I have this problem to it just started in my adulthood years, didn't even know that it is eczema. There is a history of this condition in my fmaily actually.
Take red clover extract or yellow dock both are very good blood cleaners and help get rid of eczema. Your body is too acidic caused by a food allergy to dairy sugar etc. cut those out and see how much it goes away.
Thank you very much 👌👍What a great informative post. So sad bleaching is still an issue in our communities. Your fabulous recipe would be AMAZING in healing bleach damaged skin. 👍
Not only do I love what you're doing (I make my own whipped she's butter too 😉) but I'm so glad to hear somebody mentioning not to use the microwave, let alone for food. I threw mine completely out of the house about 10 years ago and haven't looked back. Keep doing what you're doing! 💖
@@MissCiscaP hi 🙂 I reheat using either a toaster oven, conventional oven or in a pan on the stovetop. I'm old enough to have grown up without a microwave (we couldn't have afforded one anyway- they did exist lol, but were not yet common household appliances) and didn't even know how to use one until I started working as a waitress 😉. We got a microwave when we got married, and had gone through a few over the years. But after round 2 of cancer I just went back to "old fashioned" ways of reheating that I grew up with. It's not as bad as one might imagine 😉. I don't make a big deal out of it at other ppls houses. When I am a guest in someone's home, I graciously accept what is offered, but given the choice, I'll drink cold coffee over having it microwaved. It is a little less convenient for sure, but it's all I knew growing up, and we just adapted 🙂 That being said, all my grown kids went back to using a microwave for convenience but I don't fuss about it. They'll walk their own paths, but ironically, it was one of my kids that pointed out the irony of radiating my food and having a cancer that was related to radiation. Blessings 🙂
@@pattyschulz8892 issue I have is when using an oven to reheat, it ends up cooking the food again (if you know what I mean) and if I keep the heat very low - so it doesn’t overcook or burn - it takes ages to heat up thoroughly. Soups are fine as I usually do them on the hob anyway but things like rice, meat, bread, etc. just doesn’t work without a microwave for me 😞😞
@@MissCiscaP totally understand. They are a huge convenience 👍. And if one chooses to ditch them there sure is a huge learning curve! The toaster oven helped alot, but yes we still burn things. It is a very tough decision to make lol. I have no intention of going back, but by that same token we all choose our paths and the battles we have on those paths. I literally got mad with my 2nd diagnosis and literally threw it out to the road. But it most definitely does NOT ensure I won't ever have cancer again. We can do every thing "right" and still get cancer. Heck we can do everything "right" to avoid cancer and go out and get hit by a truck the next day anyway. We all do what we can in the place we're at and just keep going. 💖
I followed your method, but I used some cocoa butter solid, Haitian black castor oil, moringa oil, and some leftover over healing cream I had that was shea butter based but also included calendula, aloe vera juice and safflower oil. I also use the double boil method to make my own super hair grease.

Hello! I’m a new subscriber. Do you have the ordering information on Shea butter from Ghana? I would love to order some and start making my own whipped Shea butter. Thank you!! Great video by the way. Very informative.
This was by far the most easiest and simple recipe for eczema and skin issues. Thank you so much! I’m going to look at more of your content and btw you are gorgeous!
Enjoyed watching this. I have raw shea from Ghana (my cousins live there). I’ve had this block for yeeears. I keep it in the fridge and cut off a piece to put in jars when I need it. Do you know if it loses its health benefits after a while…? Also, I don’t remember seeing it on your list. But I put the tiniest dab of shea to coat my lashes before my toxic-free mascara- and girl, they’re growing!! So it’s good for lash growth also. 🙌🏼
Thank you so so much. Been looking for a good simple recipe for my eczema and very dry skin. My daughter also has the little bumps you talked about and it’s brought her self love down. Thank you ❤
@@sarahwambui743 is sure did. I also used it on my face because it was getting really dry and flaky at times and I’m about a week or so it was gone. My daughter has the bumps on her arms and their not completely gone but their not itchy with this butter recipe.
Yes, Alba! Yes to all the DIYs. I have to do a complete overhaul of all the things to more natural products. I need all the natural/homemade I can get. TFS! 💗
Made this twice already. It’s amazing. I have KP and eczema. Amazing. My friend has diabetes with terrible skin. His skin is glistening now!!! Thanks!!!
Thank you for this ❤️ I have all ingredients including the essential oils.. will be doing this within the hour. Been following this beautiful lady since the beginning. She has been an absolute favorite of mine.
I have made this and just after you whip it it is nice and smooth consistency but after an hour or so it turns hard again, not as hard as the raw shea butter but hard enough that you have to melt it with your hands before applying it.
Thank you so much Alba for this great recipe and for all your great videos. Would you be able to tell us where you purchased the ingredients for the recipe.? Sending the best wishes for your family. Also, do you store the finished product and the ingredients in the refrigerator?
Ghana isn't the only country where she's butter is made, it's made in Nigeria as well, in fact, Nigeria grows it most so it can be sourced from Ghana, Nigeria and some other west African countries.
Thank you so much for taking time to make this video. I’ve made some for me and now I’m even applying it to my children. We have a Kitchen aid Artisan mixer that really takes the elbow grease out of the mixing process. I highly recommend it. Happy New Year!
I also have dry sensitive skin and have been making my own whipped shea butt mix for last 5 years and it has changed my skin. Vitality, softness, bounciness. Ingredients Shea butter Coconut oil Sweet almond oil Glycerin oil Fragrance oil of choice I've never used jojoba or rosehip, I'll look into that Glycerin oil acts as a facilitator so your skin can actually absorb moisture and it's not just oil sitting on top of your skin. I agree about coconut oil clogging pours. But I only find that it really affects me if I apply the butter on my face. Otherwise I don't have any complaints Warning: if you use this, don't go right in the sun as it may lead to sun burn. I would say give it 12 hours before any major outdoor time. I tend to put it on at night after showering and go to bed then next day My skin is incredibly moisturized.
I just made this exact recipe a few hours ago minus the lavender oil Type. It came out Great!! I put the mixed liquid oils in the refrigerator (not freezer) for exactly 55 minutes and then Whipped it in the same bowl I used the whole time for roughly 5 minutes between 2-4 speed until the consistency that looks like the one in her video. Hope this could help someone like this video helped me out Tremendously. Shout out to Mrs. Ramos for the video
This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I’m so tired of products saying “clean or natural” and you look at the ingredients and there’s so much crap in there. I also have sensitive, dry skin and KP. I have begun to really be careful about skincare product ingredients, so I can’t wait to try this!
RIGHT ON!!! NO MICROWAVE!!! FIIINNAALLYYY, SOMEONE ELSE UNDERSTANDS THE GROSSSNESS OF THE MICROWAVE!!! You got me subscribed right there! Thanks for the ideas. I’ll be watching more of your videos! P.S. GREAT VIDEO!
Love more lifestyle videos like this! Where did you find out your official diagnosis for KP? I have really bad eczema/ sensitive skin so wondering if that may be additional reason why as well
Yes, many people all over the world use coconut oil for their skin and hair as well as cooking with it. So I think if one can use it, there should be no problem.
Wow!!!!!!!! Can this be used as a hair mask??? If not can you guide us how to do it maybe?? Btw…. I followed your hair journey for myself and got my curls back a few years ago. Love your channel!
This can definitely be used to seal ends, prevent split ends and braid hair etc... but I wouldn’t use it as a mask because the Shea butter is oil based and naturally too thick to easily rinse out so it would require shampooing to clean off properly unlike a standard mask which is typically water based or aloe based and can be rinsed off without shampooing again.
Hi, thanks for sharing your recipe. Recently I purchased shea butter made by the women of Ghana which I was very excited to use.. I than view the company RUclips channel on how it made , and I was crushed to learn that they are using aluminum tools. I’ve bought 15 kg of shea butter from them. I’m so disappointed to see such high quality products made in an old fashion way get to mix with aluminum. If you know of a business out there that use high quality tools with their products such as wood and stainless steel, please share with us. Thanks 🙏🏻

Skin cracks and bleeds everywhere. It’s so painful! I use coconut, sunflower and rosehip oil but I need something a little thicker and this was so helpful! I must try! Thanks for sharing, love you always! 😘
@@chabee3666will this also help with psoriasis
Thank you very much 👌👍What a great informative post. So sad bleaching is still an issue in our communities.
Your fabulous recipe would be AMAZING in healing bleach damaged skin. 👍
Not only do I love what you're doing (I make my own whipped she's butter too 😉) but I'm so glad to hear somebody mentioning not to use the microwave, let alone for food. I threw mine completely out of the house about 10 years ago and haven't looked back. Keep doing what you're doing! 💖
Yes.
How do you reheat your food quickly (without burning it)?
It is a little less convenient for sure, but it's all I knew growing up, and we just adapted 🙂
That being said, all my grown kids went back to using a microwave for convenience but I don't fuss about it.
Thanks for this recipe Alba! Best results so far...I like the consistency. Many thanks
I followed your method, but I used some cocoa butter solid, Haitian black castor oil, moringa oil, and some leftover over healing cream I had that was shea butter based but also included calendula, aloe vera juice and safflower oil. I also use the double boil method to make my own super hair grease.
Thank you for this recipe. Most have coconut and my skin breaks out horrible with coconut.
I made mine yesterday!!! Oh my gosh! I'm hooked! It glides so smooth on my melanated skin! I used slightly bigger portions. Now I have a jar in every room of the house! I added lemon & peppermint essential oils to mine as I love citrusy scents. Divine! 😍 Thank you so much for sharing this. Asanteee!
I’m so glad you tried it!!! The lemon peppermint sounds amazing especially during this season to help cool the skin.
I just bought a chunk of shea butter, and I already have rosehip seed oil! Im Going to give your body butter recipe a try. I suffer from excema flare ups occasionally, and most creams out there burn terribly when applied. Thankyou for posting
How was your experience?
Shea butter is life, I now learned to make shea butter body scrub.
Yes, more DIY's. It's always good to know exactly what's going on your body and in your body.
Yes.
Thank you so much for this recipe. I am definitely trying this. Plus your skin is gorgeous.
Thank you so so much. Been looking for a good simple recipe for my eczema and very dry skin. My daughter also has the little bumps you talked about and it’s brought her self love down. Thank you ❤
Did it help you cure the excema
@@sarahwambui743 is sure did. I also used it on my face because it was getting really dry and flaky at times and I’m about a week or so it was gone. My daughter has the bumps on her arms and their not completely gone but their not itchy with this butter recipe.
@@betsycarrion4716 thanks, will try it

Never seen anyone with skin as perfectly beautiful as yours. Truly perfect ❤
Thanks!!!
Do you use it on your face?
Thank you for this ❤️ I have all ingredients including the essential oils.. will be doing this within the hour. Been following this beautiful lady since the beginning. She has been an absolute favorite of mine.
Watching you years ago helped kickstart my health and beauty journey with natural products.
I have made this and just after you whip it it is nice and smooth consistency but after an hour or so it turns hard again, not as hard as the raw shea butter but hard enough that you have to melt it with your hands before applying it.
I was looking for this comment. Happens to mine as well. Wish she addressed that it does not stay ‘whipped’
Mine too
Use more oil:) Your house might be too cold for it to stay the right consistency.
@@elise6689it actually should stay whipped that’s why people use more oil I’ve made whipped with coco butter shea and coconut oil
@@franchescazamora1726 you’re absolutely right☺️
Love shea butter but didn't like its texture. Knowing this a game changer. Thanks hun for this video. love from Ghana 🇬🇭 🇬🇭
Thank you so much Alba for this great recipe and for all your great videos. Would you be able to tell us where you purchased the ingredients for the recipe.? Sending the best wishes for your family. Also, do you store the finished product and the ingredients in the refrigerator?
Ghana isn't the only country where she's butter is made, it's made in Nigeria as well, in fact, Nigeria grows it most so it can be sourced from Ghana, Nigeria and some other west African countries.
that's correct, a microwave is for storage. that's it, that's all.
Thank you so much for sharing!!! I have suffered from dry skin all my life! I will definitely try this!!! 🤗♥️
Yay! New video 🥰 still watching it but you look BEAUTIFUL!! As always! 🥰
Thanks Mrs.Alba, your video makes everything become simple and doable. I really love the colors and the scenes in the video.
Thank you so much for taking time to make this video. I’ve made some for me and now I’m even applying it to my children. We have a Kitchen aid Artisan mixer that really takes the elbow grease out of the mixing process. I highly recommend it. Happy New Year!
Lavendar scents are so calming
Alba you’re so pretty! Great content too 😊 I really line your diy and skin care videos I find them super helpful.
I’m hooked I just binged all your diy yes thanks queen you are the truth I have KP finally someone helping us out
Finally, someone who allows us to see the measurements clearly, on the scale, and added screen notes. Thank you!
As someone with kp thank you! I’ll have to try this myself. Nothing store bought has ever worked for me
I also have dry sensitive skin and have been making my own whipped shea butt mix for last 5 years and it has changed my skin. Vitality, softness, bounciness.
Ingredients
Shea butter
Coconut oil
Sweet almond oil
Glycerin oil
Fragrance oil of choice
I've never used jojoba or rosehip, I'll look into that
Glycerin oil acts as a facilitator so your skin can actually absorb moisture and it's not just oil sitting on top of your skin.
I agree about coconut oil clogging pours. But I only find that it really affects me if I apply the butter on my face. Otherwise I don't have any complaints
Warning: if you use this, don't go right in the sun as it may lead to sun burn. I would say give it 12 hours before any major outdoor time.
I tend to put it on at night after showering and go to bed then next day My skin is incredibly moisturized.
Wont work - glycerin needs an emulsifier
I remember you from the natural hair days!
I'm so happy I found your channel! This is what I needed to see! Thank you!
This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I’m so tired of products saying “clean or natural” and you look at the ingredients and there’s so much crap in there. I also have sensitive, dry skin and KP. I have begun to really be careful about skincare product ingredients, so I can’t wait to try this!
How was your experience?
Thank you Alba!! Yes, more DIY's please!!!!
I’ll have to try this. Thank you for the pointers! Love you’re hair, you’re very cute 😊
Love more lifestyle videos like this! Where did you find out your official diagnosis for KP? I have really bad eczema/ sensitive skin so wondering if that may be additional reason why as well
I get coconut oil from Trinidad and have never had an issue. It has actually healed my skin and my sons dry patches on his scalp.
Yes, many people all over the world use coconut oil for their skin and hair as well as cooking with it. So I think if one can use it, there should be no problem.
Where did you get that coconut oil from?
I mean where did you order it from?
So excited to try this. Recipe my kp is so bad and I'm getting scars too,it's awful
Bloody hell!! You look too BEAUTIFUL. Btw, you are way too gorgeous ♥️💞😍❤️💕😻
Thanks 🙏🏻
Have been using a different recipe for the past couple of years and thought I’ll try something different and boy am I glad I did. The consistency it’s amazing! Will stick to your recipe from now on🤗 love love love it, thanks so much for this video 💞
Did you us it on face?
*use
Recommendation is to store in dark jars to preserve E.O.s. I can't wait to try this! Thanks for sharing. I will be using amber jars I have left from some other lotions I had.
Coconut oil is great for my hair as a mask but definetly not on my skin 😄
