Honestly, if you can't learn about screen printing from JONATHAN then you probably don't need to know it!!! I buy all my supplies and equipment from him and he has always been great to watch, learn from and buy from. I have made alot of mistakes in my journey as a screen printer but I am always greatful to have purchased my equipment from an actual screen printer. I call him all the time and he helps me through everything. I have an 8-8 press I purchased from him and even if it wasn't awesome (which it is) I would still buy from him for the customer service. Where else can you buy from and call about questions about coating screens to registration issues? Great guy and if you buy from anywhere else you are crazy. There are a lot of variables that would affect rates of production. Automatic printing is much faster than manual of course too and you can print more colors in less time as well. Whats the difference in a screen from ebay or amazon vs. name brand stores? I have a few I bought off of Amazon and the screens are tightly meshed and firm. Just dont want to buy something thats not going to last.
I can't really say as I have never bought any screens from Amazon or Ebay. If you're talking about metal 20x24 screens they could be imported. What I can tell you is that when you buy screens from me you get commercial grade products at industry standards. Also you will get better customer service from a supplier such as myself. If you're in the States I recommend buying from a local supplier or one in the USA online. That way if you have any issues with product performance, you'll easily be able to get in touch with the supplier. Thanks for watching! I had a team in my shop we printed 117 shirts in 12.5 min big Ray Paul dryer. And the print was good
