Please pray I am able to manage/control my blood sugar. So I can have normal/healthy blood sugar numbers. I want to be healthy. I pray to permanently reverse the diabetes. I am so panicked, the numbers lately, have been so scary high.
Nice presentation, I got a very good results from very low carb diet. I am 56 years old and I am fighting with T2D since I was 25 years old. I have lost 36 Lbs since 2021 thanksgiving. I have CGM and monitoring my body glucose response to any food and activity. I am the type can take any carb.
I think my biggest downfall is the exercise part. I have the hardest time getting motivated to move and get enough exercise. I know it's a mindset I need to change. I keep a log of what I eat, so I will add walking and other exercises to it. Thank you for this very informative video. I look forward to seeing more.
