Amazing recipe! Just tried it for dinner. DO NOT SKIP PUTTING THE PEPPER IN. You definitely going to want something to offset the sweetness. But I was very impressed how well the recipe turn out. 10/10 for me!
Looks super yummy! Tip for rice from a brown person who eats rice for breakfast lunch and dinner 🙂: Basmati extra long rice and measure the rice and use same amount of Cold water as the rice! Applies for Jasmine too! 😊🤎

I’m 73 years old and had a stroke which has made it almost impossible for me to cook. I loved to cook and was pretty good at it. I try to teach my husband but he cuts corners that sometimes makes a big difference in the end result. When I try to say something they get insulted. I wish these sights were available when I was younger. Much of what know was trail and error. There is no excuse today for hunger or not knowing how to cook. Thank you. BTW i’m Spanish ( Cuban, Puerto Rican and from Spain) with an Indian(New Delhi) husband. THANK YOU.

My husband cant cook to save his life. He can't even follow recipes online. The end results end up terrible and to make things worse he doesn't like to take instructions. I miss the days when I lived with my parents and got home cooked food to eat that I didn't have to cook.
I like to use a rice flour/tapioca starch mix (1:1). Just add two eggs to that and water until it’s a little thicker than a crepe batter. It fries up really nice
