Surely this is the whole point of auditing. You are exercising your rights so that over time they are respected rather than being eroded away. As a consequence when the rest of us are going about our business we are less likely to be harassed for doing things that are not crimes. Good on you.
Ye. It's sure funny how they think they can tell a member of the public in public what to do. If I see that worker near my house I should ask him what you doing wearing those clothes? Can you change them? If he asks me, "why?" Tell him that I don't like his clothes.

The Auditors are breaking laws though, they profit off the videos which is not permitted under gdpr law. Once someone explicitly asks not to be filmed, the film of their image cannot then be used for any commercial activity, that includes monitized RUclips videos.

See, it's quite simple really. When you get a promotion to 'supervisor' or 'safety officer' or whatever other title is bestowed upon you, it is exclusively for the purpose of heriarchy within your business premises. You do not automatically get some societal promotion that enables you to interrogate, intimidate, harass or in any way demand things from other members of society. That goes for factory employees, council employees, circus employees, police employees or any other employee, anywhere at any time. Quit being stupid and do your jobs. Leave other folk alone to do as they see fit.

I guess they told them that you are allowed to film hopefully or they themselves are camera shy. I do think you should return there daily to make a point and wind them up
