Its only an offence when you break the rule of law of the country and its the duty of a police officer, who holds an HM Police warrant to uphold an enforce said laws. They back, get ready, the wealthy, land n gentry, big business and the state. That's it.
It gets worse in the next video which is a continuation of this incident. The PCSO called for back up and a four PCs in three cars turn up to protect a company from a man with a camera.

This is what happens when you fully adopt the servant/slave mentality. They are so frightened of their bosses and company, of losing what little they have, that they start to actually identify with the company, thinking they really care about them. "Daddy" will protect me. You have to listen to "daddies" rules. Such frightened little sheep. I mean, I have to go out and graft in a shitey job too, but you'll never catch me acting like one of these sad sacks. Cowed, afraid, bootlicking jobsworths of the worst order.
Unbelievable, you ring the Police to report a break in at your house and you see no one for days (if at all), but a business rings them to report a man with a camera and they send someone straight out.
I've said this for twenty years, could be repeating myself on here, they back big business and the state, rumpus in a bank or a guy forgets to pay for his twenty quids worth of petrol, six police officers all over it. Mrs Miggins gets robbed by bogus water board officials and they send a scarecrow (PCSO) round with a crime reference number three days later. They back, get ready, the wealthy, land n gentry, big business and the state. That's it.
It gets worse in the next video which is a continuation of this incident. The PCSO called for back up and a four PCs in three cars turn up to protect a company from a man with a camera.

The Health and Safety Officer was wearing trainers on a Construction Site. When the management of this business inevitably watch this video, I hope they see this comment and consider taking disciplinary action against her for bringing their business into disrepute.

I have safety trainers, however, who is to say that the man is wearing safety trainers? I have to wear safety shoes as norm as heavy footed, normal shoes have never stood a chance with me.
I think she was wearing safety trainers to be honest. I used to wear them myself at work after having trouble with my feet through wearing boots all day.

If he passes that photo he took of you to anyone in the company, then they have an obligation to let you have it and any other info attached to it, like the contents of the email used to pass it on. He is entitled to use his own phone to take his own photos even whilst working, but when it's used for work purposes it comes under GDPR rules.
And to prove that they know nothing about GDPR responsibilities, the woman told all and sundry at 12:45 that one of their staff has some sensitive personal issues. If she had kept quiet no one would know, now we all know.
