      This was great, I been tryin to find out about "easy home ab workout" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Qiyictoria Teyrooklyn Eradicator - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got cool results with it.

      Hi @Anabolic Aliens ! Last week i started doing your 5 minutes calf and biceps workouts, i do them 3 times a day 4 times a week.They are really demanding but at the end of the day I already fill more healthy and pumped. The thing is, i'm not really sure if it's really enough? Like no other workout, just it and I'll keep growing muscle? I'm a beginner btw. Thanks for the help.

      Wew, already watched this video, help appreciated! All I can say is thank you so much! Doing calfs, chest and biceps everyday, 3 times for the 5 days now... And the results? Oh my! 1.5 inches in biceps and calfs, and my chest is starting getting bulky! Already feel the benefits in running, jumping and more demanding physical tasks. I've always wanted to start doing serious workouts but i never really knew how to start. These 5 minutes sessions are a part of my day, I hope for a long, long time! Pretty average period of time, but you multiply it, and boom! Insanely intense workout in your house! If someone's reading this, you should really try :) .

    Get those calves burning without any equipment needed!!! Such a stubborn muscle group to grow, so by placing an individual training focus on them like this is optimal!

    This is just an amazing routine, i have an extremely low boy fat percent, and have had difficulties with calves, let's see if I get results(I could really feel the burn) .. :) thank you

    Hi anabolic aliens. I have been struggling to lift the actual bench press bar 20kg or 45 pounds. Im 15 and really skinny. Is there any way I can add more weights or lift the bench more easier. Hope it makes sense. Love you guys

      If you're struggling with the bar, I'd suggest getting better at pushups first until your chest is strong enough to handle the bar and then you can work up from there! Here is our video on how to get better at push ups! - ruclips.net/video/bgszpCJeUbc/видео.html

    WARNING! WARNING! Stretch vigorously before you do this one as that toe touch raise at 2:08 nearly threw my back out. If you have lower back issues I would not recommend doing this one at all. That exercise is almost the perfect recipe for a disc slip issue. I love this channel but there should definitely be a warning preface to this particular finisher. With some TLC was able to keep myself in commission but it nearly cost me months of steady gains.

      dude, that's such a dumb comment. You can't blame a routine or an exercise for yourself being dumb and not warming up properly haha. that's like saying don't do barbell goodmornings because you'll fuck your back up. Obviously you should get loose first! Warm up and be accountable for yourself. That's one of my favorite calf exercises I've ever done.
