Last week i started doing your 5 minutes calf and biceps workouts, i do them 3 times a day 4 times a week.They are really demanding but at the end of the day I already fill more healthy and pumped. The thing is, i'm not really sure if it's really enough? Like no other workout, just it and I'll keep growing muscle? I'm a beginner btw. Thanks for the help.

WARNING! WARNING! Stretch vigorously before you do this one as that toe touch raise at 2:08 nearly threw my back out. If you have lower back issues I would not recommend doing this one at all. That exercise is almost the perfect recipe for a disc slip issue. I love this channel but there should definitely be a warning preface to this particular finisher. With some TLC was able to keep myself in commission but it nearly cost me months of steady gains.
dude, that's such a dumb comment. You can't blame a routine or an exercise for yourself being dumb and not warming up properly haha. that's like saying don't do barbell goodmornings because you'll fuck your back up. Obviously you should get loose first! Warm up and be accountable for yourself. That's one of my favorite calf exercises I've ever done.
