3:53 - Fast Pass To Showing Off The Haul
What I have noticed with Brands of clothing is that the market goes down when SAMS club, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, etc. start selling those brands. That is what has happened to Lucky Brand, some Polo, and other brands sold there now. I have started watching that to determine what to stop picking up.
That is exactly right.
Love hearing what brands you pick up. Showing the brand tags can be extremely helpful to newbies!
You’re welcome.
At 10 minutes in on this video I like this format the best because I'm focused on the brand names and styles you mention as you go through them. I've seen enough in-store videos. I'm thinking about getting back into reselling clothes. Thanks, boss!
Thanks!
Ya I was surprised some didn’t like this format. Glad you did!
Thanks, love listening to you and learning.
I appreciate it!
Thank you!
No problem!
Thanks for naming brands Sean. I like all your videos whether it’s shipping or this style
No problem Diane, I appreciate it.
I prefer this style of video! Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
I appreciate the input, thank you 👍
Videos like this have value when you talk about specifics.... show the tag, talk about the material, throw out relevant keywords, etc.
No value in this one, got it.
Id say do a mix of in store filming and videos like this! Both are informative for learning good brands but the in store ones are more entertaining! Just my opinion though. Hope things continue to go well for you and thank you again for these.
Great idea Nick!
I’ll have to try a video like that. 👍
Good lighting and sound
Thanks, ya that space has big windows, high ceilings, and lots of lights.
That Hawaiian shirt is "Hilo Hattie". Hilo is one of the larger cities on the big island of Hawaii. Hilo Hattie is a really famous clothing store in the islands! Great video thanks, I always learn alot from you!
Ah I see, thanks. 👍
I enjoyed the change of scene and the content too. Keep up the good work.
Appreciate it.
Liked format of this. Would like to see labels video on some of the ones you don’t get too often
I’ve made a video on some brands I rarely find.
Majority of my store is the same brands.
Just giving you a heads up the Salvation Army store in Moore Oklahoma will close by the end of this month. They said the rent went too high. They could not afford to stay there too bad was pretty good store.
Good looking out. 👍
Sean , I saw one of your videos you mentioned that you knew very little on cycling clothing. I have a background in Tri's and road racing and coaching. I don't think its a great niche to resell. The casual cyclist will hang on to bibs and shorts or toss them, I would never buy them anyway because its like buying used underwear. Jersey's can be found thrifting, but hard to make any money. You can make money off custom team kits (vest, jerseys, bibs, jacket, tights) they are much better quality materials and stitching. Teams will change kits yearly because of new sponsors. Facebook, flea markets, bike swaps, Craigslist are better places for team kits, although I have donated several seasons of my own to Goodwill. You never know.
Thanks for the breakdown!
That makes a lot of sense.
I like to sell jeans, and the 527 is one of the best Levi's to pick up for sure.
Nice, I’m still liking the 560’s over the 527 but they both sell well.
Always love learning new brands from your videos.
Glad I could help!
Thanks for watching
I like this type of haul video for sure
Nice 👍
That was a nice change in video style..
Appreciate it.
Hello, Taylor! Please tell me, if in Policy shipping you indicate a service in the column, for example, Ground Advantage and Priority Mail, then Priority Mail includes both regular priority shipping and Flat rate envelopes and boxes? Or do I need to create a separate policy for Flat rate envelopes and boxes? Thank you.
I have standard shipping selected but I choose the most reasonable option.
@@TaylorExchange That is, no matter what shipping policy you have set, you can still choose different shipping options?
@@AngStoyn318 Yes. Priority and ground are faster than the standard shipping. I see it as under promise and over deliver.
In some areas the small town goodwills get inventory trucked in regularly from other goodwills. Otherwise they couldn't stay in business.
My Goodwill is tragic.
@TaylorExchange like 1 or 2 on a 10 scale? Unfortunately it only takes the person in charge not being sharp to ruin it. You know they're all managed differently. If I was the manager I'd be getting stuff trucked in but I'm a loud mouth and that's necessary sometimes. But first you have to see the problems and the opportunities. But yah sad about the loser stores. It doesn't have to be that way. Maybe if you step away from reselling you could start your own store. It's a different beast but the inventory is free.
@@jackiegerarde9938 It rough, they trunk in items that don’t sell from other goodwills. They pull good items and don’t put them on the floor and the prices have gone up a bit.
Not even a store I go to every week anymore. A lot of it has to do with the city not having a lot of donations at least in mens clothing.
And I have zero interest in opening a store.
Hi Sean. Thanks for the video. I would definitely not sacrifice any time during sourcing trip as time during trip is valuable. Maybe could sprinkle some footage in video to make it entertaining? Although I don't mind this type at all.
Would mind sharing your estimates on how many hours for Randi to complete work on these 87 items?
That is an excellent idea and I could probably swing it.
Randi could knock these out in 4 hours.
Awesome video. Thanks for sharing the haul/process
Thanks!
Sure thing.
I have so many golf shirts and short would you post them now or wait until Marchish
I’d post them.
Good little Ross brands.
Some of them. 👍
Great video. Thanks for sharing.
You’re welcome 👍
Like always great video full of useful tips 👍🏽
Thanks Mike
Who do you guys use to authenticate clothing? I think I scooped a fake Bape shirt on a good blank.
Sometimes I have a feeling something is fake with how it looks or feels. I use google if I have doubts.
Nice haul. I usually get 10 to 25 items when I go out.
Hey Pete, I received your package today!
I know my boy will love it.
I’ll show it off the video after next!
10-25 isn’t bad. This haul was thrifting from 9 am to 4 pm
With tiger woods leaving Nike, I’m sure his collection will go up in price. I already sold one of his polo shirts day after that announcement
Oh nice, ya that makes sense.
Keeep grinding bro
Will do.
What other Buisnesss do you work on?
Affiliate marketing, RUclips, and I make short form videos for other businesses.
Just curious. You mentioned you list 35 a day and you also delist relist. Are you counting those as part of the 35?
I’m listing 30 new a day currently and also delisting and selling similar with a price change of 200 items a day.
@@TaylorExchange whats your take on ending items that have watchers on them. Once you relist those watchers don't carry over, then you can't send them offers.
@@flipflopsallday72 I send offers to watches about 3 times a day. If someone wants an item they are not waiting. If they’re watching they lingered on the listing and decided against buying it.
I've trained myself to believe that 'watchers' are resellers, so I end-and-sell-similar almost everything.@@TaylorExchange
Awesome video, man
Thanks Wolf 🫡
Do you ever wash your items ?
Yes a few washes a week but not 100%, Randi will go through these again and de-tag and separate what needs to be washed but just quickly going through it they are in pretty good shape.
I like both styles. Not too much of the same that way.
Got it. Thanks
Wow another reseller who is a die hard bears fan like me.
Amen brother 🫡
100+ stores geeze I got 4 haha
Yup that’s why I drive 2 hours to get to them.
Oh noooo... I worked on my deadpile and now I missed you 😕
It’s all good. This wasn’t a live video just a slow paced one.
Hilo Hattie was a Hawaiian singer. Hilo is a city on the big island. Hattie pronounced like a hat + E. Rhymes with chatty, fatty. If you make up something funny you'll remember maybe.
Ah perfect! Thank you Jackie
I like your video better. Does not take as much time👍🏼
Thanks
💯 🔥
👍

ARIGATO!
I appreciate the content in general but this seemed rushed. Couldn't see most of the patterns very well. The tags are very important and we didn't see a single one. And you only said what you paid for on like half of the items. Don't overwork yourself brother! Again, no hate.
I hear you.
When I’d watch haul videos from reseller I usually had my browser open to look up the brands I didn’t know.
I’ll consider throwing in more info for the next one.
#Trump2024
Trump embroidery items will likely go up in value.
