A friend recently told me about Fabulous 50s, and I'm hooked after 2 days. Since Covid and not wanting to go to the gym, my exercise routine has been curtailed, especially in winter when I can't get outside much. I've just signed up for the 14 Day Challenge, and I can't wait! I loved this quick gentle stretch, especially for busy mornings.

I've been doing morning stretching with your videos for two weeks now. I love them! Love that there are different ones to choose from. Age 69 but wanting to keep on the move so these supplement my 3 mile walks & yoga class.
I regularly work out with Schella. I had not done this particular stretching routine with her in a while and today I noticed a lot more flexibility in my arms. Consistency is the key and I highly recommend Fabulous 50’s.
I love waking up and deciding which exercises to do. I haven't done this stretch routine in a while but it's definitely going back on my go to wake up stretch. I'm 66 with arthritis, back and leg problems not to mention asthma but getting up and choosing which routines I want to do is the best kickstart to my day. Thank you xx

Hello, I just found your videos and am in love. I am 63 with bi-lateral knee replacement and overweight. Your videos are easy on my knees and I can keep up. Thank you so much for doing these. I have been going to the gym but with the pandemic and everything closed these are soooo inspiring.
I've been working out with you for about 14 weeks after falling into a routine of non-movement. Today I completed a 30-minute cardio, a 5-minute leg and butt, and this stretch routine. After each stretch I thought, Oh that feels so good, now I need to stretch my sides or my neck, etc., and then that's the next place this routine would take me. I feel the same as was expressed in Nada Kassab's comment, thank you so much, you make my days brighter and happier.
You make my day every day. You have exactly the right amount of challenge and combination of videos so I can tailor my workout to my needs. Im 50 something with some mobility challenges and your workouts are so accommodating and encouraging. Always feel better after time with you. Thank you!!
Hi again: I try to alternate my exercises daily to train different muscles. No matter how tired I am afterwards I always finish with one of your stretch videos. They make me feel good and relaxed. Thank you. I am in Los Angeles and I rather sweat doing your exercises in my kitchen than being outside in 100 degrees Fahrenheit

Hello, I just found your videos and am in love. I am 63 with bi-lateral knee replacement and overweight. Your videos are easy on my knees and I can keep up. Thank you so much for doing these. I have been going to the gym but with the pandemic and everything closed these are soooo inspiring.
I've been working out with you for about 14 weeks after falling into a routine of non-movement. Today I completed a 30-minute cardio, a 5-minute leg and butt, and this stretch routine. After each stretch I thought, Oh that feels so good, now I need to stretch my sides or my neck, etc., and then that's the next place this routine would take me. I feel the same as was expressed in Nada Kassab's comment, thank you so much, you make my days brighter and happier.
