Jon Dovik Bro he’s at least 340 right now, I’m saying on top of a normal persons body. A normal 6’3” human being may weigh about 200 ish pounds, so he’s like a regular guy walking around with a 150 pound weighted vest on. It’s fucking exhausting running or moving quickly.
I’ve seen him lift some super impressive shit but this is beyond impressive. The Beast at his weight is in good enough cardio shape to complete this course and get through those tiny pipes. hats off man dude is a model athlete.

I'm happy for you. There's nothing better for mental health than physical exercise imo. Just like you I've started lifting again after many years, 18 in my case. Never felt better and I get a lot of inspiration from guys like Eddie, Martins and Hafthor, Jujimufu and others. Having fun while working out!
