Here is another routine that is going to have you sweating to burn as many calories as you could to lose weight. This routine is 8 minutes long so make sure that you drink enough water and believe in yourself during this routine.

I'm a senior and am new to HIIT, though I've been doing resistance and bodyweight exercises for about two years now. I'm looking for something to enhance fat burning. I just tried to complete a HIIT routine that included mountain climbers, which I've never done before, and pulled a muscle. I had no idea that squats and running can be part of a HIIT workout! With this lockdown, I already gained about 8-10 pounds. Not good, need to go back to my working out routine ASAP.
