- The Police Rescue Me From Very Angry Man
Today I visit a garden furniture manufacturer and one of the workers got very angry at me videoing the site.
He threatened to call the police and as he said that the police arrived.
Watch what happened next and please enjoy the video.
Kudos to constable James who knows the law and stands up for citizens rights ,.. what an amazing breath of fresh air.
No, he doesn't: he says, 'Unfortunately he's allowed to film.' Therefore he would prefer a totalitarian state that would make recording in public illegal. To Him freedom is unfortunate and he'd prefer to lock you up for recording. Watch out for these people. xx
@@pussypostlethwaitsaeronaut8503 nah your reading too much into the use of one word which is commonly used, he was saying it was unfortunate to angry mans complaints. Respect to the constable.
@@pussypostlethwaitsaeronaut8503 wrong. He means unfortunately for you, ie the complainer.
@@pussypostlethwaitsaeronaut8503 oh for goodness sake 🤣🤣
Nah.. its 'unfortunately FOR YOU' ... you've taken a very scenic route my friend and the way you see the world must me mental torture for you.
Like humans, there's good ones and there's dickheads.
People don't want Robot Police yet cry when they get a human response after they give them abuse.
@@pussypostlethwaitsaeronaut8503 nonsense, he's having to pander to the complainant to avoid a complaint. It's obvious this PC is a fan of public photography, and has dealt with this job in a text book manner.
What a surprise. What a sound copper that bloke was . Gentleman
He's quality it hurts me to say it but he's a good cop. The pcso will learn from him
It’s amazing how when a copper actually knows the law it de-escalates the whole situation, hats off to them both putting the angry factory chap in his place straight away.
What a brilliant plod. He literally reminded me that there are still some professional plods about. A 10 out of 10 to him. Brilliant copper.
I'm a bit cynical.
Got to give credit to the police officer. This is the type of mindset and use of people skills we need from constables. More like him would help restore faith in the police. Nice to see a support officer experiencing what it's like to work alongside such a good role model.
How nice to see a police officer that knows how to talk to a member of the public and even rearer to know photography law.
A lot of police officers should take note and learn.
As Punch and Judy would say " that's the way to do it "
Good work PJ.
Thats the way to do it, Mr Punch. Dont forget Mr Punch
Terrible police: he says, 'Unfortunately he's allowed to film.' Therefore he would prefer a totalitarian state that would make recording in public illegal. To Him freedom is unfortunate and he'd prefer to lock you up for recording. Watch out for these people. xx
@@pussypostlethwaitsaeronaut8503 stop talking shite.
@@pussypostlethwaitsaeronaut8503 🤣🤣
@@pussypostlethwaitsaeronaut8503 disagree - given the conversation after he's fine with it... "Unfortunately" seems a way of placating and building a relationship with him to put his mind at ease and let the guy know he's on his side.
These are possibly the best police officers you've ever encountered. I hope the pretty young WPCSO gets promoted if that's what she wants.
SIMPS still alive and well!
Its PCSO no such thing as a WPC or WPCSO stop being sexist.
This is my favourite copper. Human friendly and knows the law, and what he doesn’t know he stays cautious he gets two thumbs up. The pcso will learn a lot from him.
Its great to meet a policeman who actually knows the photography laws and drone laws. Well done mate.
What magnificent police officers, a credit to the UK force.
He reminded me of the old school type coppers from years past, polite and non confrontational. Kudos to them both, an asset to their force.
How uplifting to see a copper that knows the law and acts in a very professional manner.
That young officer was amazing. A real breath of fresh air, pleasant, polite, sensible, calmed down the wally with the hi-viz and stayed for a chat afterwards. A credit to the uniform.
Excellent, well educated police officer. Unfortunately they’re a rare breed.
'Unfortunately': the copper says, 'Unfortunately he's allowed to film.' Therefore he would prefer a totalitarian state that would make recording in public illegal. To Him freedom is unfortunate and he'd prefer to lock you up for recording. Watch out for these people. xx
@@pussypostlethwaitsaeronaut8503 Police officers are trained to use this kind of language to help defuse the situation and they often use it when they're telling someone the law doesn't favour their position. It's simply the polite version of "unfortunately *for you*"
@@pussypostlethwaitsaeronaut8503 stop spamming the thread
@@pussypostlethwaitsaeronaut8503 unfortunately your comprehension of spoke English isn't very good - unfortunately he was being sarcastic to the guy telling him essentially to "shut up".
@@pussypostlethwaitsaeronaut8503 the channel owner seems pretty fairly friendly to the police
What absolutely sound officers! Engaging and actually not pumped up on ego. Exactly the kind of officers which are needed.
Imagine a country where all cops act like James... Yah, it's a ridiculous dream.
This is exactly how police should behave. Professional, friendly, respectful, great relations with the public. Well done constable. 👍🏻
The video needs to be passed onto the remainder 99.9. % then
these coppers should be the benchmark for all other coppers
Nice to see a young modern police officer with old school copper values and attitudes. Most of the new breed just want to get in your face and get the cuffs on. Hope his colleagues watch this and take note, be polite and respectful...and you'll get the same in return.
7:42 Copper; “unfortunately he can video from a public place”. It’s Disgraceful when a police officer infers it’s unfortunate that the public has rights to video in public. The bloody Yanky cops use this line every time.
The big copper was brilliant 👌🏻
2 police officers who are a credit to the force ... Sussed the situation out in 10 second flat.. did not feel the need to dominate and intimidate or give out stupid orders ... had a reasonable grasp of the law ... well done
James interaction with you and that angry bloke was spot on. A breath of fresh air really. The UK needs more cops like him 😊
Wow thats a super nice surprise from those 2 police officers, all officers should watch this video and learn how it should be done!
But avoid saying 'unfortunately he's allowed to film'. He can film, end of story
Wonderful respect to those police officers. They were very professional and also wanted to understand more of what you do massive 👏👏👏 to them … great video as usual PJ
The cop was lovely, and good to see he knows the score with filming. Well done James, great attitude fella.
Great police officers, what a breath of fresh air.
What a top copper, great interaction, this is how it should be.
Hallelujah. Finally two police officer's who can engage are polite know that public filming is not a crime . Could it be the the auditing message is finally getting through. Top marks PJ . And to the police officer's.
Great police response. A copper with common sense, rarely encountered. Well done James and partner.
Hes the nicest and most genuine policeman ive ever saw on these audit vids , this should be used as a training vid for all police
Credit where credit is due the Police Officer engaged with you from the outset appropriately as did his colleague and diffused the situation with the angry man. He knew the situation around photography and that was good to see and hear. A refreshing change.
Top police officers well done guy's
Them officers were a credit to their police station , some reassurance has been resumed 👍
What great guy and the lady fantastic.
What a chat! Big up the Big man, what a decent, well educated Human. His Family will be well proud!
A refreshing change to see a police officer and PCSO who were polite and knowledgeable. Far too many police try to be authoritative and do not understand the legal situation.
What I like about this is seeing all the positive comments about the police officer. It just goes to show we all as one public give credit where credit is due. I think the police and authorities in general could learn a lot for free from these audit videos on yt
What amuses me is if PC James looked exactly the same but acted like most other coppers, there'd be dozens of comments about tattooed thugs and questions like "how did they let him join the force/go out on patrol looking like that?" Almost as if the ink isn't a problem until it's on a dickhead.
It's a shame all police officers didn't behave like these 2 officers they know how to treat the public when they are like that they get my respect 100%. And thanks PJ for another great video
The cops were very pleasant and polite, very much appreciated!
Both of them where equally nice probably the best police approach I've ever seen in auditing can't say enough good words about them they created a good example sadly they are very rare
There was also no ego
Great audit by all parties apart from the site
Regards
Great video and much respect to both police officers for their professionalism
he was a credit to the force, nice easy going guy and gal.
Great video PJ. What a gentleman that copper was. He was a top bloke and I loved how he held a real conversation with you. Credit to the police!
That officer is a credit to the force can we have more like him please.
Quality policing from James. Well done.
But needs to avoid using the words 'unfortunately he's allowed to film'. Instead use 'he can film, now stop wasting police time.'
@@MikeEves I agree , he does , but in fairness I think it was just a turn of phrase as part of the explanation as to why Pete was acting lawfully . I dont think it had any hidden meaning as a criticism of the law . I wonder if the company complained to the police because James didnt reprimand Pete which is clearly what they expected him to do .
Good policeman, a human being with a brain and he used it combined with knowledge of the law. He was also able to connect at a human level and gained knowledge, A wise man who will become wiser by the day as no inflated ego got in the way. Pcso also seemed approachable with an attitude that makes her an asset to the police and importantly us the public.
Well done officers. You did very well. Filming isn’t a threat. Asking sensible questions about the whole process. We need more of these officers because they reassure people that the police serve the public. Nice young man.
Nice approach from the Police officers...those two were a credit to the uniform .
What a fantastic bloke that copper was, totally impressed with his attitude really enjoyed listening to the conversation with him! Hope he makes sergeant soon, need more like him. Respect.
Can these two officers carry out some training for other police staff on How deal with members of the public carrying out a legal video audit. They just have the right, friendly attitude which is so nice to see. Good on ‘em.
Out of all the audits I've watched that's the best police officer ever in regards to coming down on the side of the auditor rather than the person who called them out. You could tell he was on the side of the auditor right from the start. What a refreshing change.
Top copper well done well educated you should start training those clueless coppers that are in the force Should be more like you well done mate
Got to say, he was a genuine " Bobby" no attitude, ego, or power tripping, just calm and able, both of them, must have slipped through the net...
What an amazing interaction with the police. A policeman asking for advice and knowing that they don’t know everything. We are all human beings!! Treat people as you want to be treated!!
Wow brilliant cop he should be a training officer.👍
Best 2 cops on RUclips 👌😃
This police constable is a credit to the police.
Well that was a superb interaction by the male officer and female PCSO, if only other constables could approach situations like that then they'd have more public respect. Unlike the CID Sergeant who tried to bully AB the other day. Nice one Pete.
Finally a policeman who’s children can be so proud of dad I hope they watch and share
Decent copper. I know he still asked a bunch of fishing questions but he did it in a very professional manner. He should get a transfer to the training division
Officer 👮♂️ was top lad. Very good example from him of how they should react and be friendly with you. Nice one PJ 🏆
Respect to Constable James for knowing the Law and PJs photography rights 👏🏻
Well done police great interactions.shame on you firm manager
Good friendly coppers, that's all we ask for. Good to see these two professionals at work. Very good police officers.
I love ❤️ this cooper he is amazing 🤩.He should be promoted to a sergeant or even higher if it was up to me. He was one of the best copper 👮♀️ I have seen for a long time.He should be training other 👮♂️ on how it is done ✔️ love 💕 him 👏❤️💋😜🇬🇧🌞🥇.This is how it should be done Please keep up the great work Peace and respect ✊
big up to the two young coppers at last a breath of fresh air seeing 2 people that know how to engage with the public weldone them
Excellent one Pete … thanks 🙏 to the cops 👮♀️ good and understanding for once …
I have to say what great police officers, who actually talked instead of firing questions at DJ.
Very pleasant indeed and with that kind of attitude from the police really goes a long way with the public.
Thank you DJ for another fantastic video, take care and look forward to your next video.
What a brilliant copper, if only more was as understanding and willing to chat as he was.
One of the main things I noticed was that there was no asking of names or ID immediately before at least rying to ascertain what was going on and then amazingly a conversation between two apparently rational human beings. Nice to see.
absolutely great coppers no ego wants to be educated good personality and probably wants to do the job for the right reasons. well done goole police.
Good to see decent officers these two are a credit to the force.
It was great to see an officer with knowledge of the law and with comment sense, i loved the fact he said he would let the control room know which is something that bothers me when watching other auditors, the police always say other officers may talk to you, if only officers had a radio that they could use to communicate to other officers that there's nothing to worry about, i mean they could put it at the top of their chest to make it easier to use
That PC and the lady PCSO were just brilliant, a great advertisement for good coppers. The site owner on the other hand was a complete tool who showed himself and his company in a completely negative light.
Nearly fell over!!!!
An actual normal, straight talking, pleasant copper.
What a pleasant surprise, he’s a credit to the force and others should take more.
Well done that nan👍
Bloody 'ell! What a great copper! We don't see this often enough. Imagine, if all police officers were this switched on, professional etc. There'd be nothing to moan at, lol. I want to see the day where they can all be like this gent. Then people would respect the different police forces again. The young lady was great too. The idiot who called himself PW, hmmmmm. Pratt W**ker?
The two cops seem like nice guys. About time the cops didn't come in all heavy handed and making up laws. I have seen many bad police officers acting really bad with the public. A lot of cops treats the public like the enemy. Lime we're all criminals or something. These two police officers are a breath of fresh air...
Nice to see that is.
At last, a copper who knows the rules!
Nice copper for a change!
Brilliant interaction with police he was a real coppa. One who believes in education and law not worrying about feelings legislation
Great couple of cops, fantastic interaction more of them please, well done PJ
That police office was nice and respectful. And so was the PCSO. That’s how police should behave towards auditors and most members of the public that are not a threat. This was a very nice video. That police officer and PCSO deserve praise from there boss.
That police officer has a bit of common sense what a pity the rest haven’t.
Why don't you go do their job then?
@@brianbettis2137 why don’t you , instead of making stupid comments
Roger Grace according to you there's only one cop with a bit of common sense and apparently I'm the one making stupid comments. You're as dumb as the idiot you idolize 😎
They’re not all bad
@Brian Bettis maybe because the reason there in the job is to do there fucking job... they wanted to be an officer not us........ so they should do it properly your not gonna be the queen and sit back in your trakkies smoking a fag infront of the public on your throne are you?
The little goose stepper won't be wasting police resources again- made himself look a right mug over nothing-
You see still some really nice police officers around...how nice were both of them...smashing..see if you are nice very pleasant 😊
At last a good police officer well informed
Fantastic police officer, a breath of fresh air.
What a lovely police officer Pete, and, more importantly, he knew the law!!
And what a gruesome pile of crap that factory nonentity was - horrendous advert for the company.
Great work as always, thank you.
Well done PJ and also the constable. Keep them coming please, love your videos!
Good to see decent policing! Love what you do, and keep doing it!!!!
That's how all the police officers should react to people filming in public the officer knows the street photographer laws well done officer 👏
What an amazing guy that copper is
Decent policeman doing good work building a better perception of the police. Great video.
Great to see there is still common sense and a knowledge of the law within the Police.
A breath of fresh air
That police officer James was absolutely fantastic.
A nice humble Police officer (humility does not mean weakness, it is a strength). No doubt a hard man when it is necessary. A true servant of the people; clearly stands up for individual rights within the law!
Pete you are amazing. The more I watch your videos the more I am amazed by your genuine spirit of generosity and friendliness. Respect.
How come this officer knows the law,and a multitude of his fellow wankers don't?
He's an outstanding example of good policing.
But it was hardly a rescue.
Great convo with such a nice policeman .........at long last
Finally after years of watching these vids we get to meet a couple of decent police officers!
