  • If you are contemplating whether or not you should go to therapy... Listen to my rocky journey and see how I went from ANTI-therapy to PRO-therapy!
If you are anything like me and have HUGE trust issues and prefer to solve problems by yourself, well, I've been there - done that. And through it all, I realized I can't go through my struggles alone. Therapy was SO worth it and I explain why in this video! :)

Hiya I’m so confused! Why do I have more than one inner child? I have an inner small child, and an inner pre-teen who’s about 12. My inner small child is scared of trusting people, and my inner 12 year old is angry. My parents were divorced.

Hi Teena! Firstly, I'm really sorry this comment got lost - I wish I could've replied to this much sooner!
Secondly, it's possible that key traumatic experiences in your life happened at that age. For me, I look back at my 7-8 yo self who was under pressure for being perfect and achieving any award I can get, I also look back at my 22/23 yo self who went through an abusive relationship. They're the ones that get triggered the most and need the most soothing. So I share a similar experience!
I hope by sharing my inner child(ren), it gives a bit of understanding to yours. :) It's very important to keep talking to them and making them feel safe!
