Here’s something that can change your way of life or thinking. This is the most important thing you will hear/read today.
If you’ve told one lie, stolen anything, or lusted (which is adultery of the heart), you’ll be found guilty on Judgment Day and end up in Hell. But there’s good news: Though we broke God’s Law, Jesus, the prophesied Messiah, perfectly kept the Law, fulfilling all righteousness. He paid the fine for sinners ( that we could never pay ) by suffering and dying on the cross-absorbing the wrath of God that we deserve. “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Then Jesus rose from the dead and was seen by hundreds of eyewitnesses. Today, repent and trust Jesus; God will grant you forgiveness and the gift of eternal life. God bless

You can have a lot of visceral fat under the abs which is actually more dangerous for health issues than subcutaneus fat (which hangs and flops around). Also organ hypertrophy further expanding the gut pressing the abs outwards is a real thing in many ppl who's ever done steroids. I dunno if Eddie does/did em, but that's how it is.
That being said it is impressive that a body of that size can be this functional.

When I was in high school, one of our phys-ed teachers was a retired Marine colonel. His name was Joe Molitoris. He was not only a great teacher but the best motivator I have ever met. I was a skinny 5 foot 10 inch 135 pounds but I was highly competitive and pound for pound one of the strongest kids in school. Thanks to coach Mol, our gym classes were tested against the Marine Corps physical fitness tests. Always wanting to be the best I looked up the requirements for passing, elite, and found the state records for high school students. When I got to sit-ups I saw that the record for 11th graders was 76 reps in 2 min. I was certain I could beat that and focused on owning that record. On the day of the sit-up test, we were told that 70 was a 100-point score. I told the coach I was going for the record and he said 76 reps in 2 min. is going to be tough, do you think you can do it? I told him I was doing 80 in practice and felt sure I can do it. When word got around, the gym started to fill up to see if this not-so-star athlete could do this. I was up first and was moving pretty well until around 60 I started cramping. It was all I could do to get 70 and score 100 points. I was so upset with myself that I asked the coach if I could try again by going last. That gave me around 30 min to stretch out the cramps. My classmates thought I was nuts because I already had 100 points. I just said "Because I can do 80 '. I did 80 reps with a few seconds left, but 80 was my wall.

What happens when you as a jew go into an arab town? You get assaulted, rocks are thrown at you and they're trying to kill. You think Israel are the one organising the attacks on Gaza and striking first? No. Hamas attacks us with a s**t load of missiles. The only reason we don't have thousands of dead people is the iron Dome and our military. Every assault on Gaza results in civilians dying because these basterds hamas use them as meat shield. Try visiting israel for once before judging. People here are welcoming and we have the most humane army in the world ( litterly we never give death penalties and never kill fckin terrorists). You think we're evil cause you have no idea about what's going on. I thought people would learn after the Holocaust that being antisemitic only results in death and begins a cycle of hatered.
We just want to live in peace without recieving death threats from everyone. If the US weren't supporting us and our army wasn't powerful, Hitler's goal to exterminate Jews would've been accomplished accomplished.
We desire peace. But you people judging us without having a clue is what stops it from happening.

Sit Up: Arms must be crossed on the chest.
Pull Up: You must go fully up & down. No kipping, swinging etc.
Swim: You must use the breaststroke or Combat Swimmer Stroke, which is slower than freestyle.
By the way, I was not a Navy SEAL; however, I was a Navy EOD Technician. Navy SEAL and EOD use the same PST Standard (but EOD is a bit easier).

Example: If the Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) is giving out only 100 contracts and there are 1,000 applicants, then only the "top 100" performers would receive the contract. And out of those 100 people that have the contract, only about 20-25 people will graduate from the training to become a Navy SEAL in the end (Navy SEAL Training Pipeline or BUD/S has about 75-80% attrition rate).

@@tysonangeles1568 The reason why I said what I said in my comment is because I used to be really heavy way back and I'm very active during those time. Now I'm like 20-ish kg lighter than before, but I'm way less active. When I started running again quite recently, I feel like I don't struggle as much as I did back then, and when I started that running, I was expecting to be at worse state than when I weight much more but more active, cause I thought I have more stamina back then.
That tells me that having huge body weight is a huge handicap for running. Being active definitely helps for sure, but being too heavy significantly reduces your performance during running, at least that's what my experience is. That's why I applaud Eddie to be able to run that distance with those time even with something like 70+ kg of weight difference between him and me. Also, my current running time compared to his running time in this video is actually not that far off, which is why I'm even more in awe.
I definitely wasn't trying to say that Eddie's not an active guy lol, I was saying that I was the one who's very inactive until recently. I've followed Eddie for quite a while now, I know a lot of stuffs that he's done.

My best advice is to continue what your doing, obviously you need upper body strength but if you have good cardio you can do every course I've been through. I recommend jogging with a weighted vest as well, so your knees and shins are used to that abuse, (don't get to crazy with weights at your age because your knees don't deserve the beating) my knees where shot by 35, lol. Obviously lots of push ups and sit ups, BUT remember everyone has muscle failure so it is what it is, i mean that for punishments during course. If you guys actually wanted to know:
For the NSW PST you must complete it in the order of:
Swim → push up → sit up → pull up → run
SWIM: must be either combat swimmers' stroke (CSS) or breast stroke, some warrior challenge mentors will not allow breast stroke because it's seen as a faster stroke, pools vary between 25 yards and 25 meters, the test is supposed to be 25 yards but again, the chief can pick to make things a little harder if they give you a meter pool they adjust from 500yd swim to 450m
PUSH UPS: resting is only granted in the locked out position but you must maintain a rigid core in a "plank", aka no sagging and no raised butt. Officially you come down to a fist or if a fist is not used then 90° bend at elbows. Some chiefs will require you to the floor.
SIT UPS: hands (not just fingers) are placed on traps, no "rocking" sit ups, must go down until scapula hits the floor (shoulders can remain off floor) and up until your elbows touch your upper thighs, no swinging of elbows either, must rest in seated up position
PULL UPS: must be pronated grip, no regripping allowed, rest as long as you want from hanging position (some chiefs change this) and no kipping allowed, must be what's known as a "dead hang" pull up
RUN: 1.5 mile run, sometimes on a track, sometimes on a path, changes based on location of test given, typically they pick the hardest way to do it.
TIME: Overall you have specific rest times, noted as 2 minutes between calisthenics and 10 minutes before/after the cardio vascular events
PASSING: passing does not mean you're given an NSW contract, however minimums are on the NSW website. Typically people don't care about the minimums because they mean nothing anyway. To secure a contract you have to be competitive in your district. There are theories of "auto qualification scores" which change based on who you ask/when you ask. But the theory is that a competitive standard must be met typically around these numbers 9:30/75/75/15/9:30 sometimes better scores than that are even suggested.

Very informative. These videos of people passsing the navy seal fitness test are a joke to me. But impressive for a Man this size to move like this. When I was training 9:30/100/100/20/9:00 was competitive. And CSS IS PREFERED because it is an efficient stroke and lowers your profile in the water
