After finishing season 6 of Peaky Blinders, I think Cillian is now my favorite actor in film/TV today. His performance is incredible and I've rarely ever been this invested in a story.
If I’m not mistaken they’re doing a movie to rap up peaky blinders. Idk how true that is but from what I saw and read, that’s the plan.

Peaky Blinders was never a Netflix series, neither was it commissioned by Netflix... In fact it was a BBC 2 series until the fourth season then later BBC1. Netflix only acquire distribution rights so it can be seen in the USA and other countries of the world!

I was so impressed with Cillian Murphy in the thriller Red Eye. He was terrifying. Such a brilliant and convincing actor.
He fascinates me. I just don't know why.. it's feels unsettling to watch him. This kind of goes hand in hand with Boardwalk Empire.

@@thyone3925 Eh... Probably, but I don't think it's that complicated. He is a conventionally attractive/hot guy going by appearances alone and that draws people in. I found him equally mesmerizing as Crane or Fischer. Just plain old biology. The fact that he can act and his characters are usually deep definitely doesn't hurt.

He also said in an interview of the Team Deakins podcast that he auditioned for an acting role just for fun. He wasn’t pursuing to be an actor and did the role just out of boredom and fun and they liked him a lot.
A lot of the best actors got started that way... I've heard so many say they only got started in theater or drama class to get close to a gal they liked 😆

It’s funny after Peaky blinders my respect for him as an actor skyrocketed. When I watched him in the dark knight I didn’t think a whole lot of it cuz it’s not that kinda role I guess but it’s just funny how much my respect level changed. It’s unrecognizable.
It's because in Peaky Blinders, he has the respect of every character in the show. So it's human nature to follow the herd or atleast be affected by it.

He actually was filming some pesky blinders near where I live n people at the local co op were asking him for photos but he explained due to covid it’d get him into trouble but people were saying he was just a dick but then my friend who was doing some construction near the filming he also asked him for a photo which again he said no but instead had a conversation and my friend said he was a nice guy

Yeah he’s a very private person about his personal life but my cousin met him in a music shop. Said that cillian was a really down to earth guy and talked to em about guitars and hobby things.

Peaky Blinders is quite possibly the best and most suspenseful show I’ve ever seen. Cillian Murphy is now one of my all time favorite actors after the Blinders.

What made him so successful is that he is an incredible actor lmao, his mannerisms and body language in Peaky Blinders is perfect for the role but completely different from his real-life identity.

It is scientifically proven that it is much easier to build muscle with a diet that includes meat. That doesn’t mean meat is required to bulk up but it sure as hell makes it less of a daunting task.

I can say without a doubt, him in Peaky Blinders is some of my favorite work from him and anyone ever, it definitely passes the mark on Breaking Bad or any GoT performances.
