That is awesome! Sweet ass berms, post ride showers, tons of folks around chillin', so cool. Only saw bits and pieces of the series but enjoyed the hell out of this one.
I ❤️ me some KT. We just went up there a few weeks ago and I took some pretty sweet footage. Trail selection / route is key for a good time, otherwise you end up climbing all day
I have an Evil Bike Like Phil and I had a squeak, you need to take the chain device off and grease the back of the plastic frame protector under neither the chain device as it rubs on the main pivot point of the linkage.
Part of what brought me to this channel was the hollering Alex does while riding; the sincere pleasure from riding the trails. This makes me go out and ride to have fun myself. Keep it up Alex.
It was a blast watching you 3 ride together!! Thanks for all the fun! You guys are huge inspirations to me to get out and ride. Live free, ride hard, get stoaked!!
just gotta say thank you for the awesome videos I just got a new bike after mine was stolen iv been watching all your videos over the last 2 weeks and now my brother wants to get a bike after watching you so thank you for the time you send making videos it's bring me an my brother closer together ...thank you
Dude that's one of the coolest comments I've read in a while. Really stoked to hear that you and brother can come together over some fun mtb videos and I hope that soon you guys will bond over some mtb riding!
This is where I grew up and I'm glad you guys enjoyed the lower trails! If you want more technical sections and berms/jumps, you need to go up Burke mountain and do the downhill trails. Jester and Knightslayer are really popular, and the upper mountain has some really technical stuff. If you're ever in the area again I'd love to show you around!
"theres a lot of gems to be found out here" as i smirk watching you sit at the top of Kitchell. My favorite trail there! Fast and fun as hell, makes even a squid like me feel like a dh racer!
Howdy from the UK! I have really enjoyed every one of the vids from this NES. I'm a relative newby to MTD riding (at the tender age of 48) but your enthusiasm and that od Phil and Hayley too is infectious and I have to admit to being 'stoked' and these days I cannot wait for the weekends to arrive so I can get out on my bike. I am nowhere near to undetaking the sort of riding you guys do but that doesn't matter, right?! Thanks again - and to Phil too. I know he's off the radar a little as he focuses on his finals at college and some family issues, but I look forward to his return and I hope you guys collaborate some more - the chemistry between the two of you works for me. Keep smashing it!
New England Sampler was awesome! This collab was extremely entertaining. And as a New Englander I have been inspired to ride some of these trails. Making my way to VT soon. Thanks guys!
So cool that you end up the trip with the Vermont kingdoms trail video! I am from New Brunswick Canada and currently trying to put together a trip to Vermont!!!The vid got me fired up!!! Cheers from Canada!!!
Awesome series. Found yet ANOTHER RUclipsr to follow. You guys are cutting into my ride time. That last trail looked SO fun! Thanks for letting me tag along.
Great video! I'm recovering from a back operation and won't be on the bike for another couple of months and your videos are the only thing getting me through, although they to make me miss my bike ;)
I love KT I've been riding there since I could walk (: it's a four hour drive but so worth it. I might even spend my 12th birthday there this year. I'm hoping to go on my first double black diamond this year! Sounds super fun.
Great stuff. Glad you made it up. KT can definitely be overwhelming at first, but I think you're right...the overall vibe and scene up there is something special regardless. Can't wait to follow along on your next trip. Cheers!
Awesome video, Alex, one of my favorite places to ride. I'll be there in September. Next time check out Goodnyou, Farm Junk, Nose Dive etc... on the east side of White School. Also Moose Alley and Burnem Down on the mountain side.
Canadian here, thanks for sharing guys, helps show the experience, terrain etc. I really want to check this place out, but man, it's such a small town, there's no choice of place to stay for out of towners..... :(
We live about 4.5 hours south of Kingdom Trails. Have been making yearly trips up for eight years. It does take a little while to learn how to connect trails. I always start on Harp and follow your same trail choice. Tap and Die is our favorite of the three T’s. We camp at Burke Mountain Campground which is not far away. For guys like you and Phil there are gravity trails on Burke Mountain Ski Area just so you know.
Awesome vid and series. I've been waiting for this one since I saw you guys were here on Phil's Instagram. As a KT local it looks like you guys hit most of my favorites, definitely a solid ride. Glad you had good weather as it's been pretty rainy here this summer. Hopefully you get a chance to come back and see the rest of what East Burke has to offer.
Think you said it best the atmosphere and people along with that backdrop is soothing to the soul. Experienced nembafest 2016 there and vowed i would go back and spend a week there to hit all the trails. And you didn't even get a chance to go to burke bike park which is more challenging
It’s certainly worth the trip and it’s great to meet all the riders out there and the locals. Fun place and will definitely go back. But much prefer Vallee Bras-du-nord.
Damn, what a place! That's my style (rather than a bike park) as not only are the trails badass, but so is the community like trail center....... Very cool video brother!
I enjoyed this series allot, particularly because I also live in New England. Great video, Alex, Phil and Hailey !!! Looking forward to the next adventure...and series?
Loved the bit with you guys riding feet on forks haha. I used to do that a lot as a kid. Just good times :) I hope to visit some trails in VT late this summer. Kingdom looks great!
I love Kingdom Trails. I'll agree that it takes a few trips to link the trails together for a good loop. I've been up there quite a few times and have never had a bad ride. I can ride there one weekend with the guys and totally rip, then next weekend head out with the family and still have a blast. I'm sure you'll get messages saying how much you missed. All that means is there's more for next time. I enjoyed this series and seeing some of the local spots I ride highlighted. Thanks for sharing
Sick lines man - amazing vid! Watching this and comparing it to the trails I ride on a weekly basis makes me feel a little bit sad. I really need to make it out to the U.S. It's weird, I never wanted to visit before I started mountain biking.
Another fine video product from Singletrack Sampler. I really enjoy these road trip videos you, Seth, Phil and Brian have been making lately. I am intrigued to find out what's next. 3:50 - Hey! Maybe a black diamond trail I could ride! Haha! 4:40 - They recognized Phil, but did they recognize Singletrack Sampler? ;-) 4:50 - Man, you guys get to ride in some gorgeous places. 6:18 - Fast and flowy! Woohoo! 8:45 - What is it about MBT videos, lately? It seems that people are getting more giddy and giggly on their rides, lately. BKXC was doing the same thing in his video he posted yesterday (July 26). Not that I have a problem with that. Everyone's having fun. That's why we do this sport, right? 10:05 - Whoa! I definitely want to try riding this. I like big sweeping burms like that. 12:50 - More awesome scenery. This looks fun. So here's a question for you. You guys have all this gear that you have to take with you to make these videos. What are you using that prevents that gear from falling off your bikes when you take jumps and the like? That's the biggest stopper for me when I'm riding. I don't have a backpack that I can wear to hold a lot of my stuff, so I have to rely on the pockets in my jersey. I suppose the best thing is to get something that has zippers or some other way to close my stuff in.
If you're ever back in the area I can send you the ultimate KT loop as crafted through countless visits over the years. Its 30 miles and hits every great trail there with minimal road time and maximum singletrack + an opportunity to take a mid-ride river dip.
CAMPSITES - There is a nice campsite (2 mintues away) just up the road and beside the downhill Burke Mountain Bike Park which is different than Kingdom Trails. There is also another campsite between East and West Burke(5 minutes away). You might also want to try Willoughby Lake's White Caps Campground. Another thing that I like about KT is that it takes a lot of rain for most of the trails to get soaked.
Dude, coronary bypass to troll is a legendary run. All of the t's are dope. Kingdom makes you earn the downhill on the climbs back up though! Glad you enjoyed the riding my friend. Sad to see the NES end, but psyched to see where the trails take you next!
This series was epic. Highly informative for me. I live in Quebec which neighbors Vermont. I got some really good ideas from this series. Thanks for making it bro!
Alex! I was super stoked to see this series and am sad that it's come to an end. The real question is whether or not you will be returning to Kingdom Trails and New England? The best way to experience KT is to allow yourself a few days to truly ride everything and find the hidden gems!
Holy Cow that looked like one the best places to ride!!! Thanks again Alex for more awsome times ridding with Phil and Haley! P.S. Dude you got to come up with some Sampler Stickers!!
It was my pleasure Jason. I loved every minute of this trip, and I'm stoked to get to share it with you. I'm really trying to figure out a way to get the sticker game going!
Wow, great series. This really helps me decide where to ride next to get away from my local CT trails. Nice touch with Seth's stickers on that dudes car.
KT is totally awesome! I've made 2 weekend trips up there from jersey in the past month haha. You did a great job capturing the KT atmosphere & how rad the trails are. Keep it up 🤙🏽
Sculpin was the beer that changed my mind about both IPA and canned beer. I associate it with mountain biking because when it rains at my home trail, the trees smell like Sculpin.
Gene, you definitely gotta get a little more north to check out some of the goods. Most of the trail rides are techy goodness, but the KT and bike parks offer some great flow!
Great series guys and gal. Picked up Skills With Phil channel from the beginning of colab. Keep them coming SS, look forward to the upcoming adventures.
Hay.. Hai... Ha.. le..y... She's my favorite. Phil, you're cool. Alex, you're awesome too. But Hailey, through out all of these videos and quirks was a bad ass. At 18:53 she totally seals it. Thank's y'all for putting together this content. Totally makes me want to get out there and ride.
You forgot 2 main routes/trails! Ridge-Rim is a must hit! Pines as well. And of course on the Mountain, shuttle to the top and hit Upper J-Bar, that's where the tech's at!!!
Glad you made it out this way. KT is one of the premier mountain bike destinations on the eastcoast. The riding is world class, and the quaint little town of Burke, Vermont the community is very welcoming to cyclists.

I have had a very strange problem with my bike lately. Putting power through the drive train makes the rear wheel rub the left chain stay. My quick release is tight and the axle is not bent. Has this happened to anyone else.
Oh, wow, I was just here last week. Super cool trail system and the town is about as pleasant as can be. If you plan to spend more than a day here I highly suggest The Village Inn. Ridge and Rim are pretty great as well. Do note that it's $15 to ride for a day, but it's all private land and it's well worth it.
Hey Alex, what's the trail you preview/intro yiur Vidor on. It looks sick! Is it called Sidewinder? I need to hit that when I go there. Please let me know.
Man that is a beautiful looking town. Dude, excellent vid man!! yeah I had to recalibrate mine almost to the fastest speed to keep up, but I think its working ok now. Hey what kind of bars do you have are those renthal carbon or just renthal aluminum?
That is awesome! Sweet ass berms, post ride showers, tons of folks around chillin', so cool. Only saw bits and pieces of the series but enjoyed the hell out of this one.
Yes indeed
Crushed Luminary also need Dane and Zach aka Trail Peak!
Huck yea Brian, we did too! Such a great biking town there with some primo singletrack
Alex, don't recall you ever saying- what's the deal with SMU? Are you an alumnus? If so, did you ever ride any trails around here?
Link to the ride on Strava?
What do you guys think? Do the Kingdom trails live up to the hype?
I ❤️ me some KT. We just went up there a few weeks ago and I took some pretty sweet footage. Trail selection / route is key for a good time, otherwise you end up climbing all day
The Singletrack Sampler 👍🏻
They look like a lot of fun, fast and flowalicious.
No. It's a fun family centric spot, but most of the riding isn't the typical New England old school tech.
The Singletrack Sampler they look very well put together, however, these trails seems to be lacking fun features for the advanced rider.
I have an Evil Bike Like Phil and I had a squeak, you need to take the chain device off and grease the back of the plastic frame protector under neither the chain device as it rubs on the main pivot point of the linkage.
I'm a sad panda, the New England Sampler is over :'(
Sad but true :(
It was a good series
You can always do it again. Also, mix it up with Alex, Seth and Brian. The 4 musketeers! Or the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse?
Skills With Phil I am also sad. You guys meshed great.
awesome collab!
Part of what brought me to this channel was the hollering Alex does while riding; the sincere pleasure from riding the trails. This makes me go out and ride to have fun myself. Keep it up Alex.

New England Sampler was super fun to watch! Thanks Phil and Alex for letting us follow along!
Its always awesome to see my small corner of the world on display. Its pure joy to live here and be able to ride the trails any day I choose.
Awesome series. Found yet ANOTHER RUclipsr to follow. You guys are cutting into my ride time. That last trail looked SO fun! Thanks for letting me tag along.
Huck yea paul, welcome to the channel my man! Don't let us cut in TOO much - you gotta get out there and enjoy the ride as well!
Great video! I'm recovering from a back operation and won't be on the bike for another couple of months and your videos are the only thing getting me through, although they to make me miss my bike ;)
"Those times when there's only one set of tire tracks doesn't mean you were alone it means MTB Jesus let you ride on his shoulders" - Alexander 4:20
MTB Jesus, thats a pretty sick nickname.
Great series! I'm a New Englander, so it was nice to see some familiar sights. Also great to have Haley along, a nice addition. Cheers guys!
Another great video guys. It was fun watching you guys ride all the trails I ride !!

AAAAAAA super stoked for the rest of the season!!!!! you got a lot better at riding, skills with phil taught you some SKILLS! #STAYINGSTOKED
Think you said it best the atmosphere and people along with that backdrop is soothing to the soul. Experienced nembafest 2016 there and vowed i would go back and spend a week there to hit all the trails. And you didn't even get a chance to go to burke bike park which is more challenging

I have to say that the best parts of your vids are the ones with bike shops, socials, food and beer. And the crashes :D.
And I really love IPAs.
Great video Alex! The trails aren't technical but they still looked like a lot of fun to slap some berms! Thank you for all you do!
What an awesome road trip! it was fun coming along for the ride
Your child-like joy with your feet up is pure bliss.
I enjoyed this series allot, particularly because I also live in New England. Great video, Alex, Phil and Hailey !!! Looking forward to the next adventure...and series?

Me too dude! Always bittersweet, but plenty more fun to come
This series was epic. Highly informative for me. I live in Quebec which neighbors Vermont. I got some really good ideas from this series. Thanks for making it bro!
That's awesome dude! I hope you get a chance to get out there and ride some of this awesomeness!
Best video in the series. Can't wait to get healed and shred again soon. Thanks for the motivation @The Singletrack Sampler & crew!!
Danggg thanks Justin! Always got your back with some extra stokage, you know that!
Just a little collar bone surgery I'll be back in no time. I'm going to bust my hump and try to make your Colorado trip if I'm better in time!
Alex and phill.. your chemistry is awesome ..love watching you guys ride together. Keep riding together more!
Alex! I was super stoked to see this series and am sad that it's come to an end.

Hey Alex I have come up with a design for a sticker you might like....not sure how to get it to you though...
Wow, great series. This really helps me decide where to ride next to get away from my local CT trails. Nice touch with Seth's stickers on that dudes car.
haha thanks Justin! Now i really gotta get my own!
The Singletrack Sampler Hahaha, definitely. Your rise to fame is progressing. 🤘
So Cool that your on the East Coast riding some of the same spots I've been but showing me knew ones I should hit.
Sad to see the trip over but stoked for what's coming! I have to say I'm sad you guys didn't go hit Burke mountain bike park after KT :(
dude it’s crazy i’ve ridden the same trails as you, your my favorite creator
KT is totally awesome! I've made 2 weekend trips up there from jersey in the past month haha. You did a great job capturing the KT atmosphere & how rad the trails are. Keep it up 🤙🏽
Thanks dude, I appreciate that!
Oh man this was sweet! I'm going to check out some new trails tomorrow! Gonna be a 45 mile ride.
Sculpin was the beer that changed my mind about both IPA and canned beer. I associate it with mountain biking because when it rains at my home trail, the trees smell like Sculpin.
These trails are pretty cool and seems like there are tons of them. Probably a really good place to ride for folks of all skill levels.
Ayyyy these are my home trails I live in Burlington VT! 🤙
Wow man, so much flow on those trails! I really need to travel up north and try some of these.
That laugh @8:25...Creeeeeeepy...but I like it. XD
Nice. Im going here for a week 5-21-18. Cant wait!
KT has nice dirt. Not as many rocks as in CT. Went there for Nemba fest. I will definiately go there again next year.
My stomping grounds! Vermont is LOADed with awesome trail dude, glad you got to experience a taste!
another phenom video dude! This one is bittersweet! I hate to see the group part ways! was awesome seeing you guys together!
Thanks dude, glad you enjoyed it and hope you are looking forward to much more!
Hay.. Hai... Ha.. le..y... She's my favorite. Phil, you're cool. Alex, you're awesome too. But Hailey, through out all of these videos and quirks was a bad ass. At 18:53 she totally seals it. Thank's y'all for putting together this content. Totally makes me want to get out there and ride.
Great video guys. Watched the whole road trip and hope to see another one. Keep up the good work👍
You forgot 2 main routes/trails! Ridge-Rim is a must hit! Pines as well. And of course on the Mountain, shuttle to the top and hit Upper J-Bar, that's where the tech's at!!!
I'm at a filmmaking and biking camp here in Burke right now. We're working on editing currently.
Glad you made it out this way. KT is one of the premier mountain bike destinations on the eastcoast. The riding is world class, and the quaint little town of Burke, Vermont the community is very welcoming to cyclists.
Looks fabulous Alex... Must try our trails here in the UK in the not too distant future... Stay stoked my man, stay stoked.
PS. Liking the new helmet!
Wat wheels can i get with a 141mm back axle (boost)
Looks like amazing trails! The outro was pretty awesome, lucky guy for sure. You and Phil bring the stoke! #lfrhgs ride and drive safe my friend.
There's a bike park on burke mountain, pretty fun and you can shuttle in car if the lift is closed.
This journey your on is so cool. Been a pure joy to see wolf pack shredding. peace, beers, get stocked brother :)
Huck yea Paul! Stoked to have you along for the ride dude.
Is that the Giro Montero or the Chronicle you're using? And how do you like the Orange's single pivot compared to your Enduro's Horst link?
Welcome to my former home. This is where I really started love mountain biking back in the 90's.
As a vermonter I can tell you from first hand experiment that when spring comes around and snow melts away vermonter will take any chance they can get to go up to there you mountain and shred as hard as they can
Nice review...hope to get there soon!
One of my favorite places to ride so happy you finally went
How you made your gimbal turn so quick on corner?
I have had a very strange problem with my bike lately. Putting power through the drive train makes the rear wheel rub the left chain stay. My quick release is tight and the axle is not bent. Has this happened to anyone else.
Check your chainstay. Check to see if the rim is true.
AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME....glad u enjoyed NE and KT...u had awesome videos all throughout the trip, totally enjoyed it.
Oh, wow, I was just here last week. Super cool trail system and the town is about as pleasant as can be. If you plan to spend more than a day here I highly suggest The Village Inn. Very accommodating for bikers (they have a room with bike racks), the rooms are awesome, there's a creek in the back, and the people are very nice. There's a cafe right across from the Inn and you can of course bike to the trails right from it. I only did about 20 miles out of the total 110+ and Troll Stroll was my favorite. Ridge and Rim are pretty great as well. Do note that it's $15 to ride for a day, but it's all private land and it's well worth it.
It's also funny you compared it to Dupont as I stopped by NC on the way down and rode Ridgeline right before it started raining on Sunday.
A bit late on viewing this vid, but so great seeing the 3 of you together. Miss Phil’s vids, hope you get a ride in with him again.
Hey guys thx for the great entertainment I couldn't wait till the next vid came on looking forward to the nx road trip
Tom from Ireland
What's up Thomas! Greetings my man, and thank you for the kind words. Much much more to come, so stay stoked my friend!
I'm subscribed to a bunch of channels and your videos seem to be the only ones I enjoy watching daily! Yewwwwwww!
Are these trails as smooth as they look on the video. Is it hard to find your way around the first time out
I was there last week very fun place and an awesome community
Hey Alex, what's the trail you preview/intro yiur Vidor on. It looks sick! Is it called Sidewinder? I need to hit that when I go there. Please let me know.
Yep! It's pretty solid, but I wish it was longer
I rode sidewinder like a couple weeks ago! It's so sick!
Great series! Going to salida,co next week. Any suggestions for technical xc trails? Planning on monarch crest one day, have two more days to plan.
Go hit up Cottonwood right outside of town. Great ride
Another sick video! I need my bike serviced before I can ride again :( loose spokes and worn brake pads, oh well only one day down, what can ya do :)
Thanks for taking us along with the ride I look forward to giving you money for it
Now that's the kind of trail systems i like, Very Nice!!! Thanks for sharing another epic riding trip.
Dude sick! Im adding those trails to the list for sure!! Looks like a badass little bike village too!!
love doing that with my friends (8:16 keeping feet on the forks and going down hills)
Man that is a beautiful looking town. Dude, excellent vid man!! yeah I had to recalibrate mine almost to the fastest speed to keep up, but I think its working ok now. Hey what kind of bars do you have are those renthal carbon or just renthal aluminum?
Would you say this place is good for a beginner/intermediate rider? Would a pretty rowdy hardtail hold up?
So stoked dude just got my 2016 stumpy that I had my eye on. Now it's time to get some dirt on it. Keep shreddn
The reason I like you so much is that you usually dont say bad words.
