I found 2 Birdwell swim shorts in the bins. Other resellers left them behind. They were sitting on top. They were set aside after a couple of other people looked at them. I didn’t know the value until I ran comps while at the bins. Couldn’t believe people passed these up. I also do a deep dive and find good things in the bins that others have gone through. It seems like if they don’t find anything close to the surface they go on to the next bin.
The part of the jeans youre checking for selvedge is called the "bottom hem" I often write in my listings that the bottom hems have fray or distressing. Theres a lot of ways to describe that part of pants and jeans that are good keywords. For example "step hems" where either side (usually the front) is shorter than the bacj of the bottom hem. Very popular style for womens jeans.
I have skipped over Karbon in the past will look it up. I like looking up all the wacky golf stuff. I recently found a brand called waggle sold pretty quickly for $40. I also love loudmouth.
Great list, thank you. Loudmouth is a golf brand I have had really good sales with, pants especially. Loro Piana was one of my highest sales on Poshmark when I first started selling. Found 3 pair of wool pants 7.99 each at the local thrift, didn’t really know the brand, could just tell by feel and look, that they were good.
Ya you’re correct. Cuff is the bottom of the pants too. You talk about the label after showing it for seconds. Can you keep the label up while talking about it? Ty.
Speaking of paintball clothing, found a pair of huge orange pants in the gw, tag said “Smart Parts” checked the comps, got them for $2.99, sold for $65. Didn’t even know there were paintball specific clothing brands.
about a year ago before my favorite goodwill got a new manager and they started pricing a ralph lauren button up for 17-20 bucks, i found a pile of brioni and tom ford ties, i was so hyped. i dont think that would ever slip by them again unfortunately.
After watching this video last week I spotted a Jetlag lined denim shirt at Salvation Army. I can't find any comps, but was so glad I remembered the name! Haven't listed yet, but I am thinking around $30?
Thanks for sharing! There were a couple new brands on this list for me. Would you believe that I have found both Brioni and Loro Piana and they have both been sitting in my death pile for months! Oops....
I used to try and get the stains out but now I don't bother. It's never a sure thing to come out and when I spend time on it I dread the task so I don't mess with stains anymore.
Loro Piana fabric on any coat will bring a great return. A lot of Brands will use Loro Piana fabric and note it on the tag
Ahhh interesting thank you!
Especially the 150s and 180s

Never heard of Waggle but ya Loudmouth is solid.

Awesome!
Loro Piana also sells their wool to other clothing makers mostly suits. Look for their tag for material only depending on the maker big $$$ still.
I may have to hit the suit section!
But ya I’ve learned a bit from the comments about Loro Piana

I can do that for next time.

Ya, I learned about them this year.
I sold a poncho pearl snap button shirt with a embroidered company logo on it and it sold for $35 plus shipping! Definitely gold!
Sweet 👍

Ya times have changed.
Good video. Haven't seen those around here in SE Ohio. Probably would have to source most of those around larger cities.
I think I gloss over some brand in the thrift stores, every now and then I'll find something I haven't seen or looked up before.

@@ladieet05 You’re welcome, same to you!
In your earlier days would you take risks on known-stained clothing and try to get thise stains out at home?
I used to try and get the stains out but now I don't bother.
It's never a sure thing to come out and when I spend time on it I dread the task so I don't mess with stains anymore.
Thanks for the info! Great job!

On your last couple videos it seems scratchy. Is it just me? I don't hear it on another channel. Great information though!! I love your channel!

What's your eBay store name? Would love to check out your store
I’m in the process of a name change but I’ll post links later this month.
Dixxon doesn’t sell for what used to be and sell through rate has gone down.
That’s what I’ve seen, except for their older limited run flannels.
I have yet to find a Dixxon flannel 😭
@@KnowWhat Yikes, their are hard to come by. I find like less than 5 a year
That is Isaia sounds like Isaiah in the Bible
Thanks for the heads up!
Turnbull and asser!
Thanks!

😃
I think that brand may be pronounced "Isaiah" like the Bible name.
Ah ok, thank you
