    The Dutch Chinese restaurants add some more ingredients like ginger and sesame oil for the typical chinese restaurant taste, and some more. I love the RUclips video's from Tijgerkop, she owned a Chinese restaurant in the Netherlands. I think it is worthy to copy her recipes in English.

    Wij deden vroeger in het restaurant altijd een groot blik gepureerde cocktail vruchtjes er door. Je kon de soep ook als saus gebruiken wel iets dikker maken. 😊

      @@ToinesKitchen Lekkerste is om eerst het water te koken met stukken appel, sinasappel en citroen. Met dit water maak je dan de bouillon.

      I have made this with sliced Portobello mushrooms in stead of the chicken before.
