    Got some sunshine in England today and used your tutorial to go from absolute nothing to landing my first kip-up in 35 minutes! Sore lower back right now, but looking forward to recovering and polishing the form to make way for advanced progressions! Thank you, Sondre!

    After moooonths of trying to learn the kip up, it all finally clicked for me today and I can do it consistently now! Thank you so much for this video. A lot of the info and exercises presented here definitely helped immensely. When it all came together it was such a revelation, let me tell ya. I'm excited to finally get this down. Thank you!!

    I managed to do my first high kick up under one hour . I want to start the suicide Kick up but the fear of jumping backwards and not knowing what's behing you is freezing me when i want to do it. Still going to try again and again though, thanks for all the tips Sondre ! Greeting From France :)

    Hey Sondre, I was wondering if you'd recommend focusing training on the kip up or on the bridge-to-stand. I find both skills pretty cool, one is explosive and the other one strict, but although I believe I have a solid bridge by now, both seem far out of reach at the moment.

    I can land on a bridge, but that step of rotating the hips to land on a squat-like position is beyond me. I can't get up the torso! I wonder if it's a momentum/strength problem or just me not coordinating the movements sequence. Thanks!
