Eat no carbs. Straight carnivore or keto carnivore. If it's not natural, don't Eat it. If yiur ancestors didn't eat it, it cases diabetes. Thia isn't difficult info it's just hard to do.
I don't eat a lot of processed foods I exercise usually regularly I am not overweight at all but my blood sugar is creeping up my grandfather was diabetic I do suffer from sleep apnea. Which I have recently found that contributes to rises in your blood sugar
Actually- by modifying your diet, you wind up not even missing certain foods you used to enjoy in the short term. Psychologically, you know that those foods are harmful, and will do you no good. My mind keeps me from the foods and drinks I shouldn't have, and no longer want. It's definitely a mindset that changes your life. Well, at least it will change your eating habits and health. The foods I love now are all the good foods I need to eat. It truly is all in your head. So think about and choose wisely!
Check current research on saturated fat please. It is a myth that poly and mono unsaturated fats are better for us than saturated fat from real whole food

Man has been eating meat for 4 million years. So uncured all natural bacon is fine.
Why Bacon. I'm asking because I'm on the Carnivore diet.😅
