I started doing these fab 50’s workouts last March at the beginning of lockdown! It is the first time I have ever actually wanted to do exercise with enjoyment!!! Thankyou so much. They are all fab. I am 63 from England and want to stay fit for as long as I can to help look after my grandchildren, one of whom is disabled with complex needs. This website has been a life saver for me! Love it!!!

Hi Schellea U've made me realise how important stretches are before and after excersises. I do mine religiously and it's made a difference! I've been having knee problems and doing all the knee excersises I can to prevent further damage. My physiotherapist maintains it's more important what one does at home. U divine goddess🥰

Was feeling so unfit after stopping Pilates classes due to lockdown - body seizing up and daily walks though pleasant, don’t cut it. These exercises help me to regain fitness gently without injury. And doing it with Shell means I have company! I’m 60 in June.

I don't usually enjoy doing exercises, although I have been doing a yoga-type routine for the last couple of years, otherwise, at 64, I think I'd be wheelchair-bound by now. But I have to say I love your exercise routines. They really get me moving at a pace I can keep up with yet feel like I've worked my body thoroughly.I usually try to do a warm up, a HIIT and tummy routine or weights and a cardio and a cool down. You're very inspirational. Keep up the good work

Hello Schellea, both days 11 and 12 were terrific and challenging workouts. I have to tell you that yesterday my muscles were sore when I woke up and I almost didn't exercise but I made the commitment and pushed myself to do it. Only two days left in the challenge but I'm going to keep going. I have a really great insensitive to keep going because I'm engaged to a wonderful man and I want to be in great shape and healthy. Thank you again for your inspiration.

I love the variety of your exercise routines. They are not too hard, and the time frames make them very doable. I love the variety of your exercise routines. They are not too hard, and the time frames make them very doable. The cool down stretch is great and the start your day stretch videos are a great way to start and end the day. Your calm soothing voice and encouraging words add something special to the workouts!
