water to the same Rice .
7.Put the Mixture into a Jar and cover it with a Cap or a Plastic Foil and leave it for 24 hours.(Fridge if you want)
8. Comb and Detangle Your Hair for sure.
9. Pour the ready Mixture on your Hair, massage in Scala or Use a Spray Bottle.
10.Let it (Marinate) for 20 Minutes.
11.Wash off.

Drinking lots of water daily, my hair feels nourished and stronger. Hydration plays a role in hair density. I also combined this with usage of liitllleextra cocooonion shampoo & hair oil together. This worked well and my hair fall decreased by a good 95 percent.

I had found out that the old oil, conditioner, and shampoo i was using were making my hair weak and easy to break. they weren't good for my hair because they had some bad ingredients. when i read the labels, i realized they were not natural. that's when i started using littlextras cocoonion conditioner, oil, and shampoo. these products have coconut, onion, and protein in them.
after i used these products to wash my hair just four times, i saw that my hair was getting better. it became stronger, and i noticed less hair falling out. this taught me that it's important to use the right conditioner and shampoo for my hair. it's also important to use the conditioner after washing my hair to avoid dryness from the shampoo. i also started using a comb made of neem wood after washing my hair. this helps the blood flow on my scalp and reduces dandruff.
If you follow these simple steps, your hair will become better too!

Guys it works my hair was so damaged from dye stripping my hair and dying my hair like every 2 months although I have really think hair anyway but it's made it like silk and it's amazing but I made the rice water and then poured it over my hair left it for an hour and then used plamers coconut shampoo and conditioner £4 abottle in Tesco I used basmati nothing organic so try it I am in love right now with this

Or we have to do it the other way round- shampoo hair, then spray this, let it sit, n then wash hair again? but then I guess you'll have to shampoo your hair again for the second time so it doesn't stink, n it's stupid to do it twice. Which one has to be done you think?
Her hair is genetically good so no matter what she does her hair will be good . It all depends on the genes.

From what I have heard it depends on how your hair responds to it first and also on how your hair is.
For example, in Bangladesh 🇧🇩(my home land) - it is our village tradition, people eat water- rice, which is kept rice with water overnight (about 12 hours). And it is scientifically proven that, it keeps our body cool, also preventing heart disease and blood pressure. Rather, it has a lot of scientifically proven benefits. By the way, I think , her claim isn't 100% fake.

هنجيب نص كوب من الارز و نغسله و بعدين نصفيه
ناخد الأرز و نضيف عليه كوب من الماء
في طريقتين لتحضيرها:
الطريقه الاولي : نسيب الأرز منقوع في الماء لمده نصف ساعه و بعدين نستخدمه.
الطريقه الثانية : هنحط الوصفة في برطمان و نقفل البرطمان كويس نسيبها لمده ٢٤ ساعه و بعدين نحطها في بخاخ.
وهي بتفضل الطريقه التانيه لانها فعاله اكتر.
بتقول ان الأرز لما نسيبه في الماء ٢٤ ساعه هيكون ليه ريحه بس امن للاستخدام. قبل ما نستخدمه نرج البخاخه كويس
وممكن الخليط يصلح لاستخدام لمده يومين بس نحطوا في الثلاجة.
بعدين بنبخ الخليط علي الشعر كله و نسرح الشعر عشان يتغلغل الخليط في الشعر كله و نسيبه لمده ٢٠دقيقه و بعدين نغسله بالشامبو
ونكرر الوصفة مره كل اسبوع وبشكل منتظم عشان نحصل علي افضل نتيجه.
الطريقه التانيه نغسلوا كويس ولا من غير غسل خالص

It definitely works. Be careful it's protien. Protien can be good and bad for your hair. It will make your hair strong, grow, and it will also dry it out causing it to shed and change your texture. To look almost like heat heat damage. You have to make sure you use a moisturizing conditioner and oils. You will be fine.

Oh no don't leave it on for 7 days or you will stink so bad lol! The longer you leave it on the more treatment your giving your hair. I would at least do 1 hour for sure or you can leave it on overnight if you want to!Then shampoo and condition after you're done. But don't leave it on longer than 24 hours or you will start to stink seriously. Hope that helps hun good luck

اولا نقوم بغسل الارز مرتين ( هذه الخطوة ضرورية)
ثانيا ننقع الارز في الماء ثم نقوم بتركه لمدة يوم كامل
ثالثا : افضل طريقة لاستخدام ماء الارز هي سكبه على الشعر او نقوم بوضعه في علبه بها رشاش
رابعا: قومي بتمشيط الشعر قبل وضع الماء

Consume Sidr honey ( that's honey if u don't realize)
Use onion juice on hair wash off after ( it has strong smell that won't just go u need shampoo little more stronger then baby shampoo)

@@saralai1003 I soaked the rice overnight then put it an spray bottle... Use it like every other 2-3days... Some ppl wash it out same-day but I leave it in for a month at least and I see a tremendous growth and texture...

I use fermented rice water with citrous fruit's peel of 1 week and it gives me amazing results

Rajkumari Rajkumari That’s what I did, I wash it to make rice water then cooked up some rice.
There's one more procedure, instead of using the raw rice, one can use the starch of rice and ferment it. The cooked rice can be eaten and the the fermented rice as it has sugars ( starch), it ferments even more better and more thicker.
This provides more nutritional value than the raw rice fermentation. It's only depends on what people prefers
I did this two days a week for a month . and my hair grew 5 freaking inches !!!!!! Y'all needa do this y'all . like no lie my hair thick and long and shiny . it smells like straight up ass when applying but it works 😋😊😍

1. Get rice,you can choose white brown or else (half cup rice or less)
2. Put it in a bowl
3. Pour water
4. Mix or wiggle the bowl lol.
5. Drain water (remove the dirty water)
6. Put the mixture into jar and cover it with cap or plastic foil and leave it for 24 hours.
7. Comb and detangle your hair.
8. Use the mixture on your scalp with the help of spray bottle
9. Let it be for 20 min then wash off

Thicker hair isn’t achievable without also achieving longer hair. For thicker hair you want hair regrowth. The regrown hair actually needs to grow longer in order to make your whole hair thicker. If regrown hair simply stayed at the roots without growing, it wouldn’t make your hair thicker.

Well I've been applying rice water to my hairs since last 3 weeks(twice a week). And Trust me it does show results. It grew my hairs 3 inches long and gave back my hairs' shining again. LOL i wish i knew this earlier. :) I hope this helps.

I Fixed my dry Hair issues with these methods; I rinsed my hair with 1 cup 4-6oz water and 1 TBSP of vinegar messaged my hair for abt 2 mins, rinsed it, and poured brewed cool coffee on it and left in my hair abt 15 mins, wrapped with shower cap, rinse out, shampoo & WOW! Did this 3x p/week, the vinegar cleans the scalp of build up and clears the follicles to grow ur hair. Also, once p/week I conditioned my hair with Rice water & 7 drops of Rosemary oil mix it pour on ur hair, I leave in for 45m to 1 hour, rinse and shampoo, it's like Magic! I'm attaching the rice water method here. Take 1/4 cup of rice, rinse wash well, put in a jar with purified water and let sit in a dark place for 72 hours, pour water out, add Rosemary, wet ur hair over the sink, pour rice water in your hair, have a bowl catch this water and use to pour on hair 3x to saturate the hair fully. after 45m to 1 hour rinse and shampoo. WOW! Hope it helps everyone! Also helps to take a good Iodine in liquid form to Balance Up your hormones. Iodine will fix them. *Rice water builds Up the hair follicle strong and healthy! *While the coffee helps to Energize the follicle & hair shaft!

I have been using the plain rice water since 2 weeks. My hair became soft ,shiny and observed less hair fall.

Its been 2 weeks I am using it(weekly twice).I used normal rice. wash the rice and soak it more than half an hour. After shampooing thoroughly I will pour that rice water, message my scalp ,leave for 10 minutes and rinse it with warm water.
Not sure about hair growth so far my hair fall is reduced, hair become soft & shiny.
Yes before shampooing oiling your hair will helps for moisturizing and after shampooing using rice water acts as a conditioner

I’m gonna try this hopefully tomorrow. Just so y’all know, I have really dry, fizzy and thinning hair, and 1/6 of a fist of hair left on my head. My ends are also very damaged and split and i never dyed, bleached or ironed it. I use a blow dryer to maintain the poofy-ness of my hair.
