what is the difference between the spiral and the paperback version? I believe you have 2 separate cook books out, is this recipe in either? BTW, you have become my new favorite youtube channel. Your short videos kill me,
Definitely did not think I would get 20 seconds into this video and then break down in tears. It looks exactly how my grandma made it. I just cried for 20 minutes about lasagna.
As an Italian, I truly understand that lol. This is almost the same recipe my Grandma from Italy made. If there's one thing about Italians, we take our food EXTREMELY serious. This woman needs her own show, her she is a brilliant cook and has such a fun personality.
Made this for Christmas dinner and my family went crazy. First time making fresh pasta and rolled it out a bit too thin but it was incredibly delicious none the less. My daughter is being me to make it again before she goes back to school and she has NEVER liked lasagna before. Excited for the 2nd time around🤩

@@shanterriar8080 always use something that you would drink. If it's not worth drinking I wouldn't use it in cooking. You've probably heard the saying. I cook with wine and sometimes I even put it in the dish!! I like chardonnay

I liked this recipe a lot. My friends from Italy always tell me oregano goes on clams and pizza, nothing else, so I use basil instead. When I reach for oregano they say "We are Italian, not Greek!."
Shereen, can I use some Wagyu boneless Shortribs that I have..? I know the bone would taste better but these Wagyu boneless I have look SO DARN GOOD...!
