I had my moped stolen years ago, not one copper showed up or got in touch. But a bloke with a camera gets 4 coppers and 3 cars, unbelievable. Good show mate 👍🏼.

I like how Mrs PC started all cocky and when you weren't playing and knew your rights she actually chilled out abit. Which was nice. Most would get more frustrated and start trying to bully the public.

The more i watch, the more saddened i am by the UK police force's total over reaction to someone with a camera, a lack of basic law, PCSOs who probably failed in other departments of their lives and probably feel this now empowers them. The police are becoming a bit of a joke in the way the React to non-serious incidents

What do you suggest?
She goes from being all friendly and chatty to “give me your details” ... for the sole purpose of seeing if you have a criminal record or any outstanding warrants. For a few seconds she thought about pushing the idea and forcing the issue but thought better of it. You should have left her alone once she left the front entrance and not engaged her further. Too much banter.
Why not though that's how they get there intelligence
they always leave you with 'advice' on what your not allowed to do. gives them the sense of authority. you should have replied 'don't fit anyone up, don't harass innocent people and please don't knock anyone down'. and if she asks why?, just reply 'your telling me things i'm not going to do so i was just repaying the compliment'.

Turned up after 5 days after friends house burgled. Sent a community service officer and he just gave her a crime number. Wasn't there for 3 minutes.

Filming in public must be considered to be very dangerous, cause there are always 4 to 18 cops that show up very quickly, demanding details, trying to intimidate, make up accusations, themselves being poorly informed about the law. May the gods help us all, we're doomed with these police officers and their attitude, ain't we?

As an ex-police officer from Australia, I have watched many, many of these types of videos, particularly from the USA & the UK. We tend not to get the auditors here in Aus as I don't believe we have the disconnect like those in other countries. However, I think I can say with a reasonable degree of accuracy that the way the police interact with the public in the UK is a million miles different from those in the USA. If that was the USA, the police would do everything they could to criminalize any activity that was legal and protected by their constitution. You would be detained/arrested, handcuffed, searched, placed in the back of a police car and possibly charged and jailed....all for committing no crime. Here in Aus, we don't have qualified immunity like the USA, so if an officer does the wrong thing, there's a great chance he will be disciplined, fired, charged or both.
That pesky constitution that they swear an oath to but hate so much in the States

No police officer in Victoria is at risk of losing their house due to legal proceedings. I am a retired Bobby, joined in the sixties, 3 officers and a civvy in uniform. None of them were wearing headgear and then a third car came, how much has that cost us! She also parked on the Kerb. Strikes me they all need to get a grip on what is important and smarten up.
