IMPORTANT: I just learned that Gore-Tex is a Vero risk. Meaning, don't include "Gore-Tex" in your titles. Descriptions may also be dicey. Safest to let the photos do the talking and use euphemisms like "waterproof" in the title.
Sweating Mountain Dew straight into it, lmao! I appreciate the Levis tips, I always find them out in the wild but never know how to distinguish between what sells and what doesn't. Thanks!
Dude, you’re a stud! Very glad I found this channel. To the point and VERY informative. This is the stuff I want to see when I’m listing. So many eBay youtubers talk too much about stuff that doesn’t matter. THANK YOU!
Without a doubt the best reseller channel. Your manifesto is the Bible of clothing. Videos are informative and the humor is great. The transparency I truly appreciate, a guy being himself and helping people out. I need to learn a bit more about the blazers and jackets and such, as I’ve mainly focused on shirts and shorts and shoes if I see a promising pair. And one day grow enough balls to skim the women’s section lol.
"Grease lightening" in the car section is really good at getting stains out, I've used it on delicate clothing with no problems. It's a spray bottle black& yellow logo. Love love your video's😊
I would get the arcterix and go to mammoth😂 they are two verydifferent business models.. cashmeres , arcterix, bogners, lulus, vigos, vinces. This demands a different eye. We sell style and quality…tech has several business… my friends think Im crazy making $50 flipping garments when I could make $50K selling a condo in Hb😂 I’d rather be lost in my thoughts for 3 hours on a gw than cold calling..networking. Thank you for this awesome video! My roommate & I do to thrift stores all the time & I told her "hey, if we learn what specifically we should be looking for, then we can resell them & make a little extra money from our thrift shopping hobby!" And she's all like "Cool, let's do it!"
One of my favorite brands (Men and women’s) to resell is Vuori. I find it quite often in San Diego, and is one of those brands Thrift store employees don’t know about 🤫. Great video as always!!!
SO HELPFUL! I know there is money to be made in men’s clothing, I just haven’t had the confidence to move past the basics. Thank you for the Levi’s info, too. Another BOLO for you, Birddogs Mens shorts and swimsuits. I found two pair while thrifting on vacation and these both sold for $40 in less than 36 hours! I was surprised bc they don’t retail for a huge amount, but I guess you boys like a pair of shorts with built in underwear! THANKS AGAIN!
Thank you for sharing these brands. I dont recall a lot of these but will keep an eye out for them now. Just sold a Brooks Brothers mens robe in one day for $50.
Levi's 501, 559 and 569 do great for me. A thrift store one mile from me sells all jeans for $1.29. I always keep in mind that just because I'm not into it doesn't mean it's not of value. Sometimes the craziest, ugly looking thing can bring great money. When ever I see some wild, ridiculous shirt I check it out.
THANKYoU sooo much for actually doing in your video what your title states! So many resellers just show what ThEY bought wich to me is not helpful in reselling and seems like they just want to show off and brag about what they picked up disguised as “how to resell online” info.
Wow! You win! This is one of the most helpful YT a videos I’ve seen in awhile! Thank you!!! I’ve been reselling for a long time but I learned so much!!
I watched this last night, and left the house today fully anticipating finding a Carhartt stash and some specified Levi's. Didn't happen. Left the first store pretty bummed. Next store I found a NWOT Duluth Trading Co button down AND a GREAT Kuhl 🙌🏻
“sweating Mountain Dew” eww! Just stumbled on your video and feel I’ve been missing out! I love making $100+ eBay BOLO videos and enjoyed your helpful info!
Hi Matt. Matt here. I'm a full-time clothing reseller and just stumbled upon your channel. I agree about Arc'Teryx, probably my favorite thing to find in the wild. A few others that you may not be aware of: CC Filson, Gustin, Double RRL, GoRuck, Public Rec, Icebreaker, Outlier, Western Rise, Hill City, Edgevale, vuori & Bearbottoms
Pick up cashmere even if there are holes. I've bundled 10+ cashmere defective sweaters and have sold for great money and key search words are 'crafting' 'salvage' 'hobby' "repurpose" "cutter" "repair" etc....Make sure to ask the thrift store to discount item if there are holes and defects...I will typically pick up solid colors for this type of listing.
Very interesting strategy, would not have occurred to me. I just flipped a bunch of headless barbies for "arts and crafts." Makes sense the same thing would work for clothing. Thanks so much for the tip.
Thanks so much! 95 percent of these brands....I had NO idea! And I had no idea that LEVIS had those #s, now I know! One of my thrift stores frequently has jeans for 99 cents & I do see LEVIS there all the time, but didn't know one from another....now I do! Thanks so much!!
I’m was debating picking up a $5 Eddie Bauer Ebtek Gore Tex jacket last week but glad I did after watching this video. It looks like new so that should help as well.
I am also thinking of becoming full time. I am starting the process now by shopping and listing all I have so far I only have 57 items listed but I am working my way up to have totes and shelves. Thank you for all you do. I am really learning great things from you.
This was a great video, very informative! Glad I came across your video because some of these brands I’ve never even heard of! Now I’m excited to go thrift shopping with this KNOWLEDGE! Hoping to find some of these gems since I live in an area with well off people. Hoping they’ve donated their clothings!😄🤞🏼
Thanks so much! Excellent! Your eyes are gorgeous. Hypnotizing. Maybe I'm not really wanting to resale, but I'm hypnotized. 🤣j.k. You earned a subscriber. I'm am literally excited for the new year with all this wonderful information.
Great video. I am planning to sell men’s stuff and this was so helpful. Just subscribed. I would like to add Brooks Brothers for mens. They sell fast and for good money between $25 to $40
Thank you! I came across a Faherty coat the other day but it was missing a tag and I've never seen the brand before. I knew it was something good since it felt high quality but I passed. Heading back today to see if it's still there.
I have found that mens and boys Volcom T-shirt/shorts/hoodies and hats all resell very well. Found a some new but mostly used at local thrift store. "Light stains, faded logos, no holes have flipped for doubled my cash. Resold boys T's for $8 (paid .99) Mens 3x shirt sold for $15 (paid $6
Thank you so much for your information I enjoy selling men’s wear. I have only been reselling since August. I purchased a Cashmere sweater and did not list it thinking it would not get me any money so thanks again for all the information.
Hi, new to your channel and only reselling for a few months but, I would add the brand KUIU. It’s a hunting brand, the logo has a bighorn sheep. I flipped a merino wool half zip in less than a day for $70! Payed $8
Filson is an amazing American company. based in Seattle. I actually been to their workshop in Seattle where they make their belts, shirt etc. expense stuff but worth every penny . great video. Cheers!
Just started watching your channel. Good info and appreciated. Do you have a video on what one should measure and post for men's clothing? On shirts, I generally do Nape to Hem and Chest, but I would really like to make sure I am measuring correctly as well as what measurements should be included.
Great video, thanks for the info. My sales tanked thru covid and still are not good now. Lululemon's ABC pants sell great sometimes the logo is on a little tag on the waistband.
I'm a bit surprised you didn't mention Orvis and Barbour - they seem to hold value pretty well. I understand leaving out LL Bean, their stuff has really gone downhill in the past 30 years, and is now little better than Old Navy....except for the boots they still make in Maine.
Barbour is strong, I included it in the bolo list I just put out (link is in the description, free). Still sub 100% sellthrough but does sell for great money typically. Orvis is pretty saturated, definitely not an unconditional buy for me. Contemporary manufacture is low value. Vintage stuff / fishing stuff is much better and I do seek it out.
Is that a manaTEA in your mug? :) I really appreciate the men's clothing tips! Do you happen to have a video on what men's dress shirts sell well? My goodwill has so many men's dress shirts lol but I'm not sure which are actually worth picking up (if any).

By the way, your vids have helped me refine my Posh strategy, so thanks.

You are absolutely right..and they don’t complain for everything
