    You are ADORABLE!!!
I usually cook the thighs in olive oil and salted butter with about 6 smashed garlic cloves and some sage! Really good!!!
The other recipe that I use is from the Philippines, which is where my former husband and his family are from. I absolutely love this recipe. You get some fresh ginger and make little discs of them cut little discs that are thin you put in about four yellow onions, cut in ringlets you’re gonna put in about 2 cups of apple cider vinegar or white vinegar and just enough water to one cup of water and you put about believe it or not about half a cup or more of soy sauce and you let that chicken just simmer in a closed pot almost like you’re going to make soup and they eat it over rice and sometimes they don’t eat any vegetables which I don’t like, but you can add green beans and garlic and soy sauce, and that would be amazingso I think you should look that one up. I think it is called chicken adobo, and it is from the Philippines.

Remove from pan and sauté chopped onion and garlic. Add in smoked, sweet, and hot paprika. Stir, then add a can of diced tomatoes. Put chicken back in pan and cook in oven until tender (I love low and slow for fall off the bone chicken). Finish sauce with sour cream. Serve with veggies and egg noodles.

No need to wash chicken before cooking, just make sure to cook thoroughly. Washing chicken and other meat can spread germs through splashing, even a tiny bit. If you do wash it be sure to wash the sink and surrounding counter with hot soapy water and thoroughly sanitize sink and surrounding area including counter.

One of my favorite seasonings to duat chicken thighs with is a liberal amount of seasoned-salt, granulated garlic, and fresh cracked black pepper. Its great baked in the oven or cooked on the grill. Especially tasty on charcoal 😋 i made chicken leg quarters in the oven like this last week. One of my boys told me it is better than the fried chicken from the grocery atore. I love that fried chicken so i took this as quite the compliment.

MY WIFE AND I USED TO OWN THAT OVEN! That is, the same type of oven. It's a GE if I recall correctly. She wanted something more updated, so we purchases one from LG. We're still getting used to it. The "ThinQ" line of LG oven/ranges is a real challenge.
I love this dish, and may be doing this sooner than later. I'm a chicken thigh fan/dark meat fan (my wife is strictly white breast meat.....😩😫) so she'll not be partaking of it, but I'm betting she'll dig the veggies and salad. Your approach and personality is putting a pleasant smile on my face while you speak. I very much enjoy what you bring to the channel with your spirit and, for lack of a better term, sassiness; your zest for life is conveyed nicely, and your love for each dish is obvious. Enthusiasm is contagious.
Thank you for bringing this to the internet. Again, I'll be trying this soon. I have a some Essense in my spice cabinet now, among the other seasonings I live (garam masala is one of my faves). If you've not tried St. Elmo's seasoning, I suggest you give it your time. Kinder's has a large variety of salted and salt-free blends. Some of what you can find in your local chain grocery stores has merit as well.....but forgive me, you likely already know that. I overshare sometimes.
Ma'am, keep up the good work. I'll be back soon, for sure!

My family loves air fried chicken thighs. I make a mixture of paprika, lemon pepper seasoning mix and garlic powder and shake it in a bag and it makes a seasoning paste. If you cook it on 350° in the air fryer skinside down 30 minutes, flip then skinside up for another 15- 20 minutes and it's good. Crispy skin and fully cooked

One of my favs is olive chicken.
1 (glass) container of olives, lightly blended, mixed with 5 to 6 pounds of thighs, placed in a couple of Pyrex dishes and baked in the oven for 45 minutes @ 375. Serve atop veggies and rice. Suuuuper simple, and absolutely delish!

I couldn't find this recipe on your site, so I had to re-watch it, pausing many times to get all the directions. It seems very straightforward and intuitive, but you'd be surprised how many nuances one could forget when trying to duplicate it from memory. I am going to make this tonight. Wish me luck.

Just discovered your channel and I think I'll be going down the rabbit hole! I could watch (and listen to) you cook all day! I'm always looking for new recipes and these look great. I do a similar dish (LOVE chicken thighs) but I do seasoned flour & I bake it. Comes out crispy & juicy.

I am 60 years old and I have been searching for the recipe of how my grandmother managed to cook fall off the bone fried chicken repeatedly. My grandmother passed away when I was in 2nd grade. I recently discovered it was not a recipe...it was the technique. Basically, cooking the chicken with a tight fitting covered lid on a medium heat in 1 inch of oil (doesn't matter if it is Crisco, vegetable oil or lard) for 15 minutes on one side, then 10 minutes on the other side. Removing the lid and turning it on high to get it to the desired brownness. When cooking with the lid on...the temperature is hotter as it holds heat in, so you can cook at a medium heat at a lower than normal setting. It also worked with pork chops! It does not have to be cast iron to cook in. I did it first with cast iron, then a regular non-stick, but I had to plug the vent hole with toothpicks to hold the moister in. My profile photo is of my grandmother and grandfather...my grandmother was the master of fall off the bone fried chicken! I think your recipe was so tender because you covered it with foil.

hi bachelor here - i thought of this recipe when i was a fan of claire (i want to say robinsons ) show 5 ingredients or less show many years ago on the food network - 1 set oven to 350 2- bag of frozen broccoli cuts 3 ) 1/2 cup of sliced button mushrooms salt pepper bit of olive oil 4) roast at 350 for an hour 5) remove from oven and place thighs on top 6) cover with remaining mushrooms and add a can of cream of chicken on top 7) liberally cover with parmesean cheese 8) cook uncovered for an hour or so until internal temp reaches 165 (don't worry the temp will rise when you let it rest ) then use rice , pasta , or whatever else to pair with. simple easy and only 3 trips to the kitchen
