Incredible recipe! Only two ingredients for these amazing keto bagels?you're making healthy eating so easy and tasty. Thanks for sharing this genuine idea!
@@louiee361 well the recipe has 3 cups of almond flour so I would reduce that to 2 cups and add 1/2 cup ground golden flax, 1/4 cup oat fiber and 1/4 cup of ground whole psyllium husk. If I had to hazard a guess.
I got everything, but what is the temperature for the oven? Because I have everything but I just don’t know what the temperature is in. Thank you for showing me how to bake with almond flour.

Dont they crumble? The times I have work almond flour this way, they cumble in my hsnds I think that you can add psillium husk or xantan gum, ti keep everything together . Also I would put a little baling powder to make more soft. And, if its dry . Put water on till the dough is allright.

Not true in this case. That's only the case with flour containing gluten (protein in all purpose flour and bread flour). Almond flour doesn't contain gluten.

This recipe didn't work for me. I used Kroger greek style yogurt with bob's mills blanched almond flour. And added 1/4 cup of psyllium husk per suggestions in the comments. I baked it first for 20 minutes at 350 and the bagels were still raw. Then for 15 more minutes. The badgels looked right but we're very dry - like scones instead of bagels. They are ok with butter and jelly, but are not desirable served with cream cheese.

put a bit of ground psyllium or ground golden flax to give the bagel a chewy consistency.
How much psyllium or flax seeds do you add to the recipe?

Coconut flour will works?
I believe coconut flour needs more liquid as it soaks up more so the ratio will need adjusting.
Yes 😊of course ☺️
What temp?
350 F

Yes, oven to 350°F ☺️

They were dry, kinda expensive to make too and they had absolutely no flavor. The only flavor was the crème cheese added on top of the bagel

Aren’t bagels boiled before they are baked?
These are a keto substitute so they’re not going to be exactly like traditional bagels.
😋😋😋
The more you handle dough, the tougher it gets.
