im sitting here tearing up. i've messed up so many shirts and I have ocd. I felt like it was my fault, but couldnt find out why. I'm going to start working again right now. Thank you from my heart. You earned my respect.
Man, I owe you a beer! I was struggling with my screen sticking to my previous color and the black blowing out when printing my last layer but your suggestions saved the day! Kudos to you, brother!
Amazing! That’s what I like to hear 🙌🏽
I think a lot of people become intimidated by the price points for getting all the proper equipment for screen printing. It would be cool to see a video for screen printing on a low budget, such as using a heat gun for curing, printing without a press (ik, sus) but ya like just showing people the basics. Could make for a cool video and you could even show us how you started out too! Keep up the content man!
you're absolutely right! I will definitely get a screen printing on a budget video in the works! Thank you for engaging and dropping ideas! I appreciate it.
absolutely right my friend,
This video was incredibly helpful! I just found out you’re right here in MD. It’s always great and highly informative to watch your work progress.
That part about lining up the different screens so all the elements of the image match was exactly what I wanted to know about. Thanks.
Happy to hear it helped🤘🏽

Awesome design. Love the colors Love the Bella Canvas shirts. Really loving the videos. You have a pretty slick company going from a basement shop. Love your drive. I'm from Florida all winter and all around the country hiking during the summer
damn. this comment honestly made my day. Truly appreciate the love! and thats so dope, hows that been?!
@@baavproductions It's been fun the last couple years. I bust my butt working all fall, winter, and part of spring to pay all my bills forward. Two years ago I hiked all over Colorado and Maine. This year I hiked the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine. Same thoughts for next year. This winter looks like I'll get my T shirts up and going.
@@madratter Thats awesome man your doing what you love! Definitely sounds like an amazing experience. Keep doing you!
Bro, that was just AMAZING, thank u so much
I am GLAD! Thank you a ton for sharing your feedback!
I appreciate this tutorial. I've been thinking about moving to screen printing for our college apparel business and taking it in house. We are currently using a DTG POD vendor, but I think we could do better. A couple questions for you:
- Could you do a tutorial on creating the individual color layer files in Illustrator?
- You use the flash dryer in between colors to get a little cure. But, the conveyors are really expensive for anyone starting out. Could you use a heat press at the end (after all layers are on the tee) to do the final cure?
LOVE THIS CHANNEL HOMEBOL👌👌👌👌 Percise work!👌✌🤘
I appreciate you a ton!!✊🏽🙏🏽
great job, thanks to show the skill
Top notch tut. Cheers!!!
Thank you so much! I've been holding myself back from multi color but I'm ready to dive in! Great vid! PS where did you purchase the Ryonet board you use to tape artwork ?

Man I was struggling with the 4 colors. This helped a ton!
You will never go wrong if you use that set up the way that he shows in the video! Four color is tricky, but once you are set-up right
Happy to hear!

Great video, Thank you for sharing :)
Great video!! I've been waiting for someone on RUclips to explain the Screen #s, ink (for cotton, polyester) and what shirt/hoodie they print on (100% cotton, 50/50, 60/40). Did you spray the entire screen with the silicone?? I need to try that, because my multi-colors sticks sometimes.
Thank you! and yeah there is a bunch of factors that go into choosing the screen count. The most simple way to look at it is, the higher the detail on your design the higher the mesh count you want and the over the details the lower mesh count you need!. Not the whole screen with silicone spray but the area the prints will come in contact. Definitely give it a shot because it will help get your inks to not stick onto the screen!
A video to show how you separate the colors in photoshop to print the 4 transparents would be great!
This video was dope!
Is there a different process from screen-printing on 100 percent cotton to 50/50 cotton polyester do, I need to use different ink or cure differently? Awesome video by the way!
Great video as always
I appreciate it honestly!
Perfect video for learner’s
Amazing
Watching from Kentucky... Cool video!
Thank you!!
I recommend goldupusa for aluminum squeegees if anyone is interested in getting a few. Price is reasonable, and they basically last forever because you can replace the squeegee material by simply buying it in rolls and cutting to size. Big money saver in the long run.
Great information man. Going to definitely check to out!
Printing out of Colorado Springs. Nice video brother.
Much love Bret! Thank you as always!
Hey great work man I’m just wondering what’s a good printer to start off printing those clear sheets to lay on top of the screens with the art on there?
Thank you very much for video and the additional tips! Question do you suggest using pallet tape? If so, dual sided or one sided?
No doubt! I do suggest using pallet tape. I just use regular pallet tape and tape it on the pallet. I apply water based adhesive on top.
Love the videos, keep it up.
Thank you!
Very nice job!!! 🥰
Appreciate you honestly!
1000👍🏼very well explained !!!
Learning to do some screen printing of totes for my business and i notice you are from Frederick, MD. So am i! Small world lol
Very detailed and informative, Thank you! Please, how did you prevent the registration marks from not showing on the clothes?

ruclips.net/user/shortsmEA15ahzN0o?feature=share
Excellent video, one question though, on the first practice shirt you printed the lining up marks were on the shirt but not on the proper shirts. How do you get rid of them please?
Thanks for sharing your video
Do the screens need to be cleaned in between prints? I’m not planning to ever screen print but I’ve been watching videos today and came across this one. It’s so much more informative than any I’ve seen so far but I didn’t notice if the paint needs to be removed before moving on to the next item or not
Dropping gems💎
!!
Awesome mate keep it up
Appreciate it Nabeel!
Thank you for the advice and video. Love from Las Vegas NV. # Bonnie & Clyde Graphics #

Hey great video, from NYC here. How much did you invest in all your equipments? Would love to know and get some recommendations. Specially with the print machine. Thanks!
Appreciate the love. The screen print machine can be purchased for about $3500
Bro🔥🔥
which software do you use to break down one picture in to four to use different colors.
Is there a specific order in printing the colors Like which ones go first or it doesn't matter?
Very important videos ..
Please let me know ...for wash screen also do we have to do in yellow light?
You don't have to wash screens in yellow light, thank you!
Thanks for the video. Will the silicone spray stain the shirt due to the oil of the spray?
No it wont, you don't need much just the slightest bit so that the ink doesn't stick on the screen. wipe the excess off just in case.
Much appreciated
Great Video
Thank you!
The B-Roll is appreciated
Your appreciated!
hi could you please share where you bought your 6x6 screen printing machine ? thank you
How long in advance do you prepare the screen (coated with photoresist) before printing, and how long can it be stored if the screen is not used up
