Can't thank you enough for this - it's opened up so many possibilities when renovating old houses. Please do more videos - you'd have a huge channel if you kept at it. Very rare to have a professional show you how vs. the countless click-bait amateurs on here.
Excellent. Good music too. Can you tell me what adhesive that was again please? Also, it appears these tiles are non-locking. Guess that's preferred. I was hoping to use same flooring as what I put on the wall to match.
Great video, i think yours is unique & very clear. As I have a hearing impairment, I didn’t catch what the metal strips were called. I spotted a guy using a brush on the wall... do you also put an adhesive on the wall before placing the planks? I have some leftover LVT from my kitchen floor. I’m planning to put them on my kitchen cabinet as a substitute for the end panel. I think I’ll need to use the metal strip at top & bottom to hold it in place.
should've removed the fire extinguisher case and gone under... God knows when they go to replace or move that they will be screwed. otherwise great installation! no corners cut you clearly know your stuff. I'll be watching more of your videos!
I am confused. You applied glue, then some sort of tape then the metal "cap metal" These are te staged I am interested in but the volume is too low and ther are not notes. Please elaborate.
Hi, I would do a bond test and go from there. A bond test consists of gluing one small piece of material directly to the wall on the paint, and one where you will remove the paint and see which sticks better. If no different you can apply without having to remove the paint. Hope this helps. Thanks!
what kind of glue? how thick? what kind of tile? looks pretty flexible. where do you get the metal corners? I am an apartment owner trying to upgrade some kitchens.

You just apply glue directly on the wall doc? If the wall is concrete how to apply the glue? Clear the paint first or just straight gluein it?

Do I have to remove the paint from the wall?

Inward corners should be okay but how to get good finish at outward corners? Anyone suggest

How long you let glue dry to installing lvt
By any chance are you in Local 1247 or trained through that apprenticeship ?
Is this concrete wall?
