Pop is called underrated only because it was poorly promoted, otherwise it would be up there, a masterpiece aswell. As for this version of Please...just amazing

The clicking noise is what either Bono or The Edge are hearing in their in ear monitors, it gives them a tempo to play to, it is used by all live bands these days,when people make recordings like this from live concerts they tap into the in ear monitor channels and record them instead. Thats why the sound quality is so good. I hope that answers the qustions about the clicking sounds!!!!

Totally agree. Pop and Achtung Baby were the best U2 albums, in my opinion. This version is very good but I cannot believe they dont play the '97 version and Love is Blindness any more, yet Stuck in a Moment is heralded as a classic.

@wrightherewrightnow9 , well i think PoP was not underrated it is not a great album just like zooropa i think those albums of you to are personally form me the 2 worsed albums of u2 but they are so good they always manage to produce great songs also on these albums like Please and Staring at the sun great songs and on Zooropa Stay they just the best!!!
Why are they using a click track on this purely acoustic version? I think a few tempo changes here and there could add more authenticity to the unplugged nature of this version.
