This amazing woman changed my life with this 18 minute video. I reversed type 2 diabetes over 3 years ago and I am in the best shape I have ever been in. I even hiked the 2194 mile Appalachian Trail in 2022. Thank you Dr. Sarah! I’m never going back to obesity and diabetes!

    50g of porridge oats
    100mls water
    200mls of semi skimmed milk
put in pyrex jug and into the microwave 3 mins, then 30sec then 20 sec stirring between each -be careful as it might boil over so keep and eye and stop it when its rising in the jug

Actually- by modifying your diet, you wind up not even missing certain foods you used to enjoy in the short term. Psychologically, you know that those foods are harmful, and will do you no good. My mind keeps me from the foods and drinks I shouldn't have, and no longer want. It's definitely a mindset that changes your life. Well, at least it will change your eating habits and health. The foods I love now are all the good foods I need to eat. It truly is all in your head. So think about and choose wisely!

There's quite a few studies show that any meat that we process can have harmful effects for our health, this explains it well:news.cancerresearchuk.org/2021/03/17/bacon-salami-and-sausages-how-does-processed-meat-cause-cancer-and-how-much-matters/

@@doctorkhalid "There's quite a few studies show that any meat that we process can have harmful effects"
Pseudoscientific quackery. Those "studies" are pushed by the seventh-day-adventists who believe that eating meat is sinfull (and thus "unhealthy").
      No real evidence.
