  • Easy 5 Ingredients Protein Bars - these take 10mins to prep!
    So easy & tasty, these are perfect on the go snack, gives you a great boost of energy and actually helps if you have a sweet tooth!
    Recipe by Jalal: www.instagram....
    Ingredients:
    • 1 cup (80g) old fashioned or rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup (120g) peanut butter
    • 1/4 cup maple syrup
    • 2 scoops Myprotein protein powder
    • 1/8 cup almond milk
    • Optional melted Myprotein chocolate spread
    Method:
    • Put all ingredients into a bowl
    • Mix well till combined
    • Place on a baking dish, shape and press down firmly
    • Chill for an hour or more and enjoy!

    13g protein
    15g carbs

    Soak the oat in the oat milk first and leave it to rest in the fridge overnight then add the rest later. I promise you that it'd makes a word of difference, especially when you're visiting the facilities the next day!

    I burn alot of calories a day so this is great to take to work and keep feeling satisfied but not full. Never feeling super hungry ever again. Giving my body the protein it needs to full up. Make this recipe asap

    I made these! I’ll edit my comment to say how they turned out
    Edit: They’re not bad! I’m eating my first bar right now. I’ve tried two protein bar recipes and in my opinion, I like this recipe better. These don’t taste like my vanilla protein powder. It tastes like peanut butter, chocolate, and some oats. I like how this one isn’t dry, but it is sticky from the peanut butter because there is more peanut butter than oats. But yeah not bad. 💪🏼👍🏼

    I personally can't call it a protein bar that isn't at least 1gP/10cal. Can't hit protein goals and calorie goals with that, especially during a cut. For a higher protein, lower cal version(for those that have to substitute to actually make progress like myself), use low cal syrup, PB2 and add a little bit more almond milk. I know a lot of people dont like sugar free syrup but i find it as a recipe ingredient is pretty useful vs tasting synthetic on its own. Cuts a bit of the calories to make it around 150 cals/15g Protein. I take 2 servings for breakfast and it usually makes me feeling satisfied until some time

      @@AMRpubim pretty sure he used peanut butter powder mixed with water because peanut butter has a lotta colaries. Just normal peanut butter + the oats & the milk would add up to like 250-300 calories per bar.

      @@ExplosiveGaurd because it has more carbs than protein..just because it has protein doesn't make it a protein bar. When you look at the ingredients percentages if carbs are the highest percentage of ingredient it's a Carb Bar.

      @@ExplosiveGaurd at the end its show 13g protein and 15g carbs..but i don't think that's right because one scoop of most protein powders have at least 24g of protein per scoop. The oatmeal honey and chocolate are all carbs tho

      Natural peanut butter, with peanuts as the only ingredient (and sometimes salt) does that. That's good quality. Peanut butter that doesn't separate has lots of other stuff in for the texture, among others palm oil. If you never had natural butter before you're in for a treat. Just stir it properly with a spoon before using.

      You can but these pack a fair amount of calories with the oats and peanut butter combo! Just make sure you only eat 1 bar per day and eat other low calorie foods that make you feel full to make sure you stay in a calorie deficit.
