No matter what the subject, this could be an example of a near-perfect instructive video. It's an inspiring recipe for success, packed with clearly-presented information, omitting nothing important and moving along quickly without distractions. One of the very best I've seen.
I used to make designs by hand using rubylith until it was almost impossible to get. And I also used India ink over transparencies to make my own designs before having a computer. Great video, saludos desde Maine. 🇵🇷
I am a newbie to the screen printing industry. My name is Zell R. I appreciate all the teaching you provide. My son-in-law and I attempted to coat and is having a real problem trying to burn the image on the screen. Thank you for this video and all that you do ❤️
The Video was really informative for a beginner like me. I have two questions and that is (1) after flooding the ink how many times should I push the ink over the t-shirt? and (2) can I cure the ink in a heat press machine?
¡¡¡Wepa!!! My son (14) loves digital art and we are diving into the world of screen printing to bring some of his designs to life. We are going to be working on this together and I absolutely love your content. From one Boricua to another, thank you for these videos.

Damn I had no idea adhesive is used on the shirt! The heating process probably gets rid of the leftover adhesive, right? Really cool. Lots of respect for this and why shirts cost what they do. Imo screen printing is better than DTG.
thank you so much! this was super helpful and the tips you give are in my opinion really really appreciated for someone who wants to learn about screen printing!
Wepaaaa Boricua🔥 thank you for this video! I just received 4 wooden screens 🤦🏻♀️ I wish I would’ve watched your video before buying 🤷🏻♀️ anyway I just subbed. Thanks for the amazing content, I really like your filming style.

I'm just starting a silk screen business, have a techtongda 4 station, 4 color machine. Am brand new to silk screening. Have some questions, as I am a complete beginner, that wants to turn this into my primary income.
I realy love screen printin am yuh always made it looks luvly and easy..bt Why does most of the time i print it happens that ink leakage underneath the screen and affect my design on tshirt? Is there an advice? Cz i locked up my 4 stations for about6 months now cz am afraid to ruin customers shirts yuh know
Hi John, lovin' your videos. I'm just starting out. Can you please tell me if there is a preferred GSM for screen printing? Is it easier to print on a heavyweight shirt as opposed to a lightweight?
Also I have someone that lives near me that is trying to sell a brown pony XPRS4 color and for station and she’s had it for four years and she is trying to sell it for$ 1500. I’m not sure if I should do it or not
What is going on at 12:00 ? Register? Why did you line the screen up with the original stencil and did you attach them to each other when you screwed down the screen or what? You didnt explain anything about that part at all? Were you just taping the stencil on the rack then lining the screen up with it so you can see exactly where the design will print? The shirt would cover the design paper anyways which is why I'm confused if this is what you're doing or not?
Truth most printers allows transparencies to print. You can also use lazer printer however, you would mostly likely have to double or triple up your transparency sheets due to light penetrating them. I use a Samsung MX2 series lazer and have been printing some rad prints with it, but always using more than one sheet to darken the image. Try it out it works well
230 mesh. I will remember this
Thanks man!! I needed this video. I have my first print job tomorrow. 37 tees LETS GOO!!!

How'd it go?👀
