Great info , I did the same mistake, taking too much protein but my coach had me on 220-240 gm protein. Now I studying to become a dietician , I m learning how balanced diet is so important for health. But one thing advanced athletes actually need less protein as their body adapts to resistance training than intermediate trainer. Also 1.3-.18 and upto 2 gm protein per kg is sufficient with .4-.5 gm fat and 2-7 gm carbs per kg which include vegetables, lean meat, eggs, 2-3 fruit, grains , 1-3 serve of diary. Balanced diet will make you feel more better than high protein or high fat. I am proud somebody is making videos to guide people right as there are so many trainers in India who got no knowledge.

So, from above foods, you'll get like 25 gms and for additionally 25 gms, you can get from regular Indian diet like rice,dal, roti, curds, etc. I recommend you to install a calorie tracking app. I use Healthifyme though.

Hi Jeet.. Just found out your channel. This is really informative. I have reached my ideal weight and now want to tone up. I am in the skinny fat category with high body fat percentage. There were so many channels and articles saying to suddenly increase the intake of protein to build muscles. I somehow felt how my body be able to handle so much protein intake. This video cleared my doubt. I will just continue with my regular protein intake and start with my strength training.
Ketosis during high protein diet is impossible irrespective of amount of carb or fat consumed. When there is excess protein you will never reach fat burning or state called ketosis as gluconeogenesis occurs from excess amino acids and it is easier for body to convert protein into glucose rather than fat and fatty acids into ketone bodies and then produce energy through them as our cellular metabolism has been evolved to run efficiently on glucose ....

1- Bad breathe i.e the production of acetones during ketosis is just a short term effect and is solved once you are fat adapted. 2- keto strips are not an accurate indicator of ketosis as it just shows the level of ketones (acetoacetate) which are not used but thrown out of body, thrown urine. 3- glucose is also formed by pyruvates, glycerol (from fats), amino acids (from dietary proteins), not only by just carbohydrates. 4- kidney is damaged by the substances which causes inflammation (i.e sugars and carbohydrates), not by doing its work (i.e filtering protein), same with liver functioning. High protein will cause damage only if the liver and kindeys are already weak or damaged. 5- High protein diets are absolutely safe, the excess will just get converted into glucose and get used as energy, and if not, then stored as fat.

The last warrior : adding digestive enzymes externally is must when u r taking raw protein.. I know our body has digestive enzymes but still its very hard for our body to digest raw protein bcz the digestive enzymes breaks that raw protein very slowly and second thing with RP is that the protein content is not exactly the same that they mention like if they have mentioned 25 gram protein then the actual protein u will get in 1 scoop will be around 20-21 grams only.. 1- Bad breathe i.e the production of acetones during ketosis is just a short term effect and is solved once you are fat adapted.
2- keto strips are not an accurate indicator of ketosis as it just shows the level of ketones (acetoacetate) which are not used but thrown out of body, thrown urine.
3- glucose is also formed by pyruvates, glycerol (from fats), amino acids (from dietary proteins), not only by just carbohydrates.
4- kidney is damaged by the substances which causes inflammation (i.e sugars and carbohydrates), not by doing its work (i.e filtering protein), same with liver functioning. High protein will cause damage only if the liver and kindeys are already weak or damaged.
5- High protein diets are absolutely safe, the excess will just get converted into glucose and get used as energy, and if not, then stored as fat.

The last warrior : adding digestive enzymes externally is must when u r taking raw protein.. I know our body has digestive enzymes but still its very hard for our body to digest raw protein bcz the digestive enzymes breaks that raw protein very slowly and second thing with RP is that the protein content is not exactly the same that they mention like if they have mentioned 25 gram protein then the actual protein u will get in 1 scoop will be around 20-21 grams only.. Its the question of our body so why to take risk by saving few bucks.. Instead we can look for other good brands which are quite cheap too.... Or use egg whites... Even guru mann ji doesn't recommend raw protein... Jo bhi ache knowledgeable log h wo suggest nhi krte RP bcz 90% logo ko suit nhi krta ye
